Pemanfaatan Akuaponik untuk Ketahanan Pangan di Lingkungan Pesantren Tunas Qurán Bandung
Salah satu teknik pertanian yang saat ini diharapkan mampu membantu masyarakat adalah akuaponik, dimana pelaksanaannya menggabungkan pertanian hidroponik dengan perikanan. Dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini, telah dilakukan pemanfaatan teknologi akuaponik bagi Pesantren Tunas Qur’an di desa Cimenyan, Bandung. Infrastruktur dan lokasi pesantren yang terpencil dan terbatas, membutuhkan kegiatan positif oleh santri dan pengelola. Dengan keterbatasan tersebut maka pemanfaatan teknologi akuaponik merupakan opsi yang dipilih untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan di pesantren. Hasil kegiatan ini dapat dilihat dari hasil terselenggaranya penyuluhan dan workshop instalasi akuaponik. Peserta mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait akuaponik dengan tingkat kepuasan penyelenggaraan program rata-rata sebesar 4,62 dengan 69% responden merasa sangat puas, dan 31% responden merasa puas
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Perancangan Purwarupa Sistem Pemantauan dan Pelaporan Proses Pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum Merdeka Berbasis Aplikasi Web di Sekolah Binekas
The Kurikulum Merdeka emphasizes essential content and fundamental concepts, designed with flexibility to enable adoption and tailored implementation across educational institutions while ensuring alignment with the established Learning Outcomes (Capaian Pembelajaran; CP). However, this flexibility and its differentiated learning approach, which caters to the unique abilities of each student, pose challenges for educators, requiring them to closely monitor the delivery of material and its alignment with the defined Learning Outcomes.
Sekolah Binekas, a prestigious private institution in South Bandung, currently relies on manual methods for preparing and reporting learning activities using either physical documents or digital files. This approach complicates the process of tracking and monitoring learning outcomes. To address this issue, a system is needed to streamline the archiving of planning documents and the reporting of learning activities, enabling more efficient monitoring of CP.
As part of this initiative, a web-based prototype system has been successfully developed to assist Sekolah Binekas in the daily reporting and monitoring of learning activities. Its accessibility for educators ensures ease of use, and if proven effective, the system could serve as a model for implementation in other schools.Kurikulum Merdeka memiliki karakteristik untuk berfokus pada muatan esensial dan hal-hal mendasar. Kurikulum Merdeka dirancang agar fleksibel dan dapat diadopsi serta disesuaikan implementasinya di seluruh satuan pendidikan dengan tetap memenuhi Capaian Pembelajaran (CP) yang telah ditetapkan. Dalam implementasinya, karakteristik-karakteristik dari Kurikulum Merdeka ini memberikan berbagai kelebihan dan kekurangan. Salah satu kekurangan yang muncul sebagai akibat dari fleksibilitas serta diferensiasi pembelajaran yang menyesuaikan dengan kemampuan masing-masing pelajar menuntut pengajar dapat melakukan monitoring terhadap materi yang telah disampaikan serta ketercapaiannya terhadap Capaian Pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan. Sekolah Binekas, sebagai salah satu sekolah swasta ternama di kawasan Bandung Selatan, masih melakukan penyusunan serta pelaporan kegiatan pembelajaran secara manual, baik melalui kertas fisik ataupun dokumen digital. Kondisi tersebut mempersulit proses pemantauan capaian pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem yang dapat mempermudah proses pengarsipan dokumen perencanaan dan pelaporan kegiatan pembelajaran sehingga proses pemantauan CP dapat dilakukan dengan efisien. Pada kegiatan ini telah berhasil dibuat purwarupa sistem yang berpotensi mempermudah Sekolah Binekas dalam melakukan proses pelaporan dan pemantauan proses pembelajaran sehari-hari. Sistem tersebut dirancang berbasis aplikasi web sehingga dapat dengan mudah diakses oleh para pengajar Sekolah Binekas. Apabila sistem ini terbukti efektif, maka sistem ini dapat dijadikan percontohan dan diimplementasikan di sekolah-sekolah lainnya
Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Pembelajaran Daring Berbasis Moodle dengan Microserver On-Premises di Sekolah Binekas
Hybrid learning is a learning method that is increasingly being adopted in the post-pandemic era. Hybrid learning requires infrastructure that supports online learning that can be carried out freely and independently by students. Currently, Sekolah Binekas, as one of the well-known private schools in South Bandung area, still does not have an effective learning management system (LMS) infrastructure. To overcome this problem, a learning management system can be implemented using a microserver located at Sekolah Binekas (on-premises). Due to the current number of students that is not too large, for now, the server specifications required are not too high, so the microserver is still sufficient for current needs. The LMS used is Moodle which is commonly used. The activities done this time can help Sekolah Binekas to carry out hybrid learning for its students which can ultimately improve the quality of the students produced. Based on the results of the post-implementation survey, the results showed that, in general, Sekolah Binekas as a partner in this community service activity, were satisfied and hoped that similar activities could be carried out in the future. In the future, next activities that can be done could be activities that related with the implementation of the LMS at Binekas School, such as training of the LMS usage for teaching staffs, as well as activities to upgrade the LMS infrastructure to support better learning activities.Pembelajaran dengan metode bauran (hybrid learning) merupakan metode pembelajaran yang semakin luas diadaptasi saat masa paska pandemi. Metode ini membutuhkan infrastruktur yang mendukung untuk dapat dilakukannya pembelajaran daring yang dapat dilakukan secara bebas dan mandiri oleh siswa. Saat ini, Sekolah Binekas, sebagai salah satu sekolah swasta yang dikenal di Bandung, belum memiliki infrastruktur Learning Management System (LMS) yang efektif. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, LMS dapat diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan microserver yang diletakkan di lokasi mitra (on-premises). Dikarenakan jumlah siswa saat ini yang tidak terlalu banyak, maka spesifikasi dari server yang dibutuhkan belum terlalu tinggi, sehingga microserver masih mencukupi kebutuhan yang ada. LMS yang digunakan adalah Moodle yang sudah digunakan secara umum. Kegiatan yang dilakukan kali ini dapat membantu Sekolah Binekas dalam melakukan pembelajaran bauran kepada siswanya yang pada akhirnya bisa meningkatkan kualitas siswa yang dihasilkan. Berdasarkan hasil survei paska pelaksanaan kegiatan, didapatkan hasil bahwa secara umum mitra puas dengan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini dan berharap dapat dilakukan kegiatan sejenis di masa mendatang. Untuk keberlanjutan kegiatan ini, maka selanjutnya dapat dilakukan aktivitas yang mendukung implementasi LMS di Sekolah Binekas, seperti pelatihan penggunaan LMS bagi staf pengajar, maupun kegiatan upgrade infrastruktur LMS demi mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran yang lebih baik lagi

We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
