berkaitan
Bab 4 : membincangkan tentang cadangan rekabentuk sistem
Bab S : menerangkan aktiviti yang dijalankan sepanjang proses implimentasi seperti pengkodan dan penghasilan fail-fail imej
Bab 6 : mengandungi kaedah-kaedah pengujian yang dilakukan ke atas sistem secara
berperingkat

DETERMINATION OF HISTAMINE LEVELS IN COMMERCIAL CANNED TUNA
Abstract: Tuna species are the large group of important fishes that belong to the Scombridae family, covers more than 50 different species, are significant in supplying a global market. Tuna widely consumed worldwide as fresh or canned. Considering that tuna fish, like other scombroid fish, is commonly associated with cases and outbreaks Histamine Food Poisoning (HFP). Histamine is identified by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a major chemical hazard of seafood products. The aim of the present study was to search and review the findings from the scientific published literature studies focusing on determination of histamine levels in commercial canned tuna. The results of the data search, remaining 11 articles were suitable in this review. The histamine levels in canned tuna were determined in this study by using ELISA, HPLC or a rapid test method. Samples of commercial canned tuna from different countries were analysed and found to have histamine levels that were within the acceptable range. Histamine level that is considered to be permissible in fish and fishery products differs by country. In the United States (US), a histamine level of 50 mg/ kg is considered indicative of fish spoilage, while the European Union (EU) has established an acceptable histamine level of 200 mg/ kg for fish belonging to the Scombridae, Clupeidae, Engraulidae, Coryphaenidae, Pomatomidae, and Scomberesocidae families.

SYSTEMATIC REVIEW: BLOOD GLUCOSE CONCENTRATION DETERMINED FROM VENOUS AND CAPILLARY BLOOD SAMPLE
Abstract: Glucose can be measured as venous plasma or capillary whole blood. Capillary blood is more often used than venous blood in testing blood glucose concentration. Comparison of glucose concentration obtained from capillary blood and venous plasma blood is a wide topic of discussion, it varies the test result. The aim of the present study was to search and review the findings from the scientific published literature studies focusing on blood glucose concentration determined from venous and capillary blood sample. Of the 195 articles retrieved, in the final stage of the eligibility assessment, the remaining 7 studies were included in this review. The data obtained are in the form of descriptive analysis by narrating findings of scientific articles which are then arranged systematically and according to each topic discussed so that a conclusion is obtained that represents the entire content of the review. A good correlation between venous and capillary blood glucose resulted from this review. Although glucometers are useful, caution must be exercised in accepting the results in emergency hypoglycemic and hyperglycemia condition. Clinicians should always correlate the blood glucose reading in glucometers with the clinical findings in taking their management decisions.

CompoundDB4j: Integrated drug resource of heterogeneous chemical databases.
Murali V, Königs C, Deekshitula S, Nukala S, Santhi MD, Athri P. CompoundDB4j: Integrated drug resource of heterogeneous chemical databases. Molecular informatics. 2020.Computational approaches to analyze various drug/ compound centered analysis often present a need to map attributes from multiple drug databases. In this study, we provide a Neo4j repository that integrates two of the most prominent open source drug databases, DrugBank and ChEMBL, with a goal of establishing an integrated data visualization and analysis tool for drug discovery studies. The drugs present in DrugBank are mapped to their counterparts in ChEMBL. The integration of these resources and the harmonization using knowledge graph serialization using Neo4j lead to identification of relationships between drugs and other related features that are otherwise spread across two different resources. A common data format, a prerequisite to populate the Neo4j database, enables users to identify new relationships central to drug discovery research, like Drug Target Interactions (DTI). Assessment of circadian rhythms in humans: comparison of real-time fibroblast reporter imaging with plasma melatonin.
We compared the period of the rhythm of plasma melatonin, driven by the hypothalamic circadian pacemaker, to in vitro periodicity in cultured peripheral fibroblasts to assess the effects on these rhythms of a polymorphism of PER3 (rs57875989), which is associated with sleep timing. In vitro circadian period was determined using luminometry of cultured fibroblasts, in which the expression of firefly luciferase was driven by the promoter of the circadian gene Arntl (Bmal1). The period of the melatonin rhythm was assessed in a 9-d forced desynchrony protocol, minimizing confounding effects of sleep-wake and light-dark cycles on circadian rhythmicity. In vitro periods (32 participants, 24.61±0.33 h, mean±sd) were longer than in vivo periods (31 participants, 24.16±0.17 h; P0.4). Analyses of replicate in vitro assessments demonstrated that circadian period was reproducible within individuals (intraclass correlation=0.62), but in vivo and in vitro period assessments did not correlate (P>0.9). In accordance with circadian entrainment theory, in vivo period correlated with the timing of melatonin (P<0.05) at baseline and with diurnal preference (P<0.05). Individual circadian rhythms can be reliably assessed in fibroblasts but may not correlate with physiological rhythms driven by the central circadian pacemaker.-Hasan, S., Santhi, N., Lazar, A.S., Slak, A., Lo, J., von Schantz, M., Archer, S. Tribal Peoples' Life Values in the Novel "Aathangarai Oram"
Literature has been subject to change from time to time, from the Sangam period to this period. People's taste, time, environment, politics, etc. are the reasons for that. Such changing literary forms are called fiction literature. Short stories and novels, which highlight people's beliefs, language, religion, life, culture, etc., belong to this type. The purpose of this study is to highlight the life values of the tribal people who have been included in the novel 'Athangarai Oram', written by V. Irai Anbu I.A.S., a multi faceted personality, who has made a footprint on various platforms like short stories, novels, youth books, essay collection books, question and answer books, and English books. There is a tendency these days to consider polished looks and tongue-in-cheek English fashionable. Apart from that, the interests of the tribal people, who have a childlike mind, a mind that loves the soil and considers the suffering of others as their own suffering, and the fighting spirit of fighting to protect it, are to be explored through this article
