Menulis merupakan kegiatan yang penting untuk dilakukan dalam pembelajaran, dalam pembelajaran kegiatan menulis kurang ditangani secara maksimal. Berdasarkan pentingnya keterampilan menulis, maka diperlukan sebuah metode yang dapat mempengaruhi keterampilan menulis siswa pada pembelajaran menulis teks anekdot. Dalam hal ini peneliti menghubungkan masalah keterampilan menulis teks anekdot mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia dengan metode Sugesti Imajinaasi di MAN 1 Trenggalek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan metode sugesti imajinasi terhadap keterampilan menulis teks anekdot siswa kelas X MAN 1 Trenggalek.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MAN 1 Trenggalek dengan sampel penelian yang digunakan yaitu siswa kelas X Mipa 1 dan X Mipa 2. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan instrument tes uraian dalam bentuk pre-tes dan post-test. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis.
Setelah dilakukan analisis data diperoleh hasil data penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa metode Sugesti Imajinasi efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran menulis teks anekdot siswa kelas X MAN 1 Trenggalek. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil nilai sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 (taraf signifikan), Sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Selain itu berdasarkan nilai post-test kelas kontrol diperoleh rata-rata 73,75 sedangkan nilai post-test kelas eksperimen diperoleh rata-rata 84,58. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata dari kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari pada kelas kontrol. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kelas yang menggunakan metode sugesti imajinasi dan yang tidak menerapkan metode sugesti imajinasi terhadap keterampilan menulis teks anekdot kelas X di MAN 1 Trenggalek

The present research examined the effect of using Picture Sequence on the writing ability of grade XI students at SMA Negeri 2 Tegal, particularly in writing Procedure Text and investigated whether a significant difference existed between students who were taught using Picture Sequence and those who were not. A quantitative method employing a True Experimental design was applied, consisting of an experimental group and control group. The participants were 67 students, with 32 students in experimental group and 35 students in control group, selected through cluster random sampling. A writing test was used as the research instrument and was administered as both pre-test and post-test. The obtained data were processed through normality and homogeneity testing, followed by paired sample and independent sample t-tests using SPSS version 24. The findings demonstrated that data fulfilled the assumption of normal distribution and homogeneous. Result from the paired sample t-test indicated that both groups showed improvement in writing performance however, the experimental group achieved greater gains than the control group. In addition, the independent sample t-test produced a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), indicating a statistically significant difference in writing achievement between two groups. It can be inferred that Picture Sequence is effective in improving students’ ability to write Procedure Text, as students exposed to this media achieved higher writing outcomes than those who were not. Therefore, it is recommended that English teachers utilize Picture Sequence as an alternative instructional media in teaching writing, particularly in Procedure Text lessons

A One-Way Car-Sharing Based Approach for Combined Shared Mobility of Freight and Passengers
Climate change stresses the need for research and development of innovative sustainable mobility solutions that provide reliable and convenient door-to-door services for both passengers and freight. The increase in urban population and the popularity of e-commerce further highlights the need for action. In this regard, crowd-shipping is often perceived as an efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable alternative (or complement) to the management of urban freight mobility through efficient utilization of current transportation capacities. In this framework, inspired by the concept of MaaS (Mobility as a Service) in integrating various forms of transport and transport-related services into a single on-demand mobility service, this paper proposes a car-sharing-based service for the combined mobility of passengers and freight. In doing so, one-way car-sharing and crowd-shipping concepts are integrated in order to serve part of the existing freight demand in a sustainable and cost-efficient way for users, societies, and the environment. An optimization model is proposed to optimally plan the activation of one-way car-sharing and crowd-shipping services and to determine the optimal number of vehicles to assign to them. Such decisions are aimed at minimizing the total imbalance by serving passenger and freight demand during different time periods. In doing so, the willingness of users to carry freight in their vehicles is also taken into consideration. The capability of the proposed approach is evaluated through representative numerical examples aimed at showing the impact of the model parameters on the solution.Transport and Plannin

