introduces the duty for the delegated bodies to establish an organizational, administrative and
accounting structure appropriate to the nature and size of the company, which allows the detection of
indicators to be used as parameters for the activation of early warning systems. The construction of
indicators based exclusively on financial information and data deriving from accounting documents can
lead to misleading analyses, as these data do not consider extra-accounting situations that may occur in
the future as well as multiple risks to which the company is subjected. For this reason, it appears
necessary to combine financial indicators with other non-financial indicators

No full textAs Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques continue to advance, the need for explainability becomes increasingly crucial, especially in sensitive or safety-critical domains. eXplainable AI (XAI) has emerged to address this need, aiming to enhance transparency in complex models. While XAI has gained traction in mainstream machine learning, its application in data-driven control systems remains relatively unexplored. This letter introduces a novel concept of explainability tailored for data-driven control, allowing one to design feedback loops from data incorporating prior knowledge and preserving important system properties. Through two case studies, we demonstrate the efficacy of this property-preserving framework in direct and indirect data-driven control system design. This letter lays the foundation for further research at the intersection of AI and data-driven control, offering insights into enhancing transparency in complex control systems

Simulazione di capi di abbigliamento: mapping 2D -3D e vestizione
No full textL’articolo presenta un modulo per la vestizione di manichini virtuali, ovvero la realizzazione di un posizionamento iniziale dei pannelli d’abito 2D sulla superficie di contorno in 3D di un
manichino virtuale, noto come mapping 2D-3D. Lo sviluppo di tale modulo si inserisce
nell’ambito del progetto PRIN03 denominato VI-Cloth (Virtual Clothing), cofinanziato dal MIUR, che si propone di realizzare un ambiente integrato virtuale 3D in cui simulare e validare il comportamento di capi di abbigliamento, anche su misura, in funzione delle proprietà meccaniche del tessuto e della configurazione del manichino e/o corpo umano. Il modulo sviluppato (implementato in C++) opera attraverso l’impiego di superfici ausiliarie posizionate ad una certa distanza di offset rispetto a quella esterna del manichino. In questo modo è possibile realizzare un mapping che minimizzi l’energia di deformazione del tessuto evitando la presenza di anomalie, quali fori o strappi, durante l’appoggio.
I risultati raggiunti costituiscono un primo passo verso la realizzazione di un modulo, perfettamente interfacciabile con il modulo di simulazione physics-based, che permetta di
generare un modello 3D completo di un capo di abbigliamento assemblandone i singoli teli.
Sulla base di tali risultati è stato inoltre possibile identificare alcuni sviluppi futuri, attualmente in fase di realizzazione, riguardanti sia un raffinamento dell’algoritmo sviluppato sia una semplificazione delle modalità di interazione dell’utente con l’ambiente software
