Determination of the branching ratio ofρ 0→+μ− in the coherent dissociation π−→μ+μ−π− and π−→π+π−π−
In the diffraction dissociation of π- into μ+μ-π- on a Cu nucleus at 50 GeV/c, the cross section {Mathematical expression} for the 1+S(ρ0π) wave was measured. The branching ratio of ρ0→μ+μ- could be calculated from the ratio of this and the corresponding cross sections in the diffraction dissociation of π- into π+π-π-. The obtained value {Mathematical expression} is in good agreement with the branching ratio {Mathematical expression}, as expected if eμ universality holds

Given the potent anti-inflammatory activity and high regenerative potential of M2 macrophages, these cells may be a promising source for cell transplantation. To evaluate the safety and efficacy of autologous M2 macrophages, we performed an open-label, Phase I/II, non-controlled clinical trial in children with severe CP. Patients and methods: Fifty-seven children with severe CP, including 33 boys and 24 girls, with a median age of 4 years were enrolled in the study. The patients were treated with intrathecal administration of autologous M2 macrophages. The primary outcome measure was safety, and the secondary outcome measure was functional improvement in neurologic scales, including the 66-item Gross Motor Function Measure test, Peabody Developmental Motor Scale-Fine Motor test, Ashworth scale, Medical Resarch Council scale, and an easy-to-understand unified questionnaire for evaluation of cognitive functions in our modification. Results: Intrathecal introduction of M2 cells in a median dose of 11.2×106 did not induce any serious adverse events either related with cell injection or during 5 years of follow-up. After 3 months, the Gross Motor Function Measure score increased from 19±4.5 to 77±7.8, the Peabody Developmental Motor Scale-Fine Motor test score improved from 0.9±0.23 to 4.4±0.51, and the Ashworth score decreased from 3.5±0.11 to 2.5±0.16. The assessment of cognitive functions revealed an increase from 1.22±0.24 to 3.98±0.95, and a reduction of seizure syndrome was registered. In addition, M2 injection was accompanied by an increased production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (pU=0.015). Conclusion: The data obtained suggest that cell therapy based on M2 macrophages is safe, does not induce any severe cell-related reactions or long-term side effects and comorbidities, and is accompanied by significant neurologic improvements in severe CP patients. Study of ππ0 production by pions in the nuclear Coulomb field at threshold
The ππ0 production in nuclear Coulomb field at threshold has been studied for the first time experimentally. The cross section of the reaction {Mathematical expression} at 40 GeV on C, Al, Fe nuclei has been determined for small 4-momentum transfers t<2·10-3 (GeV/c)2 and invariant mass of π-π0S<10 mπ2. The obtained result is in agreement with Adler's PCAC anomaly and colour SU(3) theory
Cross sections of backward proton production in interactions
The inclusive cross sections of backward proton production in -Be, Al, Cu, Pb interactions at 40 GeV/c are presented. Protons have been detected in the angular range 150°–165° and kinetic energy region 0.1–0.3 GeV. The invariant cross-section ratios for various beam particles are independent of the values of kinetic energy and of the nuclear target type: . The A-dependence of the cross-section slope parameter for A⩾27 is less than ∼2%
Statistical Properties of a Polymer Globule Formed during Collapse with the Irreversible Coalescence of Units
13 pages, 8 figuresInternational audienceCollapse of the polymer chain upon the sharp decrease of solvent quality is studied. During collapse, any pair of polymer units appearing in a sufficiently close vicinity in space has the possibility with a certain probability to form an irreversible crosslink, thereby preventing the interpenetration of chain material between the forming clusters. Globular structures having different spatial chain packing at various scales are obtained by computer simulations. It is shown that the dependence of probability of contact between two monomers in space , where s is a distance between monomers along chain, reproduces a number of characteristic features observed previously in experiments on the analysis of three-dimensional chromatin packing. The cluster analysis of intramolecular contact maps makes it possible to express the hypothesis that there are characteristic discrete hierarchical levels in polymer packing associated with the number-theoretic origin of rare-event statistics and inherent to individual maps of intra- and interchromosomal contacts
Web Application for Text to Voice Form Transformation
Vytvořené dialogy byly úspěšně otestovány na zařízení Alexa Echo Dot a pomocí programu Alexa for Android. Aplikace slouží k vytváření formulářů (podobných HTML formulářům), například pro potřeby pojištění služební cesty, rezervace lístků do kina, apod. Jednotlivá pole formuláře je možné ověřit (validovat). Získaná data lze uložit do DB, odeslat e-mailem nebo mohou být pomocí šablony transformována do PDF dokumentu. V této bakalářské práci popisuji postup návrhu, implementace a testování popisované aplikace. Je také uveden podrobný postup vytváření vzorového dialogu spolu s textovým přepisem hlasové interakce s uživatelem. TYPO: cinema ticket reservatio, netc. The aim of this work is to design, implement and test a web application for creating forms and filling them using voice device, such as Amazon Alexa or using chat platform such as Slack. The web application was implemented using ReactJs as front-end platform and Redux server-side library. It has been tested on Alexa for Android and Alexa Echo dot device. My application allows user to create an HTML-like form with element validation, for example: business trip insurance, food ordering, cinema ticket reservatio, netc. The gathered data can be saved to DB, sent via email or be used to generate PDF (using a template). In this thesis I have described the process of designing, implementing and testing the application. I have also included a detailed workflow of dialog creation together with an example of user interaction
Investigation of the chiral anomaly γ→3π in pion pair production by pion in the nuclear Coulomb field
The vertex 3 has been investigated in the reaction of pion pair production by pions in the nuclear Coulomb field, -+(Z,A)-+0+(Z,A), in the region of low-invariant-mass -0 pairs. The experiment has been carried out in the 40-GeV pion beam of the IHEP accelerator (Serpukhov) with the SIGMA spectrometer. We have measured for the first time the cross section of the reaction in the region of momentum transfer squared q2<2×10-3 (GeV/c)2, /Z2=1.630.230.13 nb, and the 3 coupling constant F3=12.90.90.5 GeV-3, where the first (second) error is statistical (systematic). The obtained result agrees with the calculations based on the Wess-Zumino-Witten effective Lagrangian. The hypothesis of chiral anomalies and the color-SU(3) quark symmetry are confirmed
Experimental measurement of the γ→3π coupling constant
We present the results of an experimental investigation of the production in the nuclear Coulomb field of low-invariant-mass pions pairs by the reaction -Z'-0Z at 40 GeV. We have obtained for the first time the experimental value of the '3 coupling constant F3(0)=13.0±0.9±1.3 GeV-3, where the first (second) error is statistical (systematic). This result is in agreement with calculations based on the theory of chiral anomalies
