ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN KELAYAKAN USAHA (STUDI KASUS: UNIT USAHA IKAN NILA SISTEM KERAMBA JARING APUNG DI DANAU MANINJAU, KECAMATAN TANJUNG RAYA, KABUPATEN AGAM)

Dampak usaha KJA bagi masyarakat, diantaranya peningkatan pendapatan, kesempatan kerja, dan peluang usaha. Keterbatasan ilmu dalam mengetahui kelayakan usaha yang dijalankan sesuai dengan pendapatan usaha, menjadi masalah utama yang ditemukan sehingga perlu dilakukannya Analisis pendapatan dan kelayakan usaha budidaya ikan sistem KJA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1).Menganalisis berapa besaran pendapatan yang diperoleh pengusaha budidaya Ikan Nila sistem KJA, 2). Mendeskripsikan usaha budidaya Ikan Nila sistem KJA layak dikembangkan. Penelitian dilakukan di Jorong Rambai, Kecamatan Tanjung Raya, Kabupaten Agam. Metode pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan sengaja (purposive) berdasarkan kriteria yang dipilih dari 5 unit usaha KJA. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, BEP dan kelayakan usaha. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa: 1).Pendapatan terkecil dari 5 unit usaha KJA adalah keramba Nuh sebesar Rp.378.086.625, sementara pendapatan terbesar adalah keramba Muhammad sebesar Rp.2.487.874.375 2). Analisis BEP penerimaan, BEP produksi dan BEP harga 5 unit usaha KJA sudah mengalami tidak untung dan tidak rugi 3).Berdasarkan R/C Ratio yang didapatkan, usaha yang layak dijalankan dari 5 unit usaha KJA ini adalah keramba Isa karena memiliki R/C Ratio tertinggi yaitu 3,00, 4). Berdasarkan produktivitas modal usaha yang layak dijalankan adalah keramba Isa yaitu 200%, 5). Berdasarkan produktivitas tenaga kerja, usaha yang layak dijalankan adalah keramba Muhammad yaitu Rp.13.268.663/HKO
PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA (ASN) PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN HUTABARGOT KABUPATEN MANDAILING NATAL
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja aparatur sipil Negara pada kantor kecamatan Hutabargot Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 23 ASN di Kantor Unit kantor kecamatan Hutabargot Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Analisis data menggunakan uji t diperoleh hasil thitung sebesar 4,406 lebih besar dari ttabel 1,721 dengan nilai sig < alpha yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,480 atau 48,0% artinya naik turunnya peningkatan kinerja ASN di kantor kecamatan Hutabargot Kabupaten Mandailing Natal, karena gaya kepemimpinan dapat diantisipasi melalui persamaan regresi tersebut, sedangkan sisanya 52 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain diluar penelitan ini. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada kantor kecamatan Hutabargot Kabupaten Mandailing Natal

Kunyit (Curcuma domestica Val) dimanfaatkan dalam pakan ayam karena dapat meningkatkan bobot badan ayam selama pemeliharaan yang dicampurkan ke dalam air minumnya. Salah satunya yaitu dalam mengkonsumsi ayam broiler dan banyak masyarakat terutama pegawai kantoran yang membutuhkannya. Ayam ungkap sofras adalah salah satu produk olahan dari ayam yang dilakukan dengan cara ungkap dengan bahan-bahan tanaman herbal seperti batang serai, daun salam, bawang putih, ruas kunyit, lengkuas, ketumbar, bawang merah, dan jahe yang dihaluskan dan diungkap dengan ayam. Biaya produksi yang digunakan untuk usaha ayam broiler adalah sebesar Rp.2.719.825 dan ayam ungkap sofras adalah sebeser Rp.810.920 dengan jumlah pendapatan dari usaha ayam broiler dan ayam ungkap sofras selama satu periode adalah sebesar Rp.4.375.000 dari hasil penjualan ayam broiler sebanyak 90 ekor dan ayam ungkap sebanyak 9 ekor dan didapatkan R/C ratio ayam broiler sebesar 1,70 dan ayam ungkap sofras sebesar 1,83

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
