No full textAs the production time of an oil well progresses, the reservoir pressure in the well will decrease. Reduced reservoir pressure causes a decrease in the rate of production. To overcome this condition an artificial lift (Musnal, 2015) is carried out. SKK Migas data in 2017 showed a decline in production of 51 Mboepd from the previous year which was produced as many as 2,213 Mboepd. The realization of oil lifting in 2017 is only 802.81 Mboepd or 98.6% of the 2017 Revised State Budget target (SKK Migas, 2017). Sintia oil well is one of the production fields managed by Badan Operasi Bersama (BOB) of PT. Bumi Siak Pusako and Pertamina Hulu. This field is included in the Pekanbaru Coastal Plan (CPP Block) which was initially managed by PT. CALTEX Pacific Indonesia (CPI). From the pump and well production data, the pump efficiency value is 60.3%. Low pump efficiency shows ineffective pump performance. In order to overcome this problem, the researcher conducted an optimization on the pump insert using the IPR curve data and the intake tubing curve. From the intersection of the two curves, the N value and the corresponding S value are obtained. Pump optimization is done with the aim of increasing pump efficiency and reducing pump workload so that oil production can run optimally. The increase in pump efficiency in North Sumatra occurs after the pump's step length has been reduced to 4,8 in from 60 in. The long reduction in this step affected the increase in oil production to 141 bfpd from 145.6 bfpd. So the pump does not work beyond the capacity of the well itself. This is evidenced by the reduction in power required by the pump from 2.96 hp to 2.78 hp with an increase in efficiency to 90.9%

Praktikan melaksanakan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) di PT Fico Indo Rekayasa yang beralamat di Rukan Sinpasa Blok B No. 30 Summarecon Bekasi, Marga Mulya, Bekasi Utara. Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL) dilakukan selama 40 hari, dimulai pada tanggal 23 Juli 2018 sampai dengan tanggal 28 September 2018. Selama masa Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL), praktikan melaksanakan beberapa tugas seperti rekam faktur pajak masukan pada aplikasi e-Faktur, membuat bukti potong PPh pasal 23 pada applikasi e-SPT dan mencatat pembayaran advance, membuat purchase requisitions, membuat purchase order serta membuat receive item pada aplikasi Accurate versi 4. Di dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Praktik Kerja Lapangan (PKL), praktikan dapat mengaplikasikan ilmu Perpajakan dan Komputer Akuntansi yang pernah praktikan dapatkan di bangku perkuliahan dan praktikan mendapatkan ilmu baru dalam pengerjaan tugas seperti mengetahui cara pengoperasian beberapa aplikasi yaitu e-Faktur, e-SPT dan Accurate.

Peningkatan jumlah UMKM mengakibatkan semakin ketatnya persaingan usaha. Salah satu usaha yang dilakukan UMKM adalah dengan menggunakan sistem e-commerce pada strategi penjualannya. Dalam penulisan karya ilmiah ini, tujuan penulis adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan volume penjualan sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan sistem e-commerce pada UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif melalui studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Data yang diambil adalah laporan penjualan 6 bulan, yaitu: selama 3 bulan dari bulan Januari 2016 s/d Maret 2016 sebelum memakai E-commerce dan selama 3 bulan dari bulan Januari 2019 s/d Maret 2019 sesudah memakai E-commerce.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya sistem e-commerce, penjualan mengalami peningkatan, dari 54, 64 dan 68 unit yang terjual pada bulan Januari s/d Maret 2016 saat belum menggunakan sistem e-commerce menjadi 596, 410 dan 550 unit yang terjual pada bulan Januari s/d Maret 2019 saat sesudah menggunakan sistem e-commerce. Dan peningkatan penjualan dapat dilihat juga dari sisi total penjualan yang didapatkan, yaitu dari Rp.5.470.000, Rp. 6.370.000 dan Rp. 6.990.000 pada bulan Januari s/d Maret 2016 saat belum menggunakan sistem e-commerce menjadi Rp. 31.928.600, Rp. 23.526.900 dan Rp. 26.258.700 pada bulan Januari s/d Maret 2019 saat sesudah menggunakan sistem e-commerce.
Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata penjualan unit yang terjual sesudah menggunakan sistem e-commerce 87% lebih besar dari sebelum menggunkan sistem e-commerce. Dan juga rata-rata total penjualan sesudah menggunakan sistem e-commerce adalah 76% lebih besar dibanding
