Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning Terhadap Kecemasan Matematis Siswa
No full textproyek. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi terdiri dari seluruh siswa Kelas X Proyek Madrasah Aliyah Swasta UNIVA Medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIA 2. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Kuesioner kecemasan matematika dengan 26 item disajikan sebagai instrumen. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana t-test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 23 untuk pengujian validasi, pengujian reliabilitas, pengujian normalitas, pengujian keseragaman, dan pengujian regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecemasan matematika siswa menurun melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar siswa mengungkapkan permasalahan pembelajaran matematika tanpa rasa takut dan cemas. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada sekolah yang menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang dipadukan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran lain untuk mengatasi kecemasan matematika siswa
Perancangan Sistem Informasi Absensi Menggunakan Metode QR Code Berbasis Android
No full textAttendance in the world of work is something that cannot be missed, because it is one of the performance assessments of an employee in the company as well as one of the indicators of determining performance every month. Therefore it is very important to record employee attendance correctly. CV Adi Bakti is one of the companies that still uses paper to record attendance. This causes employees to do things that are not expected, such as signing the wrong column or signing attendance for coworkers who are not present that day. In addition, attendance that is only in the form of sheets allows damage and loss and causes undocumented employee attendance reports every month. Seeing from this problem, the author designed an Android-based Attendance Information System using QR Code technology in order to provide convenience for companies in the attendance process and attendance reporting. This data collection uses observation, interview, and literature study methods. The system development method in this study uses the Prototype method. The results of this study are an Android-based Attendance Information System using QR Code technology that can assist companies in presenting employee attendance data accurately and quickly. The purpose of this article is to explore more deeply how a positive environment can support learning and effective classroom management. This research is field research using a qualitative approach. Observations show that effective classroom management is essential to creating a positive learning environment that increases student comfort and motivation. A supportive environment increases student concentration and engagement, and motivates teachers to teach better.Pada penelitian ini, penulis tertarik untuk menganalisis lebih dalam tentang pentingnya peran lingkungan sekolah yang positif, dimana hal tersebut juga sangat penting dalam menunjang proses pembelajaran dan pengelolaan kelas. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi lebih dalam bagaimana lingkungan positif dapat mendukung pembelajaran dan pengelolaan kelas yang efektif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan kelas yang efektif sangat penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar positif yang meningkatkan kenyamanan dan motivasi siswa.
