Apprendimento of SUPSI in 2017. The project, coordinated by Xabier
Erkizia and Lorena Rocca, aimed at investigating the potential of sound
to identify the cultural and geographical characteristics of Canton Ticino
through its railway network. The project resulted in the book “The distant
noise” (SUPSI, Libe edizioni, Audiolab 2018), with contributions
by Xabier Erkizia, Lorena Rocca, Hillel Schwartz, Franco Farinelli.

Riflette sul ruolo del design nell'armonizzare la relazione tra natura, tecnologia e vita quotidiana approfondendo temi chiave come l'ospitalità cosmica, la sostenibilità ambientale, la necessità di spazi pubblici dinamici e il significato del corpo e dell'esperienza sensoriale nei processi di progettazione. Attraverso una prospettiva complessa e interdisciplinare, l'esperienza dell'abitare un luogo emerge come un atto di negoziazione tra esigenze umane, sociali e ambientali, orientate verso un futuro inclusivo e sostenibile.The interview with Francesca La Rocca is aimed at exploring the relationship between the public and private spheres with reference to dwelling. Well-posedness in vector optimization and scalarization results
Full text linkIn this paper, we give a survey on well-posedness notions of Tykhonov's type for vector optimization problems and the links between them with respect to the classification proposed by Miglierina, Molho and Rocca in [33]. We consider also the notions of extended well-posedness introduced by X.X. Huang ([19],[20]) in the nonparametric case to complete the hierchical structure characterizing these concepts. Finally we propose a review of some theoretical results in vector optimization mainly related to different notions of scalarizing functions, linear and nonlinear, introduced in the last decades, to simplify the study of various well-posedness properties.
Networked innovation in health care: a literature review and research agenda on the interplay of inner and outer contexts of innovation
No full textIn Chapter 10, La Rocca presents a systematic literature review on healthcare innovation, focusing on an examination of the extent to which this research has acknowledged the networked nature of innovation and the inter-relatedness of intra- and inter-organizational innovation processes. The review of the literature shows that research on innovation in healthcare has largely explored the process of translating innovation into local contexts but is also increasingly turning attention to how innovation is spread across organizations. Drawing on the literature review, the author concludes that the understanding of how the interplay of innovation processes at the local level and those outside the organizational boundaries impact the innovation journey in healthcare remains limited. A research agenda on networked innovation in healthcare is outlined

No full textPrimo di due volumi dedicati alla figura professionale di Robaldo Morozzo della Rocca, architetto attivo dagli anni Venti agli anni Settanta del Novecento in un clima mutevole e contraddittorio, ma quanto mai interessante per l’architettura italiana.
I volumi ricostruiscono la formazione, la vita e la produzione di Morozzo attraverso il riordino, la catalogazione e la lettura critica dei documenti conservati nell’archivio personale dell’architetto dando pubblica stampa a un patrimonio grafico, fotografico e scritto pressoché inedito di vastissime dimensioni.
Maria Carola Morozzo della Rocca oltre ad essere autore di uno dei due volumi è il Responsabile Scientifico del progetto di ricerca da cui essi hanno avuto origine e ha svolto il ruolo di editing curator dei libri stessi
