La performance des petites et moyennes entreprises : une étude comparative entre le Maroc et la Corée du sud
Get PDFLes petites et moyennes entreprises ont un rôle important dans la croissance économique de chaque pays, car elles représentent une large part du nombre total d’entreprises.
En tant que moyen de promotion de l’emploi et de la répartition des richesses, les PME marocaines occupent une place importante dans la dynamique économique et sociale du pays.
Cependant, certains problèmes entravent la performance de ces entreprises dominées par de petites structures familiales. L’intérêt principal des PME marocaines est la survie, au lieu de l’innovation. On a choisi de faire une analyse comparative qui sera axée sur les avantages de la Corée du Sud, notamment en termes des différents moyens pour résoudre les problèmes et les difficultés rencontrés par les PME.
L’objectif de notre étude est de déterminer le positionnement des petites et moyennes entreprises marocaines par rapport à d’autres pays émergents et comparables au Royaume. On a choisi la Corée du Sud comme étant un pays très développé, qui est devenu dans une quarantaine d’années parmi les quinze premières puissances économiques mondiales

Elle guide tous les efforts et occupe une place décisive dans les relations établies entre ce qui est extérieur à la PME (c’est- à-dire les clients, les concurrents, les pouvoirs publics, les fournisseurs) et l’entreprise elle- même. Par conséquent, la stratégie joue un rôle essentiel dans le bon fonctionnement d'une entreprise. L’intérêt de notre étude est de permettre à toute personne s’intéressant à cette question, de mieux comprendre les caractéristiques de l’analyse stratégique des PME.
Pour répondre à notre problématique, nous avons choisi de faire une étude exhaustive, c'est-à-dire que nous avons choisi la totalité des petites et moyennes entreprises (109 PME) qui se trouvent dans la province d’El Jadida. Notre choix n’est pas fortuit, la province d’El Jadida est parmi les plus importantes plateformes industrielles du Royaume

La PME constitue l’une des solutions économiques des pays industrialisés d’une part, et d’autre part, un des grands espoirs de développement économique pour les pays en voie de développement. La PME est considérée comme un acteur principal de la sphère économique. C’est là que se crée et se renouvelle constamment le tissu industriel d’une région ou d’un pays. Les PME sont une source importante de créativité, de vitalité et d'emploi. L’entreprise a la possibilité d’opter pour un ensemble de changements dans ses systèmes de gestion pendant une période donnée. Ce processus de mise en compétitivité met l’action sur l’évolution du système de gestion de l’entreprise. Notre recherche repose sur une démarche comparative entre le Maroc et le Singapour, il s’agit d’une étude Benchmark afin de dégager les solutions prises par ses entreprises pour résoudre les différents problèmes liés à l’organisation de l’entreprise.

Abstract
The SME is one of the economic solutions of the industrialized countries on the one hand, and on the other hand, one of the great hopes of economic development for the developing countries. The SME is considered to be a major player in the economic sphere. It is here that the industrial fabric of a region or country is constantly created and renewed. SMEs are an important source of creativity, vitality and employment. The company has the option of opting for a set of changes in its management systems over a given period of time. This competitive process puts action on the evolution of the company’s management system. Our research is based on a comparative approach between Morocco and Singapore, it is a Benchmark study in order to identify the solutions taken by its companies to solve the various problems related to the organization of the company.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. In concrete terms, this involves organizing around projects relating to sustainable development with a view to implementing practices that demonstrate a commitment to new sustainable models. Their implementation presupposes competence on the part of managers and requires initiatives in the area of staff training.The interest of this work is to present the notion of sustainability as a vector for the development of corporate citizenship and human capital.
