However, at present it is necessary to re-codify the science of hadith, as a lecture material for a comprehensive understanding of the position of the hadith in the level of Islamic law that is second only to the Qur’an

No full textIntroduction: Makalah ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kualitatif dengan meninjau literatur dan mewawancarai anggota yang mendapatkan pembiayaan qard, untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang fleksibilitas dan kenyamanan akad nadzar serta menetapkan informan ahli sebagai sumber utama yaitu kepala cabang, Direktur, Direktur Utama, Pengurus dan Pengawas BMT Maslahah di 100 kantor cabang yang berkedudukan di wilayah kecamatan, kota kabupaten wilayah propinsi jawatimur. Pengurus Cabang Nahdlatul Ulama’, Pengurus Majlis Ulama’ Indonesia cabang, Pengurus syuriyah Nahdlatul Ulama’, dan beberapa tokoh masyarakat. Wawancara difokuskan pada produk pembiayaan qardh dengan menerapkan akad nadzar kepada anggotauntuk mempresentasikan pandangan para praktisi terkait penerapanakad nadzar pada pembiayaan qardh.
Methods: Desain/Metodologi/pendekatan
Result: Studi ini menemukan bahwa BMT Maslahah mempunyai model penerapan akad nadzar pada pembiayaan qardmemberikan pemahaman dan kemudahan serta kenyamanan pada anggota. Penerapan akad nadzar pada pembiayaan qardh adalah merupakan produk akad baru yang menjadi alternatif akadyang dapat dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
Conclusion and suggestion: Temuan penelitian ini menambah literatur tentang penerapan akad nadzar pada pembiayaan qardh di BMTdengan memungkinkan peneliti dan praktisi untuk menelaah terhadap penerapan akad nadzar.Temuan ini juga berkontribusi untuk memperkaya pengetahuan tentang akad-akad pada BMTdan kebutuhan pembiayaan anggota. juga memberikan kontribusi pada bidang ekonomi Islam khususnya kepada Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia.

Kewiraushaan pespektif Islam merupakan sebuah komposisi dari dua konsep yang diperebutkan secara individual: islam dan kewirausahaan. Islam dalam inti minimalnya adalah pernyataan keyakinan pada Allah dan Rasulnya (Nabi Muhammad Saw). Wirausahaan adalah sseorang yang mana sering mengeksploitasi peluang melalui rekombinasi sumber daya yang ada sambil menanggung ketidakpastian dalam usahanya.
Method: Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan model pengamatan dan wawancara langsung untuk mendapat sumber imformasi.
Conclusion: Temuan dalam penelitian ini dapat di simpulkan bahwa perilaku seorang wiraushawan Muslim selalu mengikuti nilai-nilai dasar syariat Islam, dimana akan menyelaraskan antara keingainan masyarakat dan individu. Nilai tersebut meliputi adanya keadilan, tidakakan mengekspoitasi orang miskin, adanya moral tanggung jawab, akuntabilitas, serta ekuitas dalam masalah urusan keuangan.

No full textPrudential Principles Can Provide Protection for Cooperatives in Relation to Savings and Loans Agreements Implemented As for the precautionary principle arrangements can provide protections for cooperatives in connection with savings and loan agreements which carry out lending is one form of money lending, in a loan agreement money is often required there are debt guarantees which can consist of various forms and types. Debt guarantees in positive law in Indonesia, there are various laws and regulations that govern or relate to debt guarantees which are often referred to as collateral law. The provisions of the applicable guarantee law provide arrangements that will protect the parties concerned with the loan of money, financing and debt guarantees. The cooperative as a business entity that provides financing to Members is required to make security measures so that the financing can be paid off by the Member concerned. Financing which is not paid by the Members either in whole or in part will be a loss for the Cooperative. Losses indicate a relatively large amount that will affect the health of the Cooperative and the continuation of the Cooperative business. Therefore, no matter how small the value of money from financing that has been given to Members must remain secured in accordance with the precautionary principle. In general, financing safeguards can be carried out through the financing analysis stage and the application of applicable legal provisions. The link between credit collateral and credit security can be concluded from the provisions of Article 1131 of the Civil Code so that it is another effort or alternative that can be used by the Cooperative to obtain credit repayment when the debtor defaults.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
