The Meaning That Ikhwan-I SafA Ascribes to Hadithes
No full textSafA adlı eserde ortaya koymuşlardır. İhvAn-ı SafA RisAleler’i, gerek ülkemizde gerekse ülkemiz dışında farklı pek çok bilim dalında ciddi çalışmalara konu olmuştur; ancak bu risalelerde geçen hadisler hakkında müstakil herhangi bir çalışma kaleme alınmış değildir. Tesir bakımından İslam dünyasındaki pek çok kolektif hareketten geri kalmayan, yer yer birçoğundan daha kapsamlı etkileri olan bu söylem mensuplarına hadis bilim dalının ilgisiz kalması doğru olmayacağından, İhvAn-ı SafA-hadis ilişkisinin bu makalede ele alınmasında fayda mülahaza edilmiştir. Bu sebeple bu makalede İhvAn-ı SafA RisAleler’inde geçen rivayetlerin hangi amaçla kullanıldıklarını anlama gayreti içinde olduk. Yöntem olarak; İhvAn-ı SafA RisAleler’ini taramak suretiyle bunların ne tür rivAyetler kullandıklarını tespit edip, bu rivAyetlerin geçtiği kaynakları, rivAyetlerin sıhhat derecelerini ve bu rivAyetlere yükledikleri anlamları/yorumları incelemeye çalıştık.Ikhwan-i safA put forward the law-setting principles for centuries in the work called resAilu ikhwan-i safA, which they fit in fifty-two treatises consisting of four parts. ikhwan-i safA treatises have been the subject of serious work in our country and in many other disciplines besides our country; however no independent work has been received about the hadiths mentioned in these treatises. It is because it is not right for the discipline of hadith to be irrelevant to this discourse, which is not backwards from many collective movements in the Islamic world in terms of influence, and have a more comprehensive effect than the majority in some places, it is beneficial for the members of this discipline to address the relation between hadiths and ikhwan-i safA. For this reason, in this article, we will try to understand the purpose of using the narrations mentioned in the ikhwan-i safA treatises. As a method; we will try to find out what kinds of narratives they use by scanning the ikhwan-i safA treatises and we will examine the sources of these narratives, reliability of these narratives and the interpretations they have uploaded to these narratives

No full textDenne rapporten er et bidrag til kunnskapsgrunnlaget for å konkretisere hva bærekraftig matproduksjon betyr i norsk ammeku-produksjon. Utgangspunktet for arbeidet er en helhetlig tilnærming, der alle dimensjoner av bærekraft inkluderes ved bruk av SAFA rammeverket. Gjennom en prosess med bred medvirkning har vi sett på status for norsk ammeku-produksjon i dag. Deretter har vi gjennomført ti SMART bærekraftsanalyser på gårder med ammeku-produksjon, og diskutert resultatene av disse i to workshoper. I andre workshop gikk vi dypere inn i hvert tema i SAFA/SMART og diskuterte beste-praksis for ammeku-produksjon. I rapporten diskuterer vi SMART som mulig verktøy for vurdering og dokumentasjon av alle dimensjoner av bærekraft. Konklusjonene er at alle temaene i SMART/SAFA er relevante for norske forhold, at SMART er godt egnet til å skape bevissthet om bærekraft på egen gård, men at SMART med fordel bedre kan tilpasses norsk begrepsbruk og knyttes til eksisterende verktøy. Selv om resultatene fra SMART analysene fra de ti gårdene er gode, er det et for lite utvalg til å konkludere på bærekraft i en hel produksjonsform. I tillegg er bærekraft en prosess, og en bør være varsom med å konkludere med et nivå på hvor bærekraftig produksjonen er. Hovedkonklusjonen er at alltid å ha med helheten, er avgjørende for å kunne ta reelt bærekraftige beslutninger.Bærekraft i ammeku-produksjonen. A preemption-based scheduling algorithm for WiMAX networks
No full textSeveral scheduling techniques were designed for the base station (BS) of IEEE 802.16e wireless interoperability of microwave access networks. However, depending on the BS scheduler alone to determine the servicing order of each connection might affect the accuracy of the scheduling process because the BS does not necessarily have enough up-to-date information about the current state of the connections at the subscriber station. In this paper, we propose a preemption-based scheduling algorithm that focuses on improving the quality of service requirements of real-time service flow classes. The proposed algorithm incorporates two schedulers, one at the BS and another one at the subscriber station. We have implemented and integrated the proposed algorithm with the network simulator NS2 using the Network and Distributed Systems Laboratory wireless interoperability of microwave access module. Peyami Safa'nın romanlarında İstanbul
