No full textManuel de Castro é essencialmente conhecido pelo seu trabalho poético, coligido em alguns livros raros mas decisivos. O universo poético do autor é um dos mas originais e representativos do seu tempo, explorando alguns dos mais relevantes motivos poéticos associados ao Grupo do Gafé Gelo. Contudo, Castro foi também um prolífero crítico literário, com textos dispersos em vários jornais portugueses dos anos 60 e 70. Neste txt, proponho uma leitura panorâmica dos textos do autor, tendo como principal tópico de reflexão a relação entre a sua poética e a reflexão em torno do Modernismo e do Surrealismo, sobretudo no contexto da literatura e cultura portuguesas.Manuel de Castro is best recognized for his poetry work, which is collected in a few uncommon but significant publications. The author\u27s poetic universe is one of the most unique and characteristic of his time, delving into some of the most important lyrical motifs linked with the Gafé Gelo Group. Castro was also a prolific literary critic, with articles published in numerous Portuguese newspapers during the 1960s and 1970s. In this paper, I propose a panoramic reading of the author\u27s texts, with the main topic of reflection being the relationship between his poetics and the reflection around Modernism and Surrealism, especially in the context of Portuguese literature and culture

Univ Talca, Fac Psicol, Talca, Chile.The aim of this paper is a review of the literature about the influence of child abuse on the formation of attachment representations. It describes the main theoretical assumptions about the effects of abuse on the defensive processes, memory systems and attachment strategies. These elements are discussed trough the presentation of an integrative model which is contrasted with empirical studies. It shows that child abuse affects the quality of attachment representations; however the studies do not take in to account all the complexity of the phenomenon of abuse. Theoretical issues discussed in this paper are marginally tested in the research reported

Distributed human computation framework for linked data co-reference resolution
No full textDistributed Human Computation (DHC) is a technique used to solve computational problems by incorporating the collaborative effort of a large number of humans. It is also a solution to AI-complete problems such as natural language processing. The Semantic Web with its root in AI is envisioned to be a decentralised world-wide information space for sharing machine-readable data with minimal integration costs. There are many research problems in the Semantic Web that are considered as AI-complete problems. An example is co-reference resolution, which involves determining whether different URIs refer to the same entity. This is considered to be a significant hurdle to overcome in the realisation of large-scale Semantic Web applications. In this paper, we propose a framework for building a DHC system on top of the Linked Data Cloud to solve various computational problems. To demonstrate the concept, we are focusing on handling the co-reference resolution in the Semantic Web when integrating distributed datasets. The traditional way to solve this problem is to design machine-learning algorithms. However, they are often computationally expensive, error-prone and do not scale. We designed a DHC system named iamResearcher, which solves the scientific publication author identity co-reference problem when integrating distributed bibliographic datasets. In our system, we aggregated 6 million bibliographic data from various publication repositories. Users can sign up to the system to audit and align their own publications, thus solving the co-reference problem in a distributed manner. The aggregated results are published to the Linked Data Cloud

No full textEn el presente artículo se pretende dar a conocer la localización, en la iglesia de San Miguel Arcángel de Cabezuela del Valle (Cáceres), de un retablo colateral, hasta ahora inédito, perteneciente a la escuela vallisoletana, y que identificamos con la obra dada por desaparecida del convento de San Ildefonso de Plasencia. Dicho retablo fue obra del ensamblador Juan Velázquez, el escultor Manuel de Rincón y finalmente policromado por el dorador y estofador Juan González de Castro. La importancia del hallazgo aumenta en que por primera vez se podría documentar físicamente el trabajo del maestro Manuel de Rincón, cerrándose así una laguna en la escultura barroca vallisoletana del siglo XVII.In the present article, the author reveals the location, in San Miguel Arcángel Church, at Cabezuela del Valle (Cáceres), of a side retable unpublished until now, belonging to the artistic school of Valladolid, and identified as the lost art work of the convent of San Ildefonso in Plasencia. This retable was the work of the assembler Juan Velázquez, the sculptor Manuel de Rincón and it was finally polychromed by the gilder and painter Juan González de Castro. The importance of this finding increases as far as this could be the first time the work of the master Manuel de Rincón is physically documented, which closes a vacuum in the Valladolid Baroque Sculpture of the 17th century.peerReviewe
