Diagnosis: Headshield and posterior shield without posterior lobes. Parapodia small. Foot short, extending to half of shell length. Posterior end of posterior shield angulated or truncated. Shell internal, bulloid, oval, up to 4.0 mm in length, apex obtuse, spire partly visible; spiral sculpture with chains of narrow pits; parietal callus wing-like. Gizzard plates absent; radula 2:1:0:1:2; laterals bearing numerous small denticles on internal border. Copulatory system with short prostate; large, conical, penial papilla armed with a small, triangular chitinous plate or a large, chitinous multicusped stylet. Yellow gland and sensory bristles not detected. The new genus includes two new species: Aglaona rudmani sp. nov. and A. valdesi sp. nov.. Comparison: The new genus differs from all described genera of the family Aglajidae by the presence of an internal and well-developed bulloid shell. Etymology: The genus name is a contraction of the family name Aglajidae, in which it is placed, and the philinoid genus Laona A.Adams, 1865, to which it resembles in external and internal morphology. Remark: The callus of cephalaspidean shells is often thin and looks like a narrow band along the inner lip of the aperture tapering to its anterior part (see Philine guineensis Ev.Marcus & Er.Marcus, 1966 or Ph. schrammi Malaquias, Ohnheiser, Oskars & Willassen, 2016 in Malaquias et al., 2016: figs 4D, 9E). Sometimes in taxonomical descriptions the callus morphology is not mentioned at all or noted only as ‘parietal callus present’. The simple narrow callus mentioned above was described as ‘ribbon-like’ for the philinids Spiraphiline hadalis Chaban et al., 2019 and Spiraphiline kurilokamchatica Chaban et al., 2019 (Chaban et al., 2019a). However, shells of Aglaona have a different morphology of the callus: it is narrow in the apical part of the shell, steadily widening to the middle of the body whorl, it then narrows rapidly to the columellar part of the aperture (Fig. 4C). Die Untersuchung der Anfange der politischen Karriere von Jacques Chaban- Delmas kann sich nicht mit der von ihm selbst gelieferten und daher zwangsläufig voreingenommenen Darstellung zufgriedengeben. Warum, wo, wann, wie und mit welchen ersten Ergebnissen hat dieser junge pariser Technokrat den Beruf des Politikers ergriffen ? Die Analyse der ihm eigenen Mittel und Fähigkeiten ist mit derjenigen seiner persönlichen Strategie unauflöslich verknüpft. Sicher waren die historischen Rahmenbedingungen in der Gironde des Herbstes 1946 günstig für den Erfolg einer jeden neuen politischen Begabung ; Chaban hat jedoch unter den gegebenen Umständen eine einzigartige Geschicklichkeit an den Tag gelegt, sich als den Mann der Stunde darzustellen.The First Election of Jacques Chaban-Delmas.
The study of the beginnings of Jacques Chaban-Delmas 's career forces one to go beyond the story, necessarily self-interested, furnished by the actor himself. Why, where, when, how and with what results did this young Parisian technocrat begin his political career ? The analysis of his ressources is inseparable from the examination of his individual strategy. The Girondine context of autumn 1946 was without a doubt favorable to the success of any new political entrepreneur, but Chaban showed in this circomstance a singular capacity for incarnating the providential man.L'étude des origines de la carrière de Jacques Chaban-Delmas nécessite de dépasser le récit, forcément intéressé, fourni par l'acteur lui-même. Burn out: українські реалії (на прикладах деяких лікарських професій)
No full textBackground: The spread of burnout syndrome contributes to our era - the time of achievement, consumption, new materialism, entertainment and enjoyment of life. This is the time when we exploit ourselves and allow ourselves to exploit. But you need to keep in mind that emotional burnout occurs in those professions where there is not only a heavy load but also a constantly acting chronic stress. This article discusses the “Burn out” problem in the context of the medical profession in Ukraine.
Results: After a survey among doctors, we saw some features of “Burn out” in different regions of Ukraine and their phenomenological content. There was a survey among different medical specializations, which allowed us to see the difference between the emotional burnout of endocrinologists, cardiologists, oncologists, and gynecologists.
Methods: “Questionnaire for the identification of burnout syndrome” O. Chaban
Conclusion: emotional burnout is a process in which the doctor himself actively participates and, if the signs of “Burn out” are detected at the beginning of the process, he has the opportunity to make changes in his life. Comparing the facts of the study, one can imagine the Ukrainian doctor as a certain robot who voluntarily sacrifices himself, but receives almost nothing for this. The sacrificial position of a Ukrainian doctor is probably due to living in certain personal and social myths.Актуальність: Поширенню синдрому вигорання сприяє наша епоха - час досягнень, споживання, нового матеріалізму, розваг і отримання задоволення від життя. Це час, коли ми експлуатуємо самі і дозволяємо себе експлуатувати. Але потрібно мати на увазі, що емоційне вигорання виникає у тих професіях, де є не тільки велике навантаження, але й постійно діючий хронічний стрес. В даній статі розглядається проблема «Burn out» в контексті лікарської професії в Україні.
