    Demystifying neurotourism: An interdisciplinary approach and research agenda

The research work of the author Silva, R. is supported by national funds, through the FCT- Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology under the project UIDB/04011/2020 and by NECE-UBI, Research Centre for Business Sciences, Research Centre under the project UIDB/04630/2022.The academic discourse surrounding tourism's interdisciplinary approach has long piqued the interest of the scholarly community. More recently, attention has pivoted towards the intersection of neuroscience and neuromarketing within the realm of tourism, giving rise to the concept of “neurotourism”. This emergence requires a comprehensive elucidation of the relevance of neuromarketing and neuroscience to the field of tourism, thereby addressing the imperative to bridge existing knowledge gaps. In light of this, the present paper endeavours to fulfil this objective by synthesizing global research in this domain. The study adopts an interdisciplinary approach, employing a hybrid systematic review methodology that encompasses a literature review encompassing nine key indicators and a bibliometric analysis through co-word analysis of author keywords. In total, our investigation unearthed 45 papers from Scopus, each exploring the application of neuroscience and neuromarketing theories and methods within the context of tourism. Among these, three papers delve into the concept of neurotourism. In this paper, we underscore the deep connection between neuroscience, neuroscientific methodologies, and neuromarketing within the realm of tourism research. The outcomes of this research significantly enhance our comprehension of the current state of neurotourism research, revealing both existing voids and emerging areas of interest. Furthermore, this study introduces a pioneering methodological approach, fusing Scival topic prominence and hybrid systematic review techniques into bibliometric analysis. Ultimately, our findings illuminate a notable research lacuna, presenting a fertile terrain for prospective investigations.     pdfEl presente trabajo de investigación se basa en una situación problemática que atraviesa la empresa SERVCAFIN S.A. sobre la poca atención que existe en el departamento de telemarketing acerca de las estrategias de venta que aplican, es por ello que, para este trabajo de titulación, se ha planteado como objetivo elaborar estrategias para el incremento de ventas en el departamento de telemarketing de la empresa “SERVCAFIN S.A.” El marco teórico es en relación al telemarketing, inspirados en el autor Silva. Por otro lado, se sigue un modelo metodológico de enfoque mixto, es decir; cuantitativo porque se levantó información mediante encuestas y cuantitativa porque la información fue obtenida a través de entrevistas. La población y muestra para el proceso es la misma puesto que es una microempresa de 6 colaboradores, los resultados de la investigación demostraron ser fuente de información que sirvió para presentar la propuesta, y en la que se extrajeron indicadores como; capacitación, búsqueda de clientes potenciales, mejorar el servicio. Por ello, para el planteamiento de la propuesta se basa en elaborar estrategias que incrementen las ventas en la empresa, forma de financiamiento y se realiza una proyección de las ventas para los próximos cuatro años.The present research work is based on a problematic situation that the company SERVCAFIN S.A. is going through. about the little attention that exists in the telemarketing department about the sales strategies that they apply, that is why, for this degree work, the objective has been set to develop strategies to increase sales in the telemarketing department of the company "SERVCAFIN SA" The theoretical framework is in relation to telemarketing, inspired by the author Silva. On the other hand, a mixed approach methodological model is followed, that is; quantitative because information was collected through surveys and quantitative because the information was obtained through interviews. The population and sample for the process is the same since it is a microenterprise with 6 collaborators, the results of the investigation proved to be a source of information that served to present the proposal, and in which indicators such as; training, search for potential customers, improve service. Therefore, for the approach of the proposal, it is based on developing strategies that increase sales in the company, form of financing and a projection of sales is made for the next four years.

    A influência do Instagram no consumo online dos discentes em uma IES

    MonografiaConsumption is part of the routine of the human being and with the evolution of ecommerce there are tools that facilitate the life of consumers and potentialize their practices. The present study has as general objective to analyze the influence, use and applicability of the social network Instagram in the online consumption of the students of a Higher Education Institution (IES). Quantitative descriptive analysis was used as methodology. We used a questionnaire already prepared by the author Silva (2017) for data collection, where the online questionnaire was launched on social networks facebook, whatsapp and also a data collection with printed questionnaires distributed to the students of the Federal Rural University of Semi- Árido (UFERSA), Angicos campus, obtaining a sample of 150 respondents. The collected data were treated in the SPSS software, using the descriptive and inferential statistics modules, factor analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA). From the data analysis, it was concluded that the Instagram social network has little influence on the analyzed sample and that the greatest influence of online shopping comes from the primary reference given by relatives such as parents and sibling (s). The factors influencing the online purchase intention of the students who are social influencers, information search, perception and learning, frequency of use and primary reference were also obtained.O consumo faz parte da rotina do ser humano e com a evolução do comércio eletrônico surgem ferramentas que facilitam a vida dos consumidores e potencializam as suas práticas. O presente estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar a influência, uso e aplicabilidade da rede social Instagram no consumo online dos discentes de uma Instituição de Ensino Superior (IES). Foi utilizado como metodologia análise descritiva de natureza quantitativa. Foi utilizado um questionário já elaborado pela autora Silva (2017) para levantamento de dados, onde foi lançado o questionário online nas redes sociais facebook, whatsapp e também foi realizado uma coleta de dados com questionários impressos distribuídos aos alunos da Universidade Federal Rural do SemiÁrido (UFERSA), campus Angicos, obtendo uma amostra de 150 respondentes. Os dados coletados foram tratados no software SPSS, utilizando os módulos de estatística descritiva e inferencial, análise fatorial, análise de variância (ANOVA). A partir da análise de dados chegou-se à conclusão que a rede social Instagram possui pouca influência perante a amostra analisada e que a maior influência de compra online vem da referência primária que se dá pelos familiares como os pais e irmão(s). Também foi obtido os fatores que influenciam a intenção de compra online dos discentes que são influenciadores sociais, busca de informação, percepção e aprendizagem, frequência de uso e referência primária.Trabalho não financiado por agência de fomento, ou autofinanciad

