The Effect of Motivation on Human Resource Performance
No full textAbstract: This study aims to determine the influence of the level of motivation on performance in the Inspectorate General (ITJEN) is the Government Internal Supervision Apparatus (APIP) within the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek).
ITJEN Kemendikbudristek has a vital role in realizing the quality and accountable management of state university (PTN) governance. For this reason, it is essential to conduct research related to the audit performance produced by ITJEN and how the level of motivation affects what has a causality relationship with the resulting audit performance. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the level of motivation and employee performance is not optimal. As for statistical analysis, it is known that the level of motivation has a positive and significant influence in carrying out its role in the organization.

The Position of Muslim Inheritors in Incestuous Marriages from the Perspective of Islamic Family Law Philosophy
No full textIslamic law that is of particular concern in positive law is the law of marriage. A marriage carried out by a person will give rise to inheritance laws for their children if the marriage is carried out with a valid contract and is justified by Islamic law. Inheritance law itself is a law that regulates the transfer of wealth from a deceased person to a living person because the existence of these rules is justified by Islamic law, although in practice this inheritance can be seen from several angles, because of marriage, because of kinship and so on, the question is how is the position of children in an incestuous marriage, and whether the status of the child's inheritance incest is the same as the position of the Muslim inheritance in an incestuous marriage. That the position of children in an incestuous marriage is the same as the position of children in a legal marriage, because an incestuous marriage itself is a legal marriage as long as there is no annulment, and when an annulment occurs against a marriage, it does not apply retroactively to the status of the child's position, because the annulment of a marriage does not immediately result in the annulment of a child who has been born, an incestuous marriage has been in accordance with the provisions at the beginning. It can be understood that the distribution of inheritance to children of incestuous marriages is the same as the distribution of inheritance to legitimate children, because incestuous children are legitimate children and not children born from adultery or interfaith marriages, so that the position of incestuous children is the same as the position of legitimate children in receiving inheritance and can inherit from both parents, both from the mother and father.

