Сравнивая возможные альтернативные варианты вложения средств на основе обоснования финансовых результатов, представляется возможным обеспечить реализацию наилучшего инвестиционного решения. Таким образом, понимание сущности и характерных особенностей инвестиционной деятельности является неотъемлемым условием для любого участника экономического процесса.
Цель работы заключается в повышении результативности функционирования предприятия ”Clean & Clean” S.R.L. за счет улучшения его инвестиционной деятельности.
Для достижения поставленной цели были сформулированы следующие задачи:
1. рассмотрение теоретических аспектов инвестиционной деятельности предприятия;
2. ретроспективный анализ финансового состояния ”Clean & Clean” S.R.L.;
3. оценка инвестиционной деятельности предприятия;
4. разработка мер по улучшению инвестиционной деятельности предприятия и расчет их экономической эффективности.Relevanța lucrării constă în faptul că investițiile joacă un rol important în asigurarea creșterii economice a întreprinderilor, contribuind la reînnoirea resurselor materiale, dezvoltarea bazei tehnice, implementarea inovațiilor în procesul de producție etc.
Realizarea celei mai bune decizii investiționale este posibilă în urma justificării rezultatelor financiare viitoare la comparația diferitor proiecte alternative de alocare a capitalului. Astfel, înțelegerea esenței și caracteristicilor activității de investiții este o condiție esențială pentru orice participant al procesului economic.
Scopul lucrării constă în creșterea performanțelor "Clean & Clean" S.R.L. prin îmbunătățirea activității investiționale. Pentru a atinge acest obiectiv, au fost formulate următoarele sarcini:
1. examinarea aspectelor teoretice ale activității de investiții a întreprinderii;
2. analiza retrospectivă a situației financiare a „Clean & Clean” S.R.L.;
3. evaluarea activității de investiții a întreprinderii;

No full textFișierul atașat conține: Rezumat, Abstract, Cuprins, Introducere, Bibliografie.Teza de master cu tema dată este elaborată în baza situațiilor financiare pentru perioada 2017-2019 de la întreprinderea “Nouconst S.R.L.” și are ca scop analiza strategiilor de dezvoltare durabilă prin implimentarea lor, propunerea unor măsuri pentru îmbunătățirea factorilor nefavorabili.
Structura tezei este următoarea: introducere, trei capitole, concluzii și recomandări, bibliografie, anexe. Această structura permițînd analiza detaliată a domeniului temei alese.
În introducere a fost argumentată actualitatea temei, necesitatea acesteia și au fost stabilite sarcinele teze în corespundere cu tema data.
Capitolul 1 conține aspecte teoretice despre istoricul noțiunii de dezvoltare durabilă, conceptul 3P(profit-people-planet) și obiectivele de dezvoltare durabilă.
Capitolul 2 reprezintă partea analitică care este divizată în trei părți: în prima parte a fost descrisă activitatea întreprinderii; a doua parte conține analiza situației financiare a întreprinderii; în partea a treia sunt estimate rezultatele financiare.
Capitolul 3 cuprinde analiza generală a obiectivelor alese, pe plan economic, social și ecologic; analiza obiectivelor în cadrul întreprinderii și propunerea unui mecanism de elaborare și realizare a strategiilor.
Concluziile și recomandările însumează rezultatele tezei și anumite indicații pentru o mai bună gestiune a activității întreprinderii prin implimentarea unor strategii.
Toate datele se bazează pe documentația oficială a întreprinderii.The master's thesis with this topic is developed based on the financial statements for the period 2017-2019 from the company "Nouconst S.R.L." and aims to analyze sustainable development strategies by implementing them, proposing measures to improve adverse factors.
The structure of the thesis is the following: introduction, three chapters, conclusions and recommendations, bibliography, annexes. This structure allows detailed analysis of the chosen topic theme.
In the introduction, the topicality of the subject was argued, its necessity and the theses tasks were established according to the given theme.
Chapter 1 contains theoretical aspects about the history of the notion of sustainable development, the 3P (profit-people-planet) concept and the objectives of sustainable development.

În prezenta lucrare s-a propus obiectivul de a modela implementarea proiectului de investiție în cadrul întreprinderii de stat Moldelectrica.
Lucrarea este structurată în trei capitole, care tratează atât noțiunile fundamentale privind situația financiară a întreprinderii cit si eficienta economica a investițiilor, precum si analiza comparativa cu doua scenarii, cu implementarea proiectului si fără.
În teza au fost folosite metode generale de cercetare, cum ar fi: de cercetare empirică și teoretică, inclusiv metode de prelucrare și sistematizare a datelor.
În primul capitol, sunt dezvăluite „aspectele teoretice ale analizei proiectelor de investiții”, conceptul de investiție și clasificarea acestora, precum și abordările de evaluare a riscurilor investiționale și necesitatea de a calcula eficiența economică a unei investiții. În plus, au fost furnizați indicatori statistici pentru a evalua eficacitatea investiției.
În al doilea capitol, a fost făcută o analiză a activităților de producție ale întreprinderii. Și, de asemenea, a fost studiată problema necesității implementării unui proiect de investiții, care va îmbunătăți performanța întreprinderii. In this paper we set ourselves the objective of modeling the implementation of the investment project within the state enterprise Moldelectrica.
The paper is structured in three chapters, which deal with both the fundamental notions of the financial situation of the enterprise and the economic efficiency of investments, as well as the comparative analysis with two scenarios, with and without project implementation.
In the first chapter, the “theoretical aspects of investment project analysis”, the investment concept and their classification, as well as the investment risk assessment approaches and the need to calculate the economic efficiency of an investment are revealed. In addition, statistical indicators were provided to assess the effectiveness of the investment.
In the second chapter, an analysis was made of the company's production activities. And also studied the issue of the need to implement an investment project, which will improve the performance of the company. Thus, a financial and economic analysis of the investment project was performed, an analysis of the investment sensitivity to the factors that affect it and a risk assessment was made in the implementation of this project.

Conceptul de „stabilitate financiară” este unul complex. O definiţie posibilă ar fi situaţia în care diversele componente ale sistemului financiar - pieţele de capitaluri, infrastructurile de plăţi, de decontare a tranzacţiilor cu titluri, de compensare, instituţiile financiare etc. - funcţionează fără zguduiri şi blocaje, manifestând fiecare o mare rezistenţă la diverse pericole potenţiale.
Având în vedere fenomenele financiare care se manifestă în economia mondială în ultimele decenii, unii autori consideră că un risc de instabilitate financiară sporit este preţul ce trebuie plătit pentru a beneficia de efectele, de altfel, benefice, ale modernizării tehnologice, liberalizării şi interconectării pieţelor financiare internaţionale. Este o ipoteză care în prezent se află în curs de verificare prin numeroase investigaţii de factură empirică.

În primul capitol sunt prezentate aspectele teoretice privind asigurarea echilibrului financiar al întreprinderii.
În capitolul doi se conţine informaţii privind profilul întreprinderii „Nouconst” S.R.L., adică date despre fondare, fondator, misiune, scop, viziunile, valorile entităţii, la fel şi specificul activităţii, genurile de activitate, precum şi analiza stării economice a întreprinderii, din punct de vedere structural şi factorial, îndeosebi o analiză mai detailată a capitalului propriu şi celui împrumutat pentru depistarea puncelor tari şi slabe ale entităţii.