    OS JOGOS INDÍGENAS E A LEI 11.645/2008: POSSIBILIDADES PARA UM CURRÍCULO INTERCULTURAL: POSSIBILIDADES PARA UM CURRÍCULO INTERCULTURAL

    Abstract: The proposal that moves this study is based on a bibliographical research that aims to analyze how the activities carried out in the Indigenous Games can be used in the curriculum, considering the memories and culture of the original peoples, correlating them to the requirements of Law 11.645/2008. Thinking about the Indigenous Games from this perspective is a response that the school needs to give to the countless cultures present in society, in the roles that teachers can play in the development of the curriculum, specifically when one wants to attend to diversity and also in the potentialities of intercultural education in the sense of renewing a curriculum that materializes the principle of a school for all. We will seek a dialogue with the main authors on interculturality, identity, concepts about the inter and multicultural curriculum, and its connection with diversity, using the Indigenous Games to analyze different forms of knowledge built in these events, so that it is possible to bring them closer to teaching practices and propose intercultural activity in the school, in accordance with the legislation. In this direction, Grando, Xavante and Campos (2015) bring in their work an important study on indigenous games and games present in the memory of adults and elderly people from 18 indigenous ethnic groups. On the other hand, Cuyabano (2010) expands the discussion by contextualizing the historical relations between the original peoples and the non-indigenous society, based on the dialogue with the experiences lived in the games and current literature. In the same direction, the author Silva (2014) in his book “Identity and difference: the perspective of Cultural Studies” presents the importance of the concept of identity and the relations between culture, identity and difference. In turn, direction Brighenti (2022) presents the relationship between Law 11.445, intercultural education that can be experienced at school. In another direction, the authors Dorrico (2021) and Delmondez and Pulino (2014), discuss the relationship between indigenous education and indigenous school education, among other authors with an important contribution on the intercultural curriculum in this study. In this perspective, we place this work, which seeks a democratic, fair and plural education, with special relevance in the current moment marked by conservative and reactionary perspectives, guided by the decolonial perspective and its interrelationship with critical intercultural education. Classroom.A proposta que move este estudo baseia-se em uma pesquisa bibliográfica que visa analisar como as atividades realizadas nos Jogos Indígenas podem ser utilizadas no currículo, considerando as memórias e a cultura dos povos originários, correlacionando-as às exigências da Lei 11.645/2008. Pensar os Jogos Indígenas nessa perspectiva é uma resposta que a escola precisa dar às inúmeras culturas presentes na sociedade, nos papéis que os professores podem exercer no desenvolvimento do currículo, especificamente quando se quer atender a diversidade e ainda nas potencialidades da educação intercultural no sentido da renovação de um currículo que concretize o princípio de escola para todos. Buscaremos um diálogo com os principais autores sobre interculturalidade, identidade, conceitos sobre o currículo inter e multicultural, e sua conexão com a diversidade, utilizando os Jogos Indígenas para analisar formas diversas de conhecimentos construídos nesses eventos, de maneira que seja possível aproximá-los das práticas docentes e propor a atividade intercultural na escola, em conformidade com a legislação. Nessa direção, Grando, Xavante e Campos (2015) trazem em seu trabalho um importante estudo sobre jogos e brincadeiras indígenas presentes na memória de adultos e idosos de 18 etnias indígenas.  Por seu turno, Cuyabano (2010) amplia a discussão ao contextualizar as relações históricas entre os povos originários e a sociedade não indígena, a partir do diálogo com as experiências vivenciadas nos jogos e a literatura atual.  Na mesma direção, o autor Silva (2014) em seu livro “Identidade e diferença: a perspectiva dos Estudos culturais” apresenta a importância do conceito de identidade e as relações entre cultura, identidade e diferença. Por seu turno, direção Brighenti (2022) apresenta a relação entre a Lei 11.445, educação intercultural que pode ser vivenciada na escola. Em outra direção, os autores Dorrico (2021) e Delmondez e Pulino (2014), discutem a relação entre educação indígena e educação escolar indígena, entre outros autores com importante contribuição sobre o currículo intercultural neste estudo.  Nessa perspectiva, situamos este trabalho, que busca uma educação democrática, justa e plural, com especial relevância no momento atual marcado por perspectivas conservadoras e reacionárias, orientado pela perspectiva decolonial e sua inter-relação com a educação intercultural crítica