No full textCumhuriyet döneminin önemli ve önde gelen yazarlarından Peyami Safa (1899-1961) Mütareke yıllarından itibaren ilk eserlerini verir. Çocukluk yıllarından hayatının sonuna kadar yazdıklarıyla geçimini sağlayan Peyami Safa, gazeteci ve romancı olarak tanınır. Hayatının hemen her döneminde yaşadığı maddi sıkıntılar, hastalıklar, ölümler ve fikir cereyanları onu yazmaya iter. Yazdıkça kendini geliştirerek yıllar geçse de edebî değeri eksilmeyen romanlar yazar. Server Bedii takma adı başta olmak üzere farklı isimlerle yazdığı romanları olsa da Türk edebiyatında en çok bilinenleri Peyami Safa adıyla yazdıklarıdır. Yazarın kimi romanlarında Türkiye’nin farklı şehirlerinden bahsedilse de hemen hepsinde olaylar İstanbul’da geçer. Özellikle psikolojik tahlillerin ağırlıkta olduğu romanlarında kapalı mekânlara yer verilmekle beraber İstanbul romandaki değerini korur. Birinci Dünya Savaşı, Mütareke yılları, Millî Mücâdele, İkinci Dünya Savaşı ve sonrasının İstanbul’una dair unsurlara romanlarında yer veren Peyami Safa, şehri çeşitli yönleriyle ele alır. İstanbul kimi zaman bir dekor olsa da çoğunlukla şehrin muhtelif semtleri, tarihî unsurlar, mimarî yapılar ve konaklama, ulaşım ve haberleşme, yabancılar, sosyal hayat ve eğlence, resmî kurumlar, alışveriş yerleri, mağazalar, dükkânlar ve savaş yılları romanlarında yer alır. Bunlar roman kişileriyle bağlantılı olarak verilir ve mekân ile insan ayrılmaz bir bütünü oluşturur. Bu tezin amacı, Türk romanının zirve isimlerinden Peyami Safa’nın romanlarına çeşitli yönlerden yansıyan İstanbul’u, tarihi, sosyal ve kültürel açıdan değerlendirerek, medeniyetler şehri İstanbul’a ve Türk edebiyatına katkı sağlamaktır.Peyami Safa (1899-1961) who is one of the important and prominent writers of the Republican era, gave his first works from the Armistice years. Peyami Safa, who earns his keep by writing from the childhood until the end of his life, known as journalist and novelist. In almost every period of his life, the financial troubles, diseases, deaths and some idea movements prompted his to writing. Improved himself by writing, Safa writes novels that do not lose in value over the years. Although he wrote novels with different names, Servet Bedii is one of his nicknames that he especially used in novels. However, his best-known works in Turkish literature are the works that written under the name of “Peyami Safa.” Even though author mentions some of his novels about different cities of Turkey, almost all of the events takes place in Istanbul. Especially in the novels where psychological analyzes are predominant, Istanbul preserves its value as well. Peyami Safa, who has included some of the elements related to World War I, Armistice years, National War, World War II and war after Istanbul in his novels, handles the city from various aspects. Although Istanbul is sometimes as a decoration, it is mostly takes places that the city's various districts, historical and foreign elements, architectural structures and accommodation, transportation and communication, social life and entertainment, official institutions, shopping places, stores and war years in his novels. These elements are given in connection with the novel people, and the place and the people form an inseparable whole. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate and contribute to Istanbul as the city of civilizations which is reflected in various aspects of the novels of Peyami Safa, in terms of historical, social and cultural elements

Cytoplasmic SAFA recognizes SFTSV RNA, triggers activation of the STING-TBK1 pathway, and then promotes type I interferon and inflammatory responses against SFTSV infection.</p
An interoperability model for supporting reliability and power-efficient routing in MANETs
No full textHandheld devices in Mobile Ad hoc Networks (MANETs) use different communication technologies and are equipped with different software- hardware processing capabilities. This multi-level heterogeneity poses a serious challenge on the performance of such networks. This paper proposes an interoperability model for supporting coexistence between heterogeneous devices and power-efficient routing in a mobile environment. The model is represented through a three-layered paradigm: a communication service layer that deals with available communication capabilities; a communication capability layer that is responsible for controlling and managing the lower communication service layer; and a communication interface layer that provides the applications with a unified public interface. The paper focuses on the architecture and design of the system, and also presents simulation results to show the impact of the proposed model on the network performance.
