Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh kesibukan ibu bekerja di luar rumah, sehingga tidak maksimal dalam mengasuh dan mendidik anak. Komunitas Ibu profesional menyediakan pembelajaran online dalam meningkatkan kemampuan ibu dalam mendidik anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran komunikasi belajar online, sehingga memberikan hasil dan manfaat kepada peserta didik yaitu member ibu bekerja. Peneliti menggunakan teori dan konsep; pendidikan anak, hakikat mendidik anak, pendidikan dalam keluarga, Konsep E-Learning, komunikasi online, konsep hasil belajar, pendidikan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan jumlah responden tujuh orang. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis triangulasi sumber dan analisis etik (interpretasi) berdasarkan analisis penulis yang dikaitkan dengan teori yang relevan. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data yang diperoleh dari lapangan sebagai berikut : 1) komunikasi belajar online pada komunits Ibu Profesional menggunakan jenis komunikasi synchronous dengan strategi pembelajaran dialogis melalui aplikasi media sosial dan aplikasi Learning Management System (LMS), komunikasi belajar online berjalan secara efektif yang diukur dari adanya pemahaman, perubahan sikap, daya tarik, keterlibatan, tindakan dari peserta didik dalam mendidik anak; 2) hasil belajar online yaitu aspek kognitif seperti pengetahuan ilmu mendidik anak dan manajemen diri, aspek afektif berupa perubahan sikap dalam mendidik anak menggunakan pola asuh demokratis dengan menentapkan tujuan pendidikan anak alkulturasi, dan aspek psikomotor yaitu membuat rancangan kurikulum pendidikan dalam keluarga untuk anak; 3) manfaat belajar online yang dirasakan oleh peserta didik maupun oleh fasilitator yaitu belajar online memudahkan untuk mengakses dimana saja kapan saja, memberi kemudahan untuk membaca materi berulang-ulang, dan memberi kemudahan untuk menjangkau cakupan peserta yang luas.

This research is based on the background of the busyness of working outside the home, so it is not optimal in caring for and educating children. Professional Mother Community provides online learning in improving the ability of mothers to educate children. This study aims to describe the picture of online learning communication, so as to provide results and benefits to students, namely working mothers. Researchers use theory and concepts; children's education, the nature of educating children, education in the family, the concept of E-Learning, online communication, the concept of learning outcomes, community education. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using interview, observation, and documentation study techniques with seven persons. Data analysis was carried out by source triangulation analysis and ethical analysis (interpretation) based on the analysis of the authors who were associated with relevant theories. Based on the results of the processing and analysis of data obtained from the field as follows: 1) online learning communication in the community Mother Professionals use this type of synchronous communication with dialogic learning strategies through social media applications and Learning Management System applications (LMS), online learning communication that works effectively measured by the existence of understanding, changing attitudes, attractiveness, involvement, actions of students in educating children; 2) online learning outcomes, namely cognitive aspects such as knowledge of educating children and self management, affective aspects in the form of attitude changes in educating children to use democratic parenting by setting the goal of children's education in acculturation, and psychomotor aspects namely designing educational curriculum in families for children; 3) the benefits of online learning felt by students and facilitators, namely online learning makes it easy to access anywhere at any time, makes it easy to read material repeatedly, and makes it easy to reach a broad range of participants.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
