Luis del Peral Gochicoa, Jose Julio Lozano Bahilo and Maria Dolores Rodriguez Frias belong to the CTA-LST Project.The first prototype of LST (LST-1) for the Cherenkov Telescope Array has been in commissioning
phase since 2018 and already started scientific observations with the low energy threshold around
a few tens of GeV. In 2021, LST-1 observed BL Lac following the alerts based on multi-wavelength
observations and detected prominent gamma-ray flares. In addition to the daily flux variability,
LST-1 also detected sub-hour-scale intra-night variability reaching 3–4 times higher than the
gamma-ray flux from the Crab Nebula above 100 GeV. In this proceeding, we will report the
analysis results of LST-1 observations of BL Lac in 2021, especially focusing on flux variability

Telescopes (IACTs). This method is universal and can be applied to any IACT with minor
modifications. It uses the trajectories of the stars in the field of view of the IACT’s main camera
and requires neither dedicated auxiliary hardware nor a specific data taking mode. The method
consists of two parts: firstly, we reconstruct individual star positions as a function of time, taking
into account the point spread function of the telescope; secondly, we perform a simultaneous
fit of all reconstructed star trajectories using the orthogonal distance regression method. The
method does not assume any particular star trajectories, does not require a long integration time,
and can be applied to any IACT observation mode. The performance of the method is assessed
with commissioning data of the Large-Sized Telescope prototype (LST-1), showing the method’s
stability and remarkable pointing performance of the LST-1 telescope

No full textEste capítulo demuestra mediante el análisis de espectroscopía infrarroja-reflectancia atenuada total que las moléculas de agua se intercalan en diferentes grados en la región de la cadena de acilo de las membranas lipídicas en correlación con la hidratación de los grupos fosfato. Esta correlación es sensible a la longitud de la cadena, la presencia de dobles enlaces y el estado de fase de la membrana lipídica. La presencia de grupos carbonilo modifica el perfil de hidratación de las dos regiones como se deduce de la comparación de 1,2-dimiristoil-sn-glicero-3-fosfocolina y 1,2-di-O-tetradecil-sn-glicero-3-fosfocolina. Las diferentes poblaciones de agua en las interfases lipídicas darían arreglos con diferentes estados de energía libre que podrían modular la interacción de efectores biológicos con las membranas como, por ejemplo, hormonas, aminoácidos, péptidos, enzimas, antioxidantes, crioprotectores, entre otros.This chapter demonstrates by means of infrared spectroscopy-total attenuated reflectance analysis that water molecules intercalate at different extents in the acyl chain region of lipid membranes in correlation with the hydration of the phosphate groups. This correlation is sensible to the chain length, the presence of double bonds and the phase state of the lipid membrane. The presence of carbonyl groups modifies the profile of hydration of the two regions as derived from the comparison of 1,2-dimiristoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine and 1,2-di-O-tetradecyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine. The different water populations in lipid interphases would give arrangements with different free energy states that could drive the interaction of biological effectors with membranes such, hormones, aminoacids, peptides, enzymes, antioxidants, crioprotectants among others.Fil: Disalvo, Edgardo Anibal. No full textThis essay is based on a judgement made by Alfredo Margarido in an essay published in the important issue no. 88 of Colóquio/Letras dedicated to Fernando Pessoa in 1985. Margarido’s essay was published on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of Pessoa’ death – following the appearance of The Book of Disquiet edited by Jacinto Prado Coelho, with Maria Aliete Galhoz and Teresa Sobral Cunha (1982), and the subsequent 2nd International Congress of Pessoa’s Studies (Nashville, 1983). No full textProtagonista de uma obsessiva interrogação da palavra e do poema, por via
de um trânsito contínuo entre escrita poética e reflexão crítica sobre o fenómeno
poético, António Ramos Rosa (1924-2013) emerge como um autor singular no
quadro da poesia portuguesa da segunda metade do século XX. Estando a
leitura/recepção da obra poética rosiana ainda marcada pela associação da sua
forte dimensão metapoética à ideia de uma certa circularidade monotemática e
estéril, ou de uma poesia “racional”, importa-nos iluminar o alcance sensorial e
ontológico, cósmico e mesmo sapiencial que a poesia rosiana lograria.
Nesse sentido, este trabalho procurará mostrar que a meditação metapoética
desenvolvida por Ramos Rosa ao longo da sua extensíssima obra não só não
condenou a sua poesia a uma fria clausura no plano textual, como contribuiu
decisivamente para a abertura ao real, para o efeito de evidência e o sentido de
comunhão que se tornariam cada vez mais sensíveis na sua escrita. Para tal,
propomo-nos aclarar o fio que, sob a égide da lucidez poética consagrada pelo autor,
nos conduz da sua meditação metapoética a uma meditação poética de cariz
ontofenomenológico e sapiencial, ou seja, da sua metapoesia a uma poesia cuja sageza
propicia um conjunto de intuições de acento filosófico-sapiencial. É nosso intento
contribuir, desta forma, para a compreensão da exigência e do alcance (cognitivo e
ontológico) do percurso poético de Ramos Rosa, bem como, colateralmente, para o
debate em torno de tópicos como a (auto-)referência poética, o estatuto ontológico
do texto poético ou a relação filosofia-literatura.Protagonist of an obsessive interrogation of the word and the poem, through
a continuous transit between poetic writing and critical reflection on the poetic
phenomenon, António Ramos Rosa (1924-2013) emerges as a singular author in
the context of Portuguese poetry in the second half of the 20th century. As the
reading/reception of Rosa’s poetic work is still marked by the association of its
strong metapoetic dimension to the idea of a certain monothematic and sterile
circularity, or of a “rational” poetry, it is important for us to illuminate the sensorial
and ontological, cosmic and even sapiential reach that Rosa’s poetry would
achieve.
In this sense, this work tries to show that the metapoetic meditation developed
by Ramos Rosa throughout his very extensive work not only did not condemn his
poetry to a cold cloister in the textual plane, but also contributed decisively to the
opening to the real, to the effect of evidence and to the sense of communion that
would become increasingly sensitive in his writing. To this end, we propose to
clarify the thread that, under the aegis of the poetic lucidity consecrated by the
author, leads us from his metapoetic meditation to a poetic meditation of an
ontophenomenological and sapiential nature, that is, from his metapoetry to a poetry
whose wisdom provides a set of intuitions with a sapiential and philosophical
accent. It is our intention to contribute, in this way, to the understanding of the
(cognitive and ontological) demand and scope of Rosa’s poetic path, as well as,
collaterally, to the debate around topics such as poetic (self-)reference, the
ontological status of the poetic text or the philosophy-literature relationship