Результати: Після проведення опитування серед лікарів, ми побачили деякі особливості «Burn out» по різних регіонах України та їх феноменологічний зміст. Було опитуваннясеред різних лікарських спеціалізацій, яке дало нам змогу побачити різницю між емоційним вигоранням ендокринологів, кардіологів, онкологів та гінекологів.

Висновок: емоційне вигорання – це процес, у якому лікар сам бере активну участь і в разі виявлення ознак «Burn out» на початку процесу у нього з’являється можливість внести зміни у своє життя. Співставляючи факти дослідження, можна уявити українського лікаря певним роботом, який добровільно приносить себе у жертву, але за це не отримує майже нічого. Жертвенна позиція українського лікаря можливо пояснюється проживанням в певних власних та соціальних міфах
Психодіагностична оцінка використання шкал PCL-5, PHQ-9 та GAD-7 при розладах, пов’язаних зі стресом та супутніми порушеннями сну
No full textThe aim of the study was to optimize the psychodiagnostic management algorithm for stress-related disorders and associated sleep disturbances by assessing the psychometric properties of the Ukrainian versions of PCL-5, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 scales. The study data included Ukrainian-language: demographic data, Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire-7 (GAD-7), PTSD Symptom Checklist for DSM-5 (PCL-5), Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire (PSQQ), Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-26), and Quality of Life Scale edited by Prof. Chaban (CQLS). Statistical analysis includes descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation methods, assessment of internal consistency and validity of the PCL-5, PHQ-9, and GAD-7 scales, by using SPSS Statistics 23.0. The study population (N=111) included female (76.5%) and male (23.5%) with PTSD symptoms and sleep disturbances. According to the results of the statistical analysis of the internal consistency of the scales, the Cronbach's alpha index is for PHQ-9 (0.842); GAD-7 (0.881); PCL-5 for all 20 items is: (0.954); as well as for individual subscales of symptom clusters: intrusiveness (0.891); avoidance ( .779); negative reaction ( .893); hyperreactivity ( .852). Direct strong positive, statistically significant correlation between the total score indicators for PHQ-9, GAD-7 and PCL-5 (with subscale indicators, respectively) at the level of p>0.001 ( .000), which indicates a high level of convergent validity. The results showed a high diagnostic value of using these scales in the process of diagnosing stress-related disorders with concomitant sleep disturbances.Метою дослідження є оптимізація психодіагностичного алгоритму курації при розладах, пов’язаних зі стресом та супутніми порушеннями сну шляхом оцінки психометричних властивостей шкал PCL-5, PHQ-9 та GAD-7. Дані дослідження включали україномовні: демографічні дані, Опитувальник Здоров’я Пацієнта-9 (PHQ-9), Опитувальник Генералізованого Тривожного Розладу-7 (GAD-7), Контрольний Список Симптомів ПТСР для DSM-5 (PCL-5), Піттсбурзький Опитувальник Якості Сну (PSQQ), Торонтська Шкала Алекситимії (TAS-26) і Шкала Якості Життя за ред. Проф. Чабана (CQLS). Статистичний аналіз включає методи описової статистики та кореляції Пірсона, оцінку внутрішньої узгодженості та валідності шкал PCL-5, PHQ-9 і GAD-7, який було проведено за допомогою програмного забезпечення SPSS Statistics 23.0. До досліджуваної популяції (N=111) увійшли жінки (76,5%) і чоловіки (23,5%) з порушеннями сну після перенесеного травматичного стресу. За результатами статистичного аналізу внутрішньої узгодженості шкал, індекс Кронбаха альфа становить для PHQ-9 (0.842); GAD-7 (0.881); PCL-5 для всіх 20 пунктів становить: (0.954); а також для окремих субшкал кластерів симптомів: інтрузивність (0.891); уникання ( .779); негативного реагування( .893); гіперреактивності ( .852). Прямий сильний позитивний, статистично значимий кореляційний зв’язок між показниками загального балу за PHQ-9, GAD-7 та PCL-5 (із показниками субшкал відповідно) на рівні p>0,001 ( .000), що свідчить про високий рівень конвергентної валідності. Результати показали високу діагностичну цінність використання даних шкал у процесі діагностики розладів, пов’язаних зі стресом із супутніми порушеннями сну