POLA PEWARISAN TEKNIK PAHAT BATU ANDESIT PADA KERAJINAN BATU ALAM PADALARANG
No full text The study entitled "Inheritance Pattern of Andesite Stone Carving Techniques in Padalarang Natural Stone Crafts Company" describes the process and outcomes of andesite carving technique inheritance from senior craftsmen to novice craftsmen in Padalarang Natural Stone company. In this study, the author adopts Jhon W. Berry’s inheritance theory to examine how the inheritance pattern is carried out at the Padalarang Natural Stone company. It uses a descriptive analytical method by taking a qualitative approach. It is aimed to elaborate the inheritance pattern of andesite carving technique of fourth generation at Padalarang Natural Stone Company. The auhor focused his observation on Usep Muchtar, a senior craftsman, trainer and also the third-generation owner of the company. Previously, there were five protégés of Usep Muchtar and yet only three of them who were consistent in learning the carving techniques. The author then selected two of the three protégés, namely Bah Jejen (the fourth-generation craftsman) and Ahmad sanusi (the fourth-generation owner of a natural stone company) due to their determination in learning and commitment in choosing craftsmen as their profession. The findings show that there are three patterns of inheritance process in Padalarang natural stone company, namely straight, slanting and horizontal patterns.Key words: carving techniques, inheritance pattern, andesite stone, novice craftsmen -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Penelitian ini berjudul “Pola Pewarisan Teknik Pahat Batu Andesit Pada Kerajinan Batu Alam Padalarang”. Berdasarkan penelitian di lapangan, Penulis memfokuskan Pengrajin Senior sebagai pelatih yakni Bapak Usep Muchtar (Pemilik Perusahaan Generasi Ketiga). This development not only gives a positive impact but the negative impact of one of the many cases of traffic violations. The author identifies the issues to be studied as follows: What is the protection of children in the criminal justice system in Indonesia and how the implementation of legal protection against criminal offenses as perpetrators of cases of traffic violations is related to Law no. 35 Year 2014 on Child Protection? Approach method used is juridical-normative approach, that is through literature study. The data are analyzed qualitatively-normatively. The results showed that in January to May 2017, students were included in the first order of most perpetrators of traffic violation cases. In conclusion, the crime against children committing traffic violations based on Law No. 35 years 2014 About Child Protection, for sanctions can Subject to criminal sanctions and action sanctions. Its application should be distinguished by sanctions against adults
Giving over taking/receiving in volunteer tourism the impact of motivation, attitude, and subjective norm on stage of readiness and its implication on social marketing
No full textThe main objective of this study is to investigate the impact of motivation, attitude, and subjective norm on stage of readiness to be involved in volunteer tourism and its implication on social marketing. Volunteer tourism is a tourism product that combines volunteerism and tourism activities in a destination and commonly offered by an international volunteer organisation. In this study the author examine the influence of motivation, subjective norm, and attitude towards volunteer tourism concept on stage of readiness to be involved in volunteer tourism. Motivation is treated as two different variables - taking/receiving and giving motivations. Taking/receiving represents self-interest whereas giving represents altruism. Separating motivation into taking/receiving and giving has rarely done by prior researchers, particularly in a quantitative approach. To gather data, an online survey was conducted attracting 268 male and 274 female participants across nations. In total there were eight hypotheses to be tested. There is a limited sources applying stage of readiness in the study of volunteer tourism. In the tourism literature, stage of readiness relates to a readiness of a person to participate in a tourism product and commonly links to low and high involvement types of activities. Based on the confirmatory factor analysis, all eight hypotheses are accepted. The findings carry out innovations: firstly, the participants might be involved in volunteer tourism were more influenced by giving motivation rather than taking/receiving motivation. The implication of these findings can be a reason why social marketing is more suitable to promote a volunteer tourism project instead of using a commercial marketing approach. Secondly, variables, such as attitude, subjective norm, taking/receiving motivation, and giving motivation can predict stage of readiness. Recommendations for practitioners and future research are discussed
Development of Community Based Tourism Destinations Through Collaborative Governance in Tanjungsari Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency

IMPLEMENTATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN INCREASING EFFECTIVENESS AT SDIT ASY-SYAFIIYAH GARUT REGENCY
No full text<p><strong>Abstract. </strong></p><p>This study aims to deepen and analyze the implementation and effectiveness of human resource management in the context of educational institutions in schools. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews and documentation. The validity of this research is also obtained through the source triangulation technique, which compares the information obtained by the author with the theory used. Informants in this study consisted of school principals, administrative heads, and teachers. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the implementation of human resource management at SDIT Asy-Syafiiyah Kabupaten Garut has been carried out well, with a focus on four aspects; recruitment, training, compensation, and termination. The four main aspects studied by the author are in line with Schuler's theory and the opinions of the three informants studied. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of human resourcemanagement theory and practice, and provide useful guidance for educational institutions in improving the quality and effectiveness of human resource management.</p>

No full textThe research conducted on the performance of the Ciamis Regency DPRD Secretariat was motivated by the still low percentage of achieving benefits from DPRD Secretariat activities in 2022 by 71.43% of the target. Of course, this is due to the performance in terms of human resources in the Secretariat of the DPRD Ciamis not optimal in carrying out their duties and functions. The method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach, data collection techniques used by the author in this study are literature studies and field studies consisting of observations, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data processing, drawing conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the study it is known that the performance of the DPRD Secretariat Ciamis is quite good, although in practice there are still some indicators of performance that is not optimal

The results of this study are; the purpose of MGMP Revitalization is to improve learning quality based on the Indonesian Government Regulation number 19 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards. The things that are emphasized are student center methods, professionalism, and active learning. Furthermore, the implementation applied is the application of innovative learning processes, dedication to the mission and vision, empowerment of human resources, and training for teachers. Finally, the problem is that professionalism, knowledge, abilities, and skills are not optimal.