Tri Hapsari Utami, M.Pd Kata kunci: lembar kegiatan siswa, bangun ruang sisi datar, pendekatan saintifik, pendidikan karakter Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) merupakan salah satu bahan ajar yang digunakan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran di kelas dan dapat membantu mengaktifkan peserta didik selama pembelajaran. Berdasarkan observasi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di SMPN 10 Malang, diperoleh informasi bahwa SMPN 10 Malang menggunakan Kurikulum 2013 dalam pembelajarannya dan menggunakan LKS sebagai sumber belajar. Namun LKS yang digunakan hanya berisi ringkasan materi dan soal latihan, dan belum bisa memfasilitasi siswa untuk mengkonstruksi konsep. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan 6 siswa kelas IX yang telah mempelajari materi bangun ruang sisi datar, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) enam siswa tidak mengetahui kalau kubus dan balok juga merupakan prisma segiempat, (2) empat siswa mengalami kesulitan untuk menentukan luas permukaan prisma dan limas, dan (3) enam siswa mengalami kesulitan mengerjakan soal pemecahan masalah. Selain itu diperoleh informasi bahwa SMPN 10 Malang melaksanakan pendidikan karakter melalui budaya sekolah. SMPN 10 Malang menanamkan nilai kejujuran, keadilan, dan tanggung jawab melalui pengembangan kantin kejujuran, nilai kepedulian melalui pembiasaan menjaga kebersihan, menghormati melalui rutinitas cium tangan guru, pelaksaan Imtaq, dan sholat dhuhur berjamaah. Namun dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter ditemui hambatan yang berasal dari siswa. Hambatan tersebut berkaitan dengan kesadaran, kemauan, dan sistem nilai yang dimiliki setiap individu yang terwujud dari perilaku tidak terpuji siswa. Perilaku yang muncul seperti ramai saat pembelajaran berlangsung, tidak mau bekerja secara kelompok, bertindak curang (mencontek saat ulangan harian dan menyalin tugas teman), menggunakan barang-barang terlarang , dan ada beberapa siswa yang tidak jujur saat membayar di kantin kejujuran.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) bangun ruang sisi datar dengan pendekatan saintifik yang terintegrasi pendidikan karakter. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam pengembangan Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) ini adalah model Plomp yang telah disederhanakan. Model Plomp ini terdiri dari 4 fase, yaitu : (1) fase investigasi, (2) fase desain, (3) fase realisasi/konstruksi, dan (4) fase tes, evaluasi, dan revisi. Untuk menilai kualitas produk yang dikembangkan, dilakukan tiga tahap uji yang terdiri atas uji kevalidan, uji kepraktisan, dan uji keefektifan. Uji kevalidan dilakukan oleh 3 validator yang terdiri dari 1 dosen matematika Universitas Negeri Malang (UM) dan 2 guru matematika Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP). Sedangkan uji kepraktisan dan keefektifan dilakukan dengan mengujicobakan produk kepada 9 siswa SMPN 10 Malang.Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil yaitu : (1) skor kevalidan sebesar 3,554 dengan kriteria kevalidan valid, (2) skor kepraktisan sebesar 3,72 dengan tingkat kepraktisan tinggi, dan (3) presentase keefektifan sebesar 88,89% dengan kriteria keefektifan sangat tinggi. dengan demikian, Lembar Kegiatan Siswa (LKS) yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid, praktis, dan efektif

Pronunciation is important to be used in communicating in foreign
language. Pronunciation influences the student’s ability to speaking and listening.
If there is an error in pronunciation, then it will result in different meanings,
ambiguity, and misunderstanding for listeners. Because the importance of
pronunciation, it requires in teaching and learning process with a suitable media to
make student interesting. The Hello English application is a media that can
increase the student’s interest in learning and then it will give an effect on student
learning outcomes. In this case the Hello English application is used in teaching
pronunciation.
From the description above, the problem formulation in this study was “Is
there any significant difference score in students’ pronunciation between the
students who are taught by using Hello English application and those who are not
taught by using Hello English application of the seventh grade students at MTs
Al-Huda Bandung?”. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant
difference score in students’ pronunciation between students who were taught
using the Hello English application and those who were not taught using the Hello
English application.
This study used Quantitative research with a Quasi-experimental research
design. The population of this research was the seventh grade students at MTs AlHuda
Bandung. While the sample was Class VII D as an experimental class
consisting of 24 students and VII B as a control class consisted of 24 students.
This research instrument used a pronunciation test consisted of 20 items. The data
analysis using Independent Sample T-test using SPSS 26.0.
The results showed that the average value of students from the
experimental class before being taught using the Hello English application was
62.42 and the average value of students after being taught using the Hello English
application was 75.13. In the control class the average score of students before
was 58.67 to 59.79. The average value of students in the experimental class was
higher than the average value in the control class. In addition, the results of
statistical calculations used the Independent Sample T-test with SPSS 26.0 show
that the significant value was 0.000. The means of the significant value was smaller than the significant level (0.000 <0.05). Significant value results indicated
that the null hypothesis (H

) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H

) was
accepted. It means that there was a significant difference in the value of students'
pronunciation learning taught using the Hello English application and students'

