Exploring Positive Humor as a Leadership Tool: A Biblometric Review
The concept of positive humor is one way to manage stress during work so that employees can be fully involved in work. The paper aims to provide a broad bibliometric literature review of 'leader positive humor'. Articles were obtained through Publish or Perish (PoP) software with the Google Scholar database. 53 out of 81 articles found in the Google Scholar database from 2018 to 2023 were analyzed in this research. Selected references are then managed using reference management software, namely Zotero. After managing the database, this research classifies and visualizes it using VOSviewer software. This review provides an appropriate reference for further research on 'leader positive humor'. Hopefully, this research can contribute to scientific development in industrial and organizational psychology, especially on the topic of 'leader positive humor'
The Effect of Intellectual Humility on Curiosity in Adolescents
Curiosity makes teenagers' minds active, curiosity is also the key to fostering creativity and innovation. Students with this character value tend to think critically, have a tendency to look for alternative solutions, and develop new ideas. Lack of curiosity in the learning process can be caused by factors such as a lack of intellectual humility, namely where a person is aware that he still has limitations regarding various information that might help him develop his potential and cognition, and is willing to explore various ideas, even though they conflict with his views. their personality. This research is research with an ex-post facto design. Because in this study data was obtained from events that had already taken place, without any treatment being given. The questionnaire used to measure intellectual humility was adapted from the Comprehensive Intellectual Humility Scale (CIHS) questionnaire. Meanwhile, the questionnaire used to measure curriosity was adapted from the Five-Dimensional Curiosity Scale Revised (5DCR) questionnaire. Data analysis uses simple linear regression statistical analysis. The results of the simple linear regression test show that the calculated F value = 22.584 with a significance level of 0.000 0.05, so the regression model can be used to predict the intellectual humility variable. Mengarungi Gelombang Digital: Peran Self-compassion dan Gratitude Terhadap Online FoMO Pada Mahasiswa
This research aims to determine the role of self-compassion and gratitude on online FoMO in students. Testing the hypothesis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The subjects in this research were 257 students in Lampung, Indonesia. Partially, in this research, the results showed that there was a very significant role between self-compassion and online FoMO, p = 0.007 and t value of -2.272. The partial test of the second hypothesis resulted in a very significant role between gratitude towards online FoMO p = 0.004 with a t value of -2.931. Based on the multiple linear regression test, the results showed that there was a very significant role between self-compassion and gratitude on online FoMO in students (F = 10.916, significance 0.000 p0.001). This means that the higher the compassion and gratitude, the lower the online FoMO and vice versa. The contribution of the effective variable self-compassion to online FoMO was 7.6% and the effective contribution of gratitude to online FoMO was 10.1%.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran antara self-compassion dan gratitude terhadap online FoMO pada mahasiswa. Menguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Subjek pada penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa di Lampung, Indonesia sebanyak 257 mahasiswa. Secara partial pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat peran yang sangat signifikan antara self-compassion terhadap online FoMO p = 0.007 dan nilai t -2,272. Uji partial hipotesis kedua dengan hasil terdapat peran yang sangat signifikan antara gratitude terhadap online FoMO p = 0.004 dengan nilai t -2.931. Berdasarkan uji regresi linear berganda didapatkan hasil terdapat peran yang sangat signifikan antara self-compassion dan gratitude terhadap online FoMO pada mahasiswa (F = 10,916 signifikansi 0,000 p0,001). Artinya, semakin tinggi self-compassion dan gratitude maka akan semakin rendah online FoMO dan sebaliknya. Sumbangan efektif variable self-compassion terhadap online FoMO sebesar 7,6% dan sumbangan efektif gratitude terhadap online FoMO sebesar 10,1%

Human Recources is one of the factors that determine the success of failure of HR companies company’s overall goals. Humans are a resource factor that is different from other factors, because humans have feelings, HR must be managed and fostered carefully and thoroughly in order to be able to make optimal contributions to the company. This study refers to the understanding of leadership style, discipline and compensation for the work motivation of employees of PT. UNIRAMA DUTA NIAGA is in ponorogo. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, while the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population used in this study were employees of PT. UNIRAMA DUTA NIAGA. Employees in this company approve 61 employees. Testing data instrument used were validation and reliability tests. Testing analysis and coefficient of determination, while testing the hypothesis using the t test and f test. The result of this study are (1) leadership style has an influence on employee work motivation with regression regression of 0.241 at the significance of 0.008. (2) Dicipline affects significant work motivation with a regression value of 0.119 with a significancevalue of 0.36. (3) Compencation is also significant on employee work motivation with a total regression of 0.519 with a significance value of 0,000. (4) leadership style, discipline, and compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on work motivation with a significance level value, 0117.Â
