Abstrak Tulisan ini adalah tulisan tentang jalan kesenimanan Saini KM. Dalam perjalanan kesenimanannya, Saini KM ternyata melewati ragam jalan pengalaman seni. Pada awal pengalaman kesenimanannya, Saini mempunyai ketertarikan pada bidang musik. Ketika kemudian kegiatannya dalam bermusik perlahan berkurang karena kesibukannya dalam kuliah, ketertarikannya mulai beralih ke hal lain; sastra. Dalam jeda bermain musik dan kegiatan terbarunya di sastra, menyelusup ketertarikan lain ke dalam batin Saini KM, yaitu melukis. Saini kemudian mengubur keinginannya untuk jadi pelukis karena biaya untuk menjadi pelukis pada jaman itu terlalu mahal. Saini muda kemudian memutuskan puisi sebagai pilihan hidupnya. Ketika Saini memasuki dunia puisi, dari dunia itu tumbuh cabang-cabang lainnya. Maka kemudian, selain menulis puisi, Saini juga menjadi penulis novel, cerpen, dan menjadi penulis naskah drama
Kajian Konsep Penyutradaraan Saini KM tentang Naskah Ben Go Tun Karya Saini KM
Saini KM adalah salah seorang penulis naskah yang produktif. Karya-karya drananya sebagian besar bertemakan sosial, di dalannya ternasuk Ben Go Tun.
Ben Go Tun merupakan naskah Saini KM yang lekap dengan petunjuk pananggungannya. Pola semacan ini digunakan untuk membantu sutradara dalam memanggungkan sebuah lakon, agar pementasan yang terjadi tidak nenyimpang jauh dari makna yang ada dalam naskah. Namun petunjuk-petunjuk tersebut bukanlah séuatu kemutlakan Yang harus dianut. Lebih jauh, karya-karya Saini KM terlihat dipengaruhi oleh realisme Brecht. Ini bisa terlihat dari alur, penokohan, setting, dan laku yang ditulis oleh Saini KM.
Begitu pula dengan tema-tema yang nenjadi obyek Saini KM. Ini bisa dilihat misalnya, alur yang digunakan dalam Ben Go Tun. telah dikenal sebelumnya dalam teknik pengaluran Brecht yang disebut montage. Kemudian setting yang sedarhana serta acting yang lebih dipentingkan daripada dialog, nenjadi ciri naskah lakon Saini KM yang Brechtian

Megadineura stringulata Saini, 2006, not available Megadineura stringulata Saini, 2006, Indian Sawflies Biodiversity. Keys, Catalogue & Illustrations. P. 91, 177. Name not available. Diagnosis: Clypeus and prolegs entirely fusco-ferruginous, hind trochanters yellowish white; abdominal tergites without white spots; malar space 0.5 x the width of the front ocellus; clypeus with shallow excision to 1 / 3 of its medial length; third antennomere with basal projection; hind basitarsus shorter than following 3 tarsomeres together (4: 5); middle serrulae low and oblique, basal corner sharply angulated, subbasal teeth distinct (Saini, 2006). Specimen examined: None. Distribution: India (Himachal Pradesh). Note: Saini (2006, p. 11) stated in a kind of disclaimer: "Some new species belonging to different taxa such as Profenusa, Satabara, Megadineura, Priophorus etc. are also included in the text. These will be published separately in some research journals." However I can not find any information about Megadineura stringulata Saini, 2006 besides the book in which the name appeared firstly. The name of the species appeared on page 91 in the key to the known species of Megadineura Malaise and species catalogue, and also in plate 57 on page 177. Furthermore, according to the fourth edition of the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature, Art. 16.3 (Bu & Zheng, 2007), Megadineura stringulata Saini, 2006 is not available, as there is no statement about a primary type.Published as part of Wei, Meicai & Nie, Haiyan, 2008, A new species of Megadineura Malaise (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae) and a key to the known species of the genus, pp. 51-60 in Zootaxa 1920 on pages 57-59, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18470

Lepidostoma himachalicum Saini & Parey, 2011, sp. nov.
Lepidostoma himachalicum sp. nov. (Figs. 7–12) Male: Golden brown. Scapes (Fig. 12) each 2.88 mm., with 2 posterior processes, basal process slightly shorter than apical process, apex membranous. Maxillary palps (Fig. 12) long, each 0.96 mm, 2 -segmented, basal segment 3 times longer than terminal segment. Length of each forewing 10 mm. Wing venation and setae as in Fig. 11. Male Genitalia (Figs. 7–10): Apical margin of segment IX pentagonal in dorsal view. Tergum X forming pair of spanner-shaped plates, each deeply notched apicolaterally. Inferior appendages each 2 - segmented, first article long and broad, second article shorter and shallowly excised at its apex. Phallus slender; phallobase truncate apically; parameres set across genitalia; phallicata slender, slanting downward. Diagnosis. This species differs from other species of the L. ferox Branch in having the halves of segment X spanner-shaped and apicolaterally notched. Etymology. The name of the species is based on the state “Himachal Pradesh” from where the type specimen was collected. Material examined. Holotype 3 INDIA: Himachal Pradesh, Raskar 1700 m, 03- vii- 2009. Lepidostoma truncatum sp. n. (Figs 7–12) Description: Body brown, middle and hind legs dark brownish. Scapes (Fig. 10) each 2.91 mm, with two subequal subbasodorsal processes curved toward each other. Maxillary palps (Fig. 10) each 0.98 mm, two-segmented, basal segment three times longer than apical one. Length of each forewing 7.7 mm. Wing venation of this species is similar to that of L ferox and is given in Fig. 12. Male genitalia (Figs 7–10): Apicodorsal margin of segment IX bluntly pointed. Segment X divided by deep and narrow incision reaching to its base; each half bearing dorsolateral and mesal processes: in lateral view dorsolateral processes broad at base, mesal processes rounded and serrated apically; segment X appearing as bilobed structure. Inferior appendages each two-segmented, 1st segment triangular in outline with broadened base, 2nd segment broadened apically with slight apical excision; basodorsal processes absent. Phallobase with small dent at its centre, phallicata slender and cylindrical; parameres much longer than phallus. Diagnosis: The male of this species closely resembles that of Lepidostoma ferox MCLACHLAN, but differs from the latter by having segment IX apicodorsally produced into round lobes, not semicircular lobes; ventrally tergum IX is quadrate, not rectangular. Segment X has an excision only in its apical 1/3rd, not to the middle as in L. ferox. The scapes each have two basal processes, not a single basal process. Maxillary palps are straight, not curved; the 1st segment is straight, not bent, the 2nd segment is cylindrical, not slendrical. Material: Holotype male, India: Himachal Pradesh, Ahla, 2000 m, 11-vii-2010 (MDZPUP). Female and immature stages: Unknown.
