A Federal Register For Telecommunications Infrastructures
No full textThe increasing scarcity of resources in recent years has made extremely strategic to try to give Italy its first register of infrastructure, to enable the reuse of existing infrastructure and better target the investments of the telecommunication operators. Over the past two years several working groups (ANFOV) and public partnerships (Mise-Anci 11/12/2012) have been created with the aim of studying models and guidelines for its realization. Many initiatives are also present at regional level with the same objective (Toscana, Lombardia, Trentino).
The solution described in this paper is the first that, by intro- ducing the concept of federation of existing cadastral systems, gives in alternative to the model of a single registry, too difficult to implement and to maintain ( Lombardia Region Project).
The model of Cadastre proposed is based on the concept of data federation that provide a ”unified view” of all available data, providing a mechanism for automatic collection and stan- dardization of the information coming from the different data base, while ensuring, at all contributors, maximum flexibility in data structure.
A further aspect of the peculiar and innovative solution is that it doesnt necessarily required a single point of data storage, but it permits individual systems of origin to continue to be the only holders of the data, solving in a single instance the problem of the consistency of the information and of its maintenance. These elements strongly differ from the ANFOV guide that inspired the solution in object.
The proposed solution leads to the definition of the data federation protocol, laying the groundwork for the feasibility and sustainability of the project and the initiative as a whole

Pietro e Paolo nell’età delle riforme religiose, ne indaga le evocazioni e le
rappresentazioni romane centrando la sua attenzione sui tracciati che
costruiscono l’indissolubile legame tra i due apostoli: un ridisegno ciclico,
multiforme e incerto che si rintraccia fin dai primi secoli cristiani nella
liturgia e nelle devozioni, nelle Scritture e nella tradizione scritta,
epigrafica, archeologica, iconografica.
Lo studio qui presentato indaga le sue remote e contraddittorie varianti,
e le segue lungo la continua risignificazione che le coinvolge fino alla
tarda Controriforma e al sistematico vaglio delle scienze sacre proposto
in quell’età per recuperare la fondatezza e il senso delle tradizioni sulla
coppia apostolica, e la suprema dignità di Roma. Una testimonianza
secondaria ed ‘improbabile’ conservata nell’ipogeo vaticano, detta la
pietra di porfido ad limina apostolorum, è qui proposta come figura nodale
del composito messaggio (di segno dottrinale-liturgico-pastorale, storicoapologetico,
dalle decisive valenze politiche) che i due apostoli emanano

Drammi: due opere teatrali di Sa'd Allah Wannus
No full textIl volume si apre con una premessa, e poi, una introduzione, la traduzione in italiano dall'originale arabo di due drammi di Wannus, una breve biografia di quest’autore e la bibliografia finale. Questo libro presenta due opere di Sa'd Allah Wannus, drammaturgo siriano che, per l'indiscussa competenza artistica e teatrale e l'impegno intellettuale, è considerato un imprescindibile punto di riferimento nel teatro arabo contemporaneo. al-Fil ya malik az-Zaman, prezioso cammeo e inesorabile parabola sul potere, è un dramma corale con corifeo, che induce lo spettatore a riflettere sull'umana vigliaccheria e le terribili conseguenze che questa determina. Ne La Le peripezie della testa del Mamluk Giabir, invece, Wannus rilegge in chiave critica la storia araba, come nessun altro drammaturgo arabo aveva fatto prima di lui. In questi drammi il teatro diviene addirittura strumento storiografico e il tema storico viene trattato senza essere santificato o, tanto meno, trasformato in manifestazione folcloristica che allieti e rallegri i cuori e le pigre menti degli spettatori.
A partire da queste due Drammi, scritte a cavallo tra gli anni '60 e gli anni '70, Wannus elabora e mette a punto la sua poetica di teatro politicizzato, destinato ad aprire un dialogo costruttivo con gli spettatori e a formare una diversa coscienza sociale e politica

Shadharaat è la polvere dell'oro cesellato, la scheggia preziosa, lo sketch. Sono i frammenti poetici e letterari che abbiamo plasmato in teatro, i versi che nutrono l'anima, la danza che la rallegra, le emozioni racchiuse nello scrigno di parole pronunciate lontano e per la prima volta tradotte...
Sette zingare parlano d'amore. Poetano, scherzano, cantano e danzano in un continuo gioco di ruoli, di travestimenti e di seduzioni e presentano, tra lo slancio romantico e il cinismo efferato, approcci diversi tra i personaggi che popolano questo mondo. L'obiettivo del laboratorio di teatro in lingua araba ha l'obbiettivo di fornire un supporto alla didattica dell'arabo (ampliamento del lessico, pratica della lingua, consolidamento delle conoscenze acquisite ecc.
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

No full textIn recent years the concept of Smart City has undergone an extension from its native scope of ICT applications to the most diverse areas, from the sustainable building, to the rooftop gardens and zero mile harvesting. This article presents an example of a real project in which, while remaining in the original ICT field, the attribute 'smart' applies in its widest meaning from the definition of the conceptual model, architectural and organizational level, through construction, to its maintenance over time and its reuse in other application contexts. © 2013 IEEE
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
A configurable system for the definition and automatic calculation of a high number of derived discrete measures
No full textA derived measure is elaborated on the basis of primary events and therefore requires a function that calculates it from the individual values of the primary measures. In order for a derived measure to be calculated, it is necessary to specify the primary measures on which it depends, and to define the dependency function that correlates them and allows its evaluation. In the case of a few derived measures, in the range of tens, the definition and configuration phases of the derived measures can be executed manually, typically through the use of an off-line procedure. In the case of complex systems, dealing with the transformation of hundreds of derived measures, it becomes necessary the preparation of an embedded automatic process, allowing automatic definition of a high number of derived measures, starting from the primary ones, and their calculation according to predetermined, configurable and parametrized rules. © 2015 University of Split, FESB
