    Türk edebiyatında XIII. yüzyıldan XIX. yüzyılın ikinci yarısına kadar geçen süreçte klasik Türk edebiyatının usul ve kaidelerine uygun nazım ve nesir alanında sayısız eser verilmiştir. Bu eserlerin başında dîvȃnlar gelmektedir. Nazmî’nin XIX. yüzyılda kaleme aldığı Dîvân’ı da bu eserlerden biridir. Nazmî Dîvânı, İzmir Milli Kütüphanesi Yazmalar Bölümü 1559 numarada kayıtlıdır. Biyografik kaynaklarda eserin müellifi Nazmî’nin hayatına dair kesin bilgiler bulunmamaktadır. Dîvân’dan yapılan tespitlere göre Nazmî’nin XIX. yüzyılın ikinci yarısında yaşadığı ve şiirlerini de yaklaşık olarak 1842 ila 1876 yılları arasında yazdığı söylenebilir. Nazmî’nin elde bulunan tek eseri Dȋvȃn’ıdır. Mürettep bir dȋvȃn hüviyetinde tertip edilen eser 227 sayfadan oluşmaktadır. Eserde 131’i gazeller bölümünde olmak üzere toplamda 322 adet şiir bulunmaktadır. Dȋvȃn’da Arapça bir kıt’a dışındaki tüm şiirler Türkçe yazılmıştır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle XIX. yüzyılda Nazmî mahlası ile şiir yazmış şairlerle ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. Daha sonra eserin müellifi olan Nazmî’nin hayatı hakkında Dȋvȃn’ından elde edilen tespitlere yer verilmiştir ve şairin elde bulunan tek eseri olan Dȋvȃn’ı şekil ve içerik yönünden tanıtılmıştır.In Turkish literature, there were numerous verse and prose work pertinent with methods and principles Divan Literature from XIII. to te second half of XIX. century. Among these Divans were the main works. Divan that were written by Nazmî in XIX. century is one of these works. Divan of Nazmî is registered in İzmir National Library, Writings Section, no. 1559. Biographical sources have a lack of definitive information about Nazmî, author of the work. We can infer from his divan that he lived in the second half of XIX. century and wrote his poems between about 1843 adn 1876. The only work of Nazmî survived is his divan. The divan that arranged in a serial manner consists of 227 pages. In the divan, a total of 322 poems were published, 131 of them are gazels. All poems written in Turkish except one verse which is in Arabic. In the first part of this study, information about XIX. century poets which wrote under pen name Nazmî are given. Later, the determinations about the life of Nazmi, author of the work, from his divan are given and the divan, his only surviving work, was introduced in terms of form and content

    Beating the pandemic one bite at a time: How the gastronomy sector in British Columbia is forging its own path forward

    This research was conducted during the second COVID-19 lockdown in British Columbia, Canada. Its aim was to reveal the opportunities that emerged for gastronomic experience providers which enabled them to build economic, social, and or environmental resilience during the pandemic. Using an interpretative, qualitative approach and case study methodology, data were gathered through semi-structured interviews. Nineteen responses were collected and reflected the following key findings. First, technology was a primary tool used in paving the way for strategic and operational changes. Second, expansion into retail as a revenue diversification tool is key to creating sustained economic growth. Finally, the sense of community is at an all-time peak as shown by collaborative spirit, customer loyalty, and philanthropic initiatives across the sector. The findings also suggest a post-pandemic gastronomic scene in British Columbia that is heavily supported by domestic palates, a diversified offering, and pandemic-proof experiences.British Columbia, Opportunity, Gastronomy, Resilience, Communit

    3D printing of PVA/hexagonal boron nitride/bacterial cellulose composite scaffolds for bone tissue engineering

    In this study, a novel Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA)/Hexagonal Boron Nitride (hBN)/Bacterial Cellulose (BC) composite, bone tissue scaffolds were fabricated using 3D printing technology. The printed scaffolds were characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), tensile testing, swelling behaviour, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and in vitro cell culture assay. Results demonstrated that bacterial cellulose addition affected the characteristic properties of the blends. Morphological studies revealed the homogenous dispersion of the bacterial cellulose within the 12 wt%PVA/0.25 wt%hBN matrix. Tensile strength of the scaffolds was decreased with the incorporation of BC and 12 wt%PVA/0.25 wt%hBN/0.5 wt%BC had the highest elongation at break value (93%). A significant increase in human osteoblast cell viability on 3D scaffolds was observed for 12 wt%PVA/0.25 wt%hBN/0.5 wt%BC. Cell morphology on composite scaffolds showed that bacterial cellulose doped scaffolds appeared to adhere to the cells. The present work deduced that bacterial cellulose doped 3D printed scaffolds with well-defined porous structures have considerable potential as a suitable tissue scaffold for bone tissue engineering (BTE).     The Arab Egyptians usually call this river Baḥr an-Nīl (The Sea of Nile). Travelers from other Islamic regions also adopted this name apparently because of its great length and width. Although the name An-Nīl does not explicitly appear in the Qur’ān, it appears as a metaphor and no doubt as a poetical allusion, in the word Yamm (Sea) in the story of Moses and the Egyptian Pharaoh. According to the anonymous author of Kitāb al-istibṣār, the Qur’ān calls it Yamm like in Hebrew while the Arabs call it Baḥr (Sea).Maciej Klimiu

