Lavoratori "parasubordinati" e rappresentanza sindacale. Forum sul tema

Historical Italian trade union confederations have recently created organisations specially aimed at protecting new form of employment: Cgil-Nidil, Cisl-Alai, Uil-Cpo. Some union leaders have been interviewed on questions concerning co-ordinated and continuos workes, such as how trade unions intend to represent these workers, which services provide, subjects and levels of a future collective agreement

    Quando lo sfruttamento è smart

The essay examines the ways in which work is used in digital plat. forms. The author proposes to define "smart exploitation" the specific characteristics of the use of work by digital platforms such as Uber. El ements are identified, such as algorithmic management, datification and gamification, highlighting that the freedom of gig workers actually hidks a form of self-exploitation induced by the technical operating models of the platforms themselves. The "smart exploitation" therefore alludes to a model of technoregulation that promotes the fake self-employment of gig workers

V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena vzpostavitev geodetske mreže za zakoličbo objekta s pomočjo GNSS in klasične metode geodetske izmere. Ločeno je obravnavana položajna in višinska geodetska mreža. The thesis presents the establishing of a surveying network for the setting out a building using GNSS and conventional methods of land survey. Positioning and height surveying network is treated separately. Practical implementation of the field work was carried out in two separate stages, for which we used in the first phase the kinematic (VRS) and static GNSS surveying method in order to compare the results of these two methods. In the second phase we have performed a terrestrial geodetic survey with the total station Leica TCR 805, the purpose of which was to determine whether the aforementioned methods achieve the required accuracy of the coordinate points of the primary positional and altitude geodetic network as a reference point for further setting out a building

La libera circolazione comunitaria di servizi labour intensive

The Author assumes that the liberalization of the services in the Eu has a direct impact on national labour law. This thesis is illustrated, on one hand, clarifying the concept of "service" in the Ec Treaty and in the Italian legal system. On the other hand, the essay underlines as, in many cases, the provision of services is characterized by a labour intensive nature. In this sense the cross-border service provision makes the transnational workers mobility (posting) possible but, at the same time, it affects legal and contractual provision concerning employment conditions applicable in the host Member States. Finally, it is highlighted how the development of the internal market for services may generate risks of social dumping and regulatory competition among Member States

Thirty-year monitoring of s-triazine herbicide contamination in the aquifer north of Vicenza (north-east Italy)

The aquifer north of Vicenza, Italy, is one of the main and most studied drinking water reservoirs within the Veneto region. The area is an intensive cropland, and monitoring of s-triazine herbicides and metabolites has been carried out since the late eighties. This study analysed the trends of atrazine (ATR), terbuthylazine (TBZ), deethyl-atrazine (DEA), and deethyl-terbuthylazine (DET) concentrations from 1987 to 2016 and related the variations of agricultural land use, herbicide load, and pesticide regulations to the residence time of pollutants in the aquifer. In total, 785 water samples collected from 82 selected check wells were analysed with high-resolution gas chromatography combined with mass spectrometry. Non-detects were substituted by one-half the limit of detection. Over the 30 years of monitoring, concentrations of all of the pollutants decreased at all sampling sites. Since the beginning, TBZ and DET residues have been systematically lower than ATR and DEA, respectively, with more than 70% of the data below the limit of detection and never exceeding the European Maximum Acceptable Concentration (MAC) for a single pesticide (0.1 μg/L). The highest concentrations of ATR and DEA showed a spatial shift along the flow direction, suggesting an increase in groundwater residence time from the recharge zone to the accumulation zone of the aquifer. The last residues of ATR were found 27 years after its ban. Although all of the concentrations were lower than those found elsewhere in Europe, the sum of s-triazines overcame the MAC in 20% of the samples. Considering the structural and toxicological similarities of s-triazines, these findings confirm the necessity of better characterisation of the toxicological risk posed by mixtures
