Sebaran Generalized Extreme Value (GEV) dan Generalized Pareto (GP) untuk Pendugaan Curah Hujan Ekstrim di Wilayah DKI Jakarta
Extreme event such as extreme rainfall have been analyzed and most concern for the country all around the world. There are two common distribution for extreme value which are Generalized Extreme Value distribution and Generalized Pareto distribution. These two distribution have shown good performace to estimate the parameter of extreme value. This research was aim to estimate parameter of extreme value using GEV distribution and GP distribution, and also to characterized effect of extreme event such as flood. The rainfall data was taken from BMKG for 5 location in DKI Jakarta. Both of distribution shown a good perfromance. The resut showed that Tanjung Priok station has biggest location parameter for GEV and also the biggest scale parameter for GP, that mean the biggest probability to take flood effect of the extreme rainfall
Aplikasi Model Persamaan Struktural pada Program R (Studi Kasus Data Pengukuran Kecerdasan)
Structural Equation Model (SEM) was known as powerfull and popular multivariate analysis technique. It provides a comprehensive method for the quantification and testing of theories. The ability of this model is to test model with multiple dependent that more powerfull than multiple regression, it’s also can make some simultaneously model in one form. Data was used from Holzinger and Swineford that measured intellegence in several indicator. This model was lack of form and performance that can be showed in value of Chi-square. Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) and Chi-square value for specificly in block “male” was less than “female”, so the result gave structural model for block male was better than female
A Combined Relevance Feedback Approach for User Recommendation in E-commerce Applications
Recommender systems in e-commerce applications help consumers with information useful to decide which products to purchase, suggesting products, services, and information items to potential consumers. Nowadays recommender systems interfaces are more oriented to technical people than to normal consumer, that are really not necessarily expert of statistic, scores and so on. In this paper we propose to join the capabilities of relevance feedback with recommendation strategies in a more useful architecture based on 3D navigation systems. A general framework is described, together with novel techniques oriented to an effective human-computer interaction. An example of the proposed system is also discussed
PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA AJAR MATEMATIKA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA MICROSOFT VISUAL BASIC UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN MATEMATIS MAHASISWA
AbstractThe purpose of this study is to determine the development of mathematics teaching materials on matrix materials using Microsoft Visual Basic media that is easy to understand learners and quality according to expert materials and programming experts. Based on the assessment of material experts, these teaching materials are included in the criteria very well, with a feasibility level of 87%. Based on the assessment of media experts, this resource is included in very good criteria, with a degree of eligibility of 88%. Based on the results of the test on the learners, this instructional material is included in the criteria very well, with a feasibility level of 86%. Based on the assessment of educational practitioners, these teaching materials are included in very good criteria, with a feasibility level of 86%. So it can be concluded that the end result of the development of this resource is suitable to be used as teaching material of Algebra Liner on matrix material. The final product of this resource is a product that has passed the first and second revision stage. This resource is software that runs on Windows XP, Seven, 77 and Windows 8 and the name "SolusiMatrix".Keywords: Matrix, programming, Microsoft Visual Basic. </p
Model Persamaan Struktural untuk Menganalisis Indikator Kesejahteraan Rumah Tangga
Welfare is an important thing that concerns all countries in the world, including Indonesia. Welfare is not only measured materially but also spiritually measured. Materially, welfare is measured by one's wealth, health, nutrition, education, assets, housing, and certain rights in society. While spiritually well-being is measured by perceived happiness. This study discusses the application of the structural equation model to examine the relationship between welfare indicators in Central Java Province. The model-built places education and employment as exogenous latent variables, while objective well-being and subjective well-being are endogenous latent variables. The data used to support the analysis were sourced from BPS, the results of the 2012 KOR National Social Economic Survey and MSBP, with a sample size of 6730 observations. The modeling results obtained by the model are quite feasible to explain the diversity of data, which is indicated by the value of GFI 0.97, AGFI 0.96, RMSEA 0.039, and RMSR 0.072. The analysis shows that education and employment have a direct influence on objective well-being and an indirect effect on subjective well-being. The effect of education on the level of welfare is higher than the effect of work

AMMI (Additive Main Effect Multiplicative Interaction) model for interactions in two-way table provide the major mean for studying stability and adaptability through genotype × environment interaction (GEI). This study aimed to build a “user friendly” program to analyze AMMI called AMMIR (Additive Main Effect Multiplicative Interaction in R). The data used in this study was from “Konsorsium Padi Nasional” research and “Balai Penelitian Kacang- kacangan dan Umbi-umbian (Balitkabi) Departemen Pertanian RI” research. AMMIR performed a good result compare to other programs such as SAS, IrriStat and GenStat. The result showed that output AMMIR such as biplot and analysis of variance are exactly the same as the other programs
