The pair of a man and a woman who form a household in a marriage bond is basically a human instinct as a social being in order to carry on his life. Marriage is a physical and spiritual bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming an eternally happy family (household) based on the One Godhead, in accordance with Article 1 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The relationship that is not harmonious between husband and wife often leads to divorce. Divorce has legal consequences for child custody. Even though the marriage has been terminated due to divorce, both parents are still obliged to maintain and educate their children, as stated in Article 41 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. The main problem of this research is how parents are responsible for child custody after divorce, and what are the legal consequences if parents do not exercise custody of their children after divorce. The method used in this research is Observational Research or survey, the research is carried out directly to the research location that has been determined with the aim of obtaining information and explanations that support the author's research, while the nature of this research is analytical descriptive. which the author describes clearly and in detail the problems that will be studied by the author. The result of this research is that both parents are equally obligated to take care of their children, even though child custody is on one side. In the object being studied by the author, the custody of the child lies with the mother. Fathers who are obligated and responsible for providing a child's support do not fully carry out these obligations, this is due to, among other things, a father's lack of knowledge and awareness of the duties and responsibilities of a child after a divorce, and also due to weak economic factors
Design and Analysis of 8 Bit Parallel Prefix Comparators Using Constant Delay Logic
No full textAbstractParallel Prefix Radix 2 8 bit Comparators using Constant Delay (CD) logic is presented in this paper. The constant delay logic pre discharges the output to zero logic and switches to a logic one through a critical path clocked PMOS transistor. CD logic operation is much faster than a dynamic logic circuit during its D-Q mode of operation. The comparator's architecture consists of two stages; where the first stage uses a pass transistor pre encoding circuitry for achieving low power consumption and the second stage employs a high performance dynamic-CD-static logic manner combination comparators. Design and simulation were carried out in Mentor Graphics ELDO Simulator using 180nm technology
Application of the eldoapproach toassess cumulative eye lens doses for interventional cardiologists
No full textInternational audienceIn preparation of a large European epidemiological study on the relation between eye lens dose and the occurrence of lens opacities, the European ELDO project focused on the development of practical methods to estimate retrospectively cumulative eye lens dose for interventional medical professionals exposed to radiation. The present paper applies one of the ELDO approaches, correlating eye lens dose to whole-body doses, to assess cumulative eye lens dose for 14 different Finnish interventional cardiologists for whom annual whole-body dose records were available for their entire working period. The estimated cumulative left and right eye lens dose ranged from 8 to 264 mSv and 6 to 225 mSv, respectively. In addition, calculations showed annual eye lens doses sometimes exceeding the new ICRP annual limit of 20 mSv. The work also highlights the large uncertainties associated with the application of such an approach proving the need for dedicated dosimetry systems in the routine monitoring of the eye lens dose. © The Author 2014
A correlation study of eye lens dose and personal dose equivalent for interventional cardiologists
No full textInternational audienceThis paper presents the dosimetry part of the European ELDO project, funded by the DoReMi Network of Excellence, in which a method was developed to estimate cumulative eye lens doses for past practices based on personal dose equivalent values, Hp(10), measured above the lead apron at several positions at the collar, chest and waist levels. Measurement campaigns on anthropomorphic phantoms were carried out in typical interventional settings considering different tube projections and configurations, beam energies and filtration, operator positions and access routes and using both mono-tube and biplane X-ray systems. Measurements showed that eye lens dose correlates best with Hp(10) measured on the left side of the phantom at the level of the collar, although this correlation implicates high spreads (41 %). Nonetheless, for retrospective dose assessment, Hp(10) records are often the only option for eye dose estimates and the typically used chest left whole-body dose measurement remains useful. © The Author 2013. Accumbens processing of a food associated cue in a rat model of binge eating
No full textBinge Eating Disorder (BED) is characterized by repeated episodes of loss of control over eating, negative self-image, and feelings of diminished self-worth (APA, 2013). BED is the most common of all eating disorders and effects between 0.6 and 7 percent of the general population (Marzilli, Cerniglia, & Cimino, 2018; Kim et al , 2018; Dahlgren, Wisting, & Ro, 2017). It has been shown that binging eating (BE) behavior, a key component of BED, can lead to acute elevations in synaptic dopamine levels in Nucleus Acumbens (Nac) similar to what may observed as a result of drugs of abuse such as cocaine or amphetamine (Rada, Avena, Hoebel, 2005; Unberg, Shader, Hsu, & Greenblatt, 2012; Wang et al, 2011). It is possible that the act of binging may lead to addition like effects in a similar way to what is observed in drug abusers. It has long been believed that reward cues play an important role in addiction. In this study we examine the effects of a history of BE on cue processing. Female Sprague Dawlay rats were subjected to a six week BE pretreatment. Following which these rats were tested in a 10 day pavlovian experiment where a tone cue signaled availability of a sucrose reward. Single unit recordings were taken in both Nac Core and Shell during the experiment. Additionally, we recorded ultrasonic vocalizations (USV) during the experiment in order to gain a measure of the subjects affect. BE rats exhibited significant decreases in number of cued head entries when compared to a control group. Additionally, analysis of neural firing during the pavlovian task indicated decreased Nac Core processing of the reward associated cue in BE animals. Analysis of firing during consumption indicated increased processing during consumption when compared to a motor matched control behavior. This result held for both BE and control rats and in both Nac Core and Shell. Finally, Linear trend analysis of USVs indicated a decrease in positive affect in the BE group. Taken together these results indicate that BE treatment results in decreased tone processing in Nac Core, and possible decreases in positive affect. Finally, our results indicate that Nac processing increases during consumption when compared to a control behavior and that this result was unaffected by BE treatment.Ph.D.Includes bibliographical referencesby Joshua Stamo

