โครงงานพิเศษ (วศ.บ.) -- มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนคร, 2564his project presents a power flow analysis model for the purpose of studying power flow in a power system model. At present, electric power is an important factor driving the country both in industry and transportation. The demand for electric power tends to increase, the production is insufficient to meet the demand. Therefore, it is necessary to make the most of the energy resources available in the system. An effective system must be analyzed to detect possible errors. A sudden increase or decrease in load in the system may result in inadequate production and distribution efficiency. Therefore, this project is presented for the analysis of power flow in a 3 bus, 5 bus and 30 bus power system model using a math simulation program. It is divided into 3 case studies: Case 1, power flow under normal conditions, Case 2, transmission line disconnection, Case 3, adding distributed power generation sources.Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakho
Shortening the Payback Period of Greenhouse Gas Reduction Benefits from Photovoltaic Rooftop Systems
This paper presents an analysis of shortening the payback period of greenhouse gas reduction benefits from photovoltaic rooftop systems. The objective was to evaluate the amount of carbon credits generated and their returns. The study includes an economic analysis and a comparison of the economic outcomes with and without the consideration of carbon credits from 149.80 kWp and 25.68 kWp photovoltaic rooftop systems. The study evaluated the amount of electrical energy produced by the photovoltaic rooftop systems, estimated using the PVsyst program version 7.3.1, at a factory in Pathum Thani Province, Thailand. The economic indices analyzed in this study include the payback period, net present value (NPV), benefit–cost ratio (B/C ratio), and internal rate of return (IRR). The analysis is divided into four case studies: Case 1 is the base case, and Cases 2, 3, and 4 consider carbon credits for 7, 14, and 25 years, respectively. The economic indices analyzed in Case 1 include the financial internal rate of return (FIRR), payback period, financial net present value (FNPV), and B/C ratio. In Cases 2, 3, and 4, the economic indices analyzed are the economic internal rate of return (EIRR), the economic net present value (ENPV), the B/C ratio, and the payback period. This paper outlines a new economic calculation approach that incorporates carbon credits produced by photovoltaic rooftop systems, which helps achieve break-even points more quickly. It also discusses the application of carbon credits in conjunction with renewable energy
Power Distribution System Improvement Planning Considering Financial Losses Due to Faults in Power Systems
This research article presents a method for selecting an improvement approach for the power distribution system by analyzing financial losses caused by faults in the system. These losses can be in two parts: the first part arises from power outages, which lead to lost sales, estimated opportunities, and expenses for resolving the outages, while the second part results from voltage sags that affect sensitive electrical equipment. The method involves simulating faults at various points in the distribution system and assessing their impact on industrial, commercial, and large-scale electricity consumers. The results demonstrate that by combining the total financial losses from both parts and comparing these losses before and after implementing system improvements, effective and economically viable decision-making information can be obtained for enhancing the power distribution system

The objective functions to improve reliability in the distribution systemwith distributed generators. The distributed generators considered are divided into three types viz photovoltaic, wind turbines, and hydropower. The technique identifies the location and capacity of distributed generation by the Tabu search algorithm. The system for the case study is the Roy Billinton Test System (RBTS) bus 2. The distribution system consists of 4 feed lines and 22 load points. The maximum load level of bus 2 is 20 MW.The reliability indices considered include eight variables: SAIFI, SAIDI, CAIDI, ASAI, ASUI, ENS, AENS, and ECOST. The results found that the optimal placement of distributed generators can increase the reliability of the distribution system