Penelitian dalam skripsi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh sebuah fenomena bahwa kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik sekolah menengah atas masih rendah. Hal ini juga berakibat pada kemampuan peserta didik dalam memecahkan masalah, menggunakan istilah dan simbol matematika dengan baik dan benar, serta proses penjelasan berfikir matematis. Hal ini dikarenakan komunikasi berhubungan dengan proses matematika yang lain. Komunikasi merupakan salah satu tujuan pembelajaran matematika. Komunikasi dalam pembelajaran matematika meliputi kemampuan peserta didik dalam (1) Membaca, menulis dan berdiskusi suatu presentasi matematika tertulis. (2) Berasumsi dan menyusun pertanyaan dari suatu informasi, permasalahan atau kejadian matematika tertentu yang diberikan. Menyusun argumen, membuat konjektur, menyususn definisi dan genaralisasi. (3) Menelaah untuk menginterpretasikan ide, simbol, istilah dari informasi matematika yang diberikan. Mengevaluasi ide, simbol, istilah matematika dari hasil kerja orang lain. (4) Menggunakan bahasa dan simbol matematika dalam: membuat model matematika dari situasi, persoalan, dan peristiwa sehari-hari yang melibatkan matematika, merefleksikan benda-benda nyata, gambar dan diagram dalam ide matematika, merespon pernyataan, mengekspresikan gagasan, argumen dan menjelaskan secara konkret, geometri dan aljabar secara tepat, singkat dan logis.
Fokus penelitian: (1) Bagaimanakah kemampuan komunikasi matematis tulis peserta didik kelas XI MIA 5 MAN 2 Tulungagung materi trigonometri tahun ajaran 2016/2017. (2) Bagaimanakah kemampuan komunikasi matematis lisan peserta didik kelas XI MIA 5 MAN 2 Tulungagung materi trigonometri tahun ajaran 2016/2017.
Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data tertulis dari hasil pekerjaan peserta didik pada tes 2, data hasil observasi selama kegiatan pembelajaran dan data hasil wawancara dengan beberapa peserta didik yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai peserta didik berkemampuan akademis stabil, pada kategori kemampuan akademis tinggi, sedang 1, sedang 2, dan rendah.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui: (1) Kemampuan komunikasi matematis tulis peserta didik berkemampuan akademis tinggi dan sedang 1 berada pada kategori baik. Kemampuan komunikasi matematis non verbal peserta didik berkemampuan akademis sedang 2 dan rendah berada pada kategori cukup. Ditinjau dari indikator komunikasi matematis, seluruh kategori peserta didik kelas XI MIA 5 belum mampu memenuhi ke 4 indikator dengan baik. (2) Kemampuan komunikasi matematis lisan peserta didik berkemampuan akademis tinggi, sedang 1, sedang 2 dan rendah di kelas XI MIA 5 sudah baik, rata-rata peserta didik sudah mampu berkomunikasi secara matematis, tapi masih perlu ditingkatkan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari keseluruhan kategori peserta didik kelas XI MIA 5 belum mampu memenuhi ke 4 indikator komunikasi matematis verbal dengan baik. Feminist perspective found in sense and sensibility by Jane Austen
ABSTRACT
God creates human being into two kinds of sexes, males and females. Both of them are created equal. There is no difference between them. However, in the society there is a differentiation between men and women. Men, either consciously or unconsciously, have oppressed women, allowing them little or no voice in the political, social or economic issues of their society. This problem makes women try to struggle and to reach the equality of rights between them.
Jane Austen as the author of the novel of Sense and Sensibility described women’s oppression through her literary work. She tried to express her ideas of feminism through her writing. She used the female characters as the major characters, which are always treated unfairly in the society. Her literary work is dedicated to us especially for women to fight for the unfair treatment done by men.
The purpose of this study is to describe women’s rights, women’s position in society, and the effect of author’s cultural background that influences her attitude toward her literary work as reflected in her novel of Sense, and Sensibility. The novel tells about the unfair treatment that is usually faced especially by the middle class female characters in their social life.
The study used the feminist literary criticism in discussing the women’s rights, the women’s position in the society and the effect of author’s cultural background that influences her attitude toward her literary work as reflected in the novel ofSem٠e and Sensibility. Through the novel, we found women’s position in the society and three women’s rights, i.e. women’s right in social affairs, women’s right in getting education, and also women’s right in making decision.
Related to the biography of the author, we know the effect of the author’s cultural background that influences her attitude toward her literary work because at that time the author cannot express her idea in front of the society about women oppression that is faced by the women. So, she tries to protest the bad condition throughout her writings and she wants the readers to be an independent woman.
From this study, the researcher hopes that the readers can catch the novel’s message given by the author especially about feminism and the other researchers who focus on this topic about the feminist perspective can analyze wider and deeper research. This study is very limited and far from the perfection, so that the writer hopes that the next researcher can give more attention to this topic
