We also selling a few type of homes decoratives which is hydroponic wall decoration with wood font and a few type of home decoratives light. Based on our customer review, our product have a high quality with affordable prices. Our target market is to the users that passionate in home decorations and interior designing. We are focusing to promoting in Facebook pages and in market place in thru facebook. We also focusing on rural area more to the city.
Ever since our early business opening days, we manage to sell about 5 sets of hydroponic decoratives and 5 pieces of decoratives light. Promoting widely helps us resulting having more customers and orders at a time. Surely, our friendly-concept plays the major rule in gaining customer much quicker. No full textEfficient hostel room management is crucial for universities to ensure fairness, transparency, and optimal resource utilization. The Hostel Room Selection System with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Support Tool developed for Kolej Kerawang UiTM Kuala Terengganu, addresses challenges in hostel room management, including limited decision support, non-active students able to create accounts and inefficiency in data management. Previously, students faced difficulties in selecting suitable rooms based on their preferences, while the system allow active students to register an account. To overcome these challenges, Hostel Room Selection System integrates the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to assist students in making informed decisions by evaluating preferences such as Room Level, Wing, and Wi-Fi Speed. The system ensures secure access by allowing only pre-verified students with an admin-assigned 'Active'' status to log in and book rooms. Administrators are equipped with tools to upload students and rooms data via Excel, manage rooms and students' information, also, room availability, manage room selection period, handle student complaints, and activate or deactivate semesters seamlessly. Student on other hand able to use room recommendation tool, select a room within the room selection period, use similarity index to find the best roommates matches and issue complaints. Following adapted waterfall model, the project was executed through Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Documentation phases. Testing and evaluation involved three (3) evaluation from (3) experts and thirty (30) users to assess the system's usability, performance, security, and satisfaction. Results revealed that satisfaction achieved the highest mean score of 4.33, with the ease of room selection process and the accuracy of AHP decision-support tool receiving a mean score of 4.4, highlighting user convenience and system reliability. Overall, the evaluation confirmed the system's efficiency, security compliance, and user satisfaction, ensuring a seamless hostel room selection experience

Culvert-culvert ini digunapakai semula dan disusun bagi mewujudkan satu inovasi baharu yang dinamakan Tukun PROKA. Tukun PROKA telahpun selamat dilabuhkan di Perairan Sematan. Dengan wujudkan Tukun PROKA ini, ianya dapat membantu perairan Sarawak mewujudkan ekosistem atau tempat tinggal dan perlindungan bagi hidupan laut serta pembentukan batu-batu karang dan membantu dari serangan pukat-pukat tunda. No full textThis paper investigates the factors detennining the Malaysian banking consumers' perception on Electronic Banking (EB) transactions. A research framework was developed to testify the statistical relationships among consumer perceptions on EB transactions. Factor analysis was performed to extract and decide on the number of factors underlying asset of measured variables of interest. This paper also presents the results of research on the consumers' perception of EB facilities among consumers of Maybank Hutu Perak. The research was carried out with the aim of measuring the perception of EB in using the bank facilities provided. With this purpose in mind, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to Maybank's consumers in Hutu Perak area. The data were gathered from the Maybank consumers' data base in Hulu Perak. The data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Microsoft Excel were presented using tables and figures. Suggestions on the necessary effort that need to be taken by Maybank Berhad in enhancing the perceptions and overall EB effectiveness are then proposed. It will helps the management of Maybank Berhad that how they can improve the EB services and what are the potential issues or services that should be introduced in society to facilitate the customers in a better way and to compete their rivals in banking industry