Get PDFPoland certainly represents a unique situation when it comes to faith and the presence of God within rap production. The theme has not only been present in Poland since the origins of this music movement, but the most famous track from Polish rap, one of the most famous songs ever in post-Wall Poland, is closely linked to God: Jestem Bogiem (I'm God, 2001) by Paktofonika. The rhymes of the refrain: “Jestem Bogiem/Uświadom to sobie, sobie/Ty też jesteś Bogiem/Tylko wyobraź to sobie, sobie” (I'm a God/Realize this, yourself/You are God too/Just imagine it, imagine it) project the prerogatives of God onto the human being. When he writes the text, the author (Magik) identifies divinity with the achievement of targets through the use of one's abilities; in his intentions there is in no way the ambition to replace God. The God we carry within us is the one who feeds on our best actions.The link between Polish rap and the topic of faith, however, became closer well before Jestem Bogiem started being played on the radios and musicassettes of young Polish people. This is a relationship that has existed since the beginning of the rap movement in Poland. Already from the name of one of the very first Polish rap group, Kaliber 44, founded in 1994, from the titles of the collections and individual tracks contained in their works two characteristics strongly emerge: the connection with literature and that with religiosity. The present work therefore aims to reconstruct the history of the relationship between Polish rap and God also in its various thematic declinations: the direct comparison with divinity and the brave one with its opposite and inevitable, the devil. In this sense, rappers like Eldo, who continually underscores the difference between faith and religion, Łona and Słoń act as models for changing the communication paradigm with God
Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Adopsi Petani terhadap Penerapan Sistem Pertanian Jajar Legowo di Desa Barukan Kecamatan Tengaran Kabupaten Semarang
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh usia, tingkat pendidikan, pengalaman usaha tani, luas lahan ,dan karakteristik inovasi terhadap adopsi sistem pertaniaan jajar legowo 4:1 oleh petani di desa barukan kecataman tengaran kabupaten semarang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan juli sampai agustus 2017 di kelompok rukun santoso tani yang mendapatkan pelatihan pengembangan sistem pertanian jajar legowo di kelurahan barukan kecamatan tengaran kabupaten semarang, daerah ini dipilih secara purposive (sengaja). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan pencatatan yakni dengan seluruh anggota kelompok tani rukun santoso sejumlah 60 orang. Analisis data menggunakan regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama usaha tani dan karakteristik inovasi berpengaruh nyata (signifikan) terhadap adopsi teknologi jajar legowo 4:1 di desa barukan kecamatan tengaran kabupaten semarang dalam hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansinya < 0,05 dimana nilai signifikansi lama usaha tani nilai wald sebesar 4,019 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,045 < 0,05 dan karakteristik inovasi nilai wald sebesar 15,482 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Sedangkan Usia, Tingkat pendidikan, dan Luas lahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap adopsi teknologi jajar legowo 4:1
Landscape of cancer biomarker testing in England following genomic services reconfiguration: insights from a nationwide pathologist survey
Get PDFAIMS: Cancer diagnostics have been evolving rapidly. In England, the new National Health Service Genomic Medicine Service (GMS) provides centralised access to genomic testing via seven regional Genomic Laboratory Hubs. The PATHways survey aimed to capture pathologists’ experience with current diagnostic pathways and opportunities for optimisation to ensure equitable and timely access to biomarker testing. METHODS: A nationwide survey was conducted with consultant pathologists from regional laboratories, via direct interviews based on a structured questionnaire. Descriptive analysis of responses was undertaken using quantitative and qualitative methods. RESULTS: Fifteen regional centres completed the survey covering a median population size of 2.5 (1.9–3.6) million (each for n=12). The median estimated turnaround time (calendar days) for standard molecular markers in melanoma, breast and lung cancers ranged from 2 to 3 days by immunohistochemistry (excluding NTRKfus in breast and lung cancers, and PD-L1 in melanoma) and 6–15 days by real-time-PCR (excluding KIT for melanoma), to 17.5–24.5 days by next-generation sequencing (excluding PIK3CA for breast cancer). Tests were mainly initiated by pathologists and oncologists. All respondents discussed the results at multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings. The GMS roll-out was perceived to have high impact on services by 53% of respondents, citing logistical and technical issues. Enhanced education on new pathways, tissue requirements, report interpretation, providing patient information and best practice sharing was suggested for pathologists and other MDT members. CONCLUSION: Our survey highlighted the role of regional pathology within the evolving diagnostic landscape in England. Notable recommendations included improved communication and education, active stakeholder engagement, and tackling informatics barriers

of datable aljamiado manuscripts, taken as nearly as possible
at twenty year intervals from 1429 to 1597, with the purpose of
ascertaining to what extent Morisco writings in Arabic character
shed any light on contemporary Spanish pronunciation and whether
any chronology of sound-change in Castilian can be recorded from
the collated evidence. The chief features examined are initial
F-, the sibilants, the plosive and fricative value of d and the
possibility of early instances of yeïsmo. On the whole it has been
found that the Moriscos were not innovators and the language of
even late sixteenth-century manuscripts still shows forms current
at the beginning of the century. The thesis includes transcriptions
of extracts from MSS. B.N.5319, J.1, B.N.5073/6/7/12, B.N. 4908/1,
