Sistem Penakar Bahan Baku Premix Roti Manis Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Logic
No full textPada unit Usaha, Mikro, Kecil dan Menegah (UMKM) Roti Anisah terdapat tahapan penting pada proses pembuatan roti manis, dalam tahapan pembuatan roti manis yang dilakukan oleh UMKM Roti Anisah membutuhkan bahan dasar berupa tepung premix, tepung premix merupakan campuran bahan-bahan pangan seperti tepung terigu, gula, susu bubuk, garam dan baking powder. Selama ini tahapan penakaran tersebut dilakukan oleh perseorangan dan dilakukan pada satu cabang UMKM Roti Anisah agar dapat menjaga resep dan kualitas roti yang dihasilkan, tahapan penakaran tersebut terasa menghambat distribusi tepung premix pada setiap cabang yang ada di Jawa Timur. Pada Proyek Akhir ini penulis merancang sebuah mesin yang dapat digunakan pada masing-masing cabang Roti Anisah agar mempermudah distribusi tepung premix dan menjaga ketersediaan tepung premix pada masing-masing cabang, mesin tersebut dapat malakukan penakaran secara otomatis dan dapat digunakan oleh seluruh pegawai UMKM Roti Anisah. Mesin tersebut terdiri dari satu buah hopper yang digunakan sebagai penampung bahan baku berupa tepung terigu dilengkapi dengan katup atau yang lebih dikenal sebagai valve. Kendali otomatis digunakan pada motor stepper yang digunakan sebagai penggerak katup atau valve berdasarkan umpan balik (feedback) dari nilai pembacaan sensor berat (loadcell hx711). Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan dua variasi input, dengan input pertama adalah berat bahan baku yang terdeteksi sebelum proses penakaran dilakukan sedangkan input kedua berupa waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan satu kali proses penakaran. Output dari kedua input tersebut adalah nilai dari step motor yang akan membuka katup hopper, hasil penakaran dengan menggunakan logika fuzzy dengan target berat sebesar 120 gram dalam waktu 3,5 detik menghasilkan penakaran dengan kesalahan rata-rata sebesar 6,5% atau sebesar 7,8 gram. Sedangkan pengujian tanpa menggunakan metode fuzzy logic mendapatkan nilai error sebesar 30,52%.

In the Business, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) unit of Anisah Bread there are important stages in the process of making sweet bread, in the stages of making sweet bread carried out by MSMEs Anisah Bread requires basic ingredients in the form of premix flour, premix flour is a mixture of food ingredients such as wheat flour, sugar, milk powder, salt and baking powder. So far, the dosing stage is carried out by individuals and carried out at one branch of UMKM Roti Anisah in order to maintain the recipe and quality of the bread produced, the dosing stage seems to hinder the distribution of premix flour in every branch in East Java. In this Final Project, the author designed a machine that can be used in each branch of Anisah Bread to facilitate the distribution of premix flour and maintain the availability of premix flour in each branch, the machine can do dosing automatically and can be used by all employees of Anisah Bread MSMEs. The machine consists of one hopper that is used as a reservoir for raw materials in the form of wheat flour equipped with a valve or better known as a valve. Automatic control is used in stepper motors used as valve drives or valves based on feedback from the weight sensor reading values (loadcell hx711). The test was carried out using two input variations, with the first input being the weight of the raw material detected before the dosing process was carried out while the second input was in the form of time needed to carry out one dosing process. The output of the two inputs is the value of the step motor that will open the hopper valve, the result of dosing using fuzzy logic with a target weight of 120 grams within 3.5 seconds results in dosing with an average error of 6.5% or 7.8 grams. Meanwhile, testing without using the fuzzy logic method received an error value of 30.52%
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