    Pengujian Model Pengaruh Tata Kelola TI Terhadap Transformasi Digital dan Kinerja Asuransi C

    Munculnya disrupsi teknologi baru, adanya perubahan perilaku pemangku kepentingan, serta munculnya pandemi COVID-19 membuat banyak organisasi incumbent melakukan akselerasi transformasi digital (TD). Namun banyak investasi terkait TD belum memenuhi harapan karena kurangnya praktik tata kelola yang baik. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan adanya dampak tata kelola TI (TKTI) terhadap kinerja organisasi. Akan tetapi, praktik TKTI tradisional belum tentu efektif untuk mengawal TD. Masih sedikit penelitian mengenai pengaruh TKTI terhadap TD, serta mengeksplorasi pengaruh TD terhadap kinerja organisasi (KO). Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji model pengaruh TKTI hibrida (tradisional dan agile/ adaptive) terhadap TD dan pengaruh DT terhadap KO pada perspektif balanced scorecard (BSC). Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online berskala likert kepada 11 peranan terkait TD di Asuransi C dan berhasil mendapatkan 52 responden. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme TKTI agile/ adaptive maupun tradisional berpengaruh positif terhadap TD dengan nilai t statistic 1.799/ 2.754. Begitu pun TD berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap KO dengan nilai t statistic 13.001

    The importance of identifying osteoporotic vertebral deformity (vd) with endplate/cortex fracture (ecf) in elderly Chinese men and women: results of Mr.os and Ms.os Hong Kong studies

    It is important to clearly identify and accurately report osteoporotic vertebral fractures (VFs), so that appropriate investigation and treatment can be commenced.In the first study, T4–L4 radiographs of 1,954 and 1,953 elderly Chinese men and women above 65 years old were evaluated to identify anatomical location of EPF. There were 505 EPFs (males: 27.7%; females: 72.3%) identified from the 101,582 endplates analyzed. Excluding those with both upper endplate (uEP) and lower endplate (lEP) involvements, the ratio of uEP to lEP was 9.63 for males and 4.3 for females (P40% vertebral body height loss were recorded as minimal, mild, moderate, and severe grades, respectively. Only FRs were read again after 10 months’ interval. Each vertebra was classified as (1) no notable VD, (2) with notable VD, (3) ambiguous, while allowing to miss minimal/mild VCD and ECF. Counting by subjects, for 98 cases the two reading sessions had agreement, including 43 ‘true negative’ cases and 55 true positive cases. There were two false positive cases, and five ambiguous cases. Altogether 1286 vertebra were assessed on FR had 1126 vertebrae ‘true negative’, 130 true positive, 1 false negative, 3 false positive, and 26 ambiguous vertebrae (65.4% true negative and 34.6% true positive).     Mitigating Electrolyte Flooding for Electrochemical CO<sub>2</sub>Reduction via Infiltration of Hydrophobic Particles in a Gas Diffusion Layer

    Achieving operational stability at high current densities remains a challenge in CO2 electrolyzers due to flooding of the gas diffusion layer (GDL) that supports the electrocatalyst. We mitigated electrode flooding at high current densities using a vacuum-assisted infiltration method to embed 200-400 nm-sized polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) particles at the interface of the microporous layer (MPL) and carbon cloth in a commercial GDL. In CO2 electrolysis to CO over a silver nanoparticle catalyst on the GDL, the PTFE-embedded GDL not only just exhibited less than 10% of the electrolyte seepage rates observed in untreated GDLs at a current density of 300 mA·cm-2 but also expanded the electrochemical active area across the testing conditions. The PTFE-embedded GDL also maintained a Faradaic efficiency for CO2 electrolysis to CO above 80% for more than 100 h at 100 mA·cm-2, which was a 50-fold improvement in the stable operation time of the electrolyzer.
