Comparison of Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Models and One Stay and The Others Stray and the Beginning Ability Towards Biology Students Competency in Class XI of SMAN 3 Bukittinggi
This research based on the problems in SMAN 3 Bukittinggi, low competencies of student caused by students being less active in the learning process. One effort that can be done in activating students is application of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model and the One Stay and The Others Stray. This research is a quasy-experimental research with a 2x2 factorial design research for knowledge competencies and The Static Group Comparison Design for all competence of student. Instrument used was test of learning outcomes for the knowledge and non-tests for the attitudes and skills. Data analysis was used t-test, two-way ANOVA test, and Mann-Whitney U test. The average value of experimental class I (Jigsaw) is 82.60, while the experimental class II (One Stay and The Others Stray) is 86.98, the average value of attitude competency in the experimental class I is 85 and experiment II is 80, the average competency value of skill in experimental class I is 92 and the experimental class II is 94. So, the biology learning competencies of students using one stay and the others stray model can improve learning competence of students in class XI SMAN 3 Bukittinggi

ABSTRACT THE CAPABILITY OF THE ELECTION SUPERVISORY AGENCY TO ASSIST THE DOMESTIC POLITICS OF GOVERNMENTS SYAMSURIZAL The implementation of the simultaneous elections held on April 17, 2019, is basically an alternative to the direct election system with the aim of saving significant costs from the election implementation budget so far that has been borne by the State Budget. However, in its implementation, the 2019 simultaneous elections have allegedly given birth to various phenomena related to transactional politics that have emerged in the electoral process. The research was compiled using a descriptive method through a qualitative approach. The data collection was carried out using literature studies through literature reviews related to transactional political phenomena in simultaneous elections based on alleged violations of election crime Number: 02 / LP / PL / Kab / 04.12 / III / 2019 in Meranti Islands Regency, as well as the implications for governance. formed from the electoral process. The implementation of simultaneous elections in 2019 has raised various phenomena related to money politics in voting behavior. In general, money politics injures the realization of democratic elections and has implications for the process of organizing the election itself which is less democratic. In particular, money politics can raise seeds of distrust by supporters of political parties and can confuse supporters of their party's political choices, giving rise to corrupt government officials' behavior, and regional autonomy that is not positively correlated with improving the welfare and quality of life of the people. In Meranti Islands Regency, there are allegations of violations of election crimes related to the implementation of the Election campaign which deliberately promised other materials in return for election campaign participants directly violating the provisions of Article 523 Paragraph (1) Jo Article 280 Paragraph 1 Letter j of Law Number 7 Year 2017 about General Election
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis

PROBLEMATIKA INTERPRETASI AL-QUR'AN DENGAN AKAL
The Holy Qur'an--which was revealed by Allah-is one of the sources of Islamic teachings. Therefore, it must be read and understood by Muslim in order to be able to implement it in his day life well. The only way to understand Qur'an is to interpret it. The tittle of this research is "The Problem of Rational Interpretation of The Holy Qur'an". And the objectives of this study are to know what kind of verses of Qur'an that cannot be interpreted rationally; and to know what are requirements of who wants to interpret al-Qur'an decided by Ulama (Islamic Scholars); and to know what are the reasons of Ulama who agree and reject rational interpretation of verses of al-Qur'an. Having studied this matter, the Writer can conclude that there are: first:some verses of al-Qur'an that cannot be interpreted by human but by Allah, for example the verses of the Last Day (Qiamat), the Paradise, the Hell, etc.; second : no one is permited to interpret al-Qur'an if he does not fulfil the requirements decided by Ulama; third: the majority of Islamic Scholars (Ulama) permit one who wants to interpret al-Qur'an rationally if he fulfils the requirements mentioned above. If he does not fulfil the requirements he is regarded as one who is not capable. Therefore Ulama devide rational interpretations of al-Qur'an into two kinds. The first is acceptable rational interpretation and; the sedond is unacceptable rational interpretation. Any way one's intelligence is limited but God's revelation is perfect. Therefore, it's not wise for us to claim our rational interpretation is the best. No one is perfect but Allah
