IDENTIFIKASI PENYEBAB TERJADINYA KEBOCORAN PADA HIGH PRESSURE PIPE STEERING GEAR MT. AS MARINE MPAT

Steering Gear is one of the auxiliary machining systems used for the ship's steering system to keep the operation of the ship running smoothly when the ship moves from the starting point to the end of a port. The writing of this thesis is to “Identify breakage of high pressure pipe steering gear in MT.As Marine Mpat”, thus experiencing a leak in the hydraulic pipe. The problem formulation in this study is what are the impacts and risks that can be caused from hydraulic oil leakage on hydraulic stering gear, and how to deal with the leakage in hydraulic stering gear oil.
The method used by the author is a descriptive research methodology with the Fishbone method and Fault Tree Analysis. Fishbone is used to expose factors that cause breakage in high pressure pipe stering gear. And FTA is to find the root cause and attempt to analyze the problem. Based on the results of research conducted during the sailing practice on the MT. As Marine Mpat by researchers about the causes of leakage in the high pressure hydraulic pipe stering gear such as moisture in the pipe, leakage on the pipe connection and corrosion in the pipe can occur leakage in the hydraulic stering gear oil. Then the cause of the attempt was put into action such as repairing leaks in the pipe high pressure stering gear.
The results of this study indicate that there is a leak in the high pressure stering gear pipe in the MT. As Marine Mpat. Due to lack of maintenance there is moisture in the pipe, leakage on pipe connections and corrosion. So that the steering leaf operates abnormally.

With the background of the analyzed accident data Maritime Safety
Committee note that the accident caused by human error of ± 80%, the authors
attempt to lift it into a minithesis entitled " The Effect Implementation Of Watch
Keeping With Safety Of CrewOn MT. MATINDOK When Berthing At The Port. ".
Especially with the restrictions on the scope of the location of the problem
that we encountered during the preparation of this paper is expected to give an
idea of the negligence of wachkeeping when ship berthing may endanger the
safety, the role of the elements associated and procedure or procedures department
precautions for the safety of the crew in the port, should be appropriate Standing
Order and the STCW 2010 for the realization of a good watch keeping and the
safety of crew can be kept.
In a theoretical basis, the author describes things related to watch keeping
at the port, due to negligence of watch keeping caused by a lack of awareness and
negligence in performing watch keeping and how prevention and treatment
procedures on board with regard to its human resources. Performance and the
success rate of the crew in carrying out watch keeping at the time the ship
berthing at the port is influenced by several factors. The factors among others are
from the man himself, the influence of equipment that does not support, and the
factors of the work environment. As for the wedge to the third factor is affecting
the level of their productivity in doing all of the work on the boat. In analyzing the
data and research shows exposure writer general description object of research
and the process of handling of the problems arising from the implementation of
the agency in case that is not in accordance with the procedures applicable on the
ship in accordance with the observations and author interviews with stakeholders
in field, and then we compare it with the existing procedures.
Finally, the author can infer the elements in the case of irregularities
implementation services in detail and determine the success of the implementation
of the handling of watch keeping applicable on the ship.

KAJIAN SINGKAT TENTANG: PENGENDALIAN DAN PENJEJAKAN OBJEK BERBASIS VISUAL
Pengendalian dan penjejakan objek banyak digunakan di berbagai bidang seperti pendidikan, kesehatan dan kesejahteraan, olahraga, pengawasan pada industri konstuksi, pengawasan di supermarket, dan lain-lain. Sistem pengendalian dan penjejakan objek terdiri dari tiga sub-sistem, yaitu pendeteksi dan pengenalan objek, sistem estimasi pergerakan objek, dan pengendalian perangkat kamera dan aktuatornya agar dapat menjejaki objek. Banyak kajian telah dilakukan tentang beberapa algoritma untuk melakukan deteksi dan pengenalan objek seperti camshift, viola-jones, gaussian mixture model, surf, dan lain-lain. Dengan kelebihan dan kelemahan sebagai berikut (i) ketika data terbatas jumlahnya, (ii) sistem operasi berbasis fitur jauh lebih cepat daripada sistem berbasis piksel, (iii) posisi, ukuran, orientasi objek yang berubah-ubah, dan lain-lain. Algoritma-algortima ini telah dikembangkan untuk estimasi pergerakan objek namun dalam hal ini masih terdapat kelemahaan antara lain pada gerak objek dan lokasi objek yang selalu berubah-ubah dan jumlah objek lebih banyak daripada jumlah kamera. Sedangkan, persoalan yang dihadapi dalam sistem pengendalian adalah ketika penjejakan pada objek terjadi seperti (i) hijacking problem, (ii) centralization problem, (iii) drifting problem. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk melakukan bahasan dari penelitian mengenai pengendalian dan penjejakan objek, yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya dan untuk mendapatkan titik temu peluang kontribusi dan nilai kebaruan dari bidang ini
