Menumbuhkan minat menabung masyarakat dapat menjadi sarana untuk memperbaiki kondisi perekonomian. Kelebihan dana yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat dapat tersalurkan kepada pihak yang kekurangan dana melalui lembaga perbankan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat seseorang untuk menabung. Dalam penelitian terdapat tiga vaiabel bebas yaitu persepsi suku bunga tabungan, kualitas pelayanan, dan pemanfaatan teknologi perbankan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanatori yang bertujuan menjelaskan dan menganalisis variabel tertentu secara objektif. Kondisi empiris yang akan dijelaskan dan dianalisis adalah pengaruh variabel indepeden dan variabel dependen. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional, dimana penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data dari responden pada periode waktu tertentu. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga variabel independen dan satu variabel dependen. Sampel berjumlah 99 nasabah, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket. Teknik angket dipergunakan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang persepsi suku bunga tabungan, kualitas pelayanan, pemanfaatan teknologi perbankan dan minat menabung masyarakat desa. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif dan regresi dengan bantuan komputer program SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Hasil-hasil analisis dan pembahasan memberikan beberapa kesimpulan antara lain sebagai berikut: 1) Persepsi suku bunga tabungan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat menabung masyarakat desa pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Unit Wates-Blitar 2) Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung masyarakat desa pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Thataspect is also contained disadvantage to be abused. Hence abuse throughduty free privilege could happen like on imported goods selling which isimported by that privilege abuse in domestic market. A ship's machining, especially a diesel engine, requires an orderly and precise system. So that the arrangement of the lubricant system can be seen from the quality and quantity of lubricants used. To avoid the expansion of the problem and the discussion, then in preparing this thesis the author only discusses the influence of the entry of fuel into the lubrication system in the Rocker arm Auxilary Generator.
The research method used is the method of Strength, Opportunity, Weakness, Threat (SWOT), whic is one method to pursue the factors that cause damage by detailed in the summary table of values for reference create an organizational map matrix. Data collection techniques are done through observation, documentation and literature study directly on subject related to rocker arm pumps.
The result obtained from rocker arm pump damage research is due to lack of maintenance and supervision of the pump operation, so that signs of damage are not realized and resulted in fatal damage. To overcome the above problems in oder to perform at the pump can take place normally it needs to be done a more serious improvement and supervision of Second Engineer and Kkm by increasing the awareness, for the continuity and maintenance of pump in the future, so that signs of damage that may be detected early.

Pengembangan Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Berdasarkan Analisa Usability dengan Metode Usefullness, Satisfaction, Ease to Use (USE) Questionaire dan Cognitive Walkthrough.
HRIS application is an application that is needed to manage human resources well and integrated the system. Usability in a system is very necessary in the development of a system so that it can affect the use of the application. The author tests the usability user interface on HRIS products using the cognitive walkthrough evaluation method, which works through a series of task scenarios and asks a number of questions from the user's perspective, and the method of usefulness, satisfaction, ease of use (USE) Questionnaire to assess how much usability is done by the user. The cognitive walkthrough testing is done by using the application that has been made by the author, after that the author makes improvements to the system according to the results of the test. Then after being repaired, the system was tested again with the same application, then the results were assessed using the USE Questionnaire and compared with previous results. The result is that the system has increased from previously by 3.67 from a scale of 1-5 to 4.04, up by 0.34.Aplikasi HRIS merupakan aplikasi yang diperlukan untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia dengan baik dan terintegrasi sistem. Usability dalam sebuah sistem sangat diperlukan dalam pengembangan sebuah sistem sehingga dapat mempengaruhi dalam penggunaan aplikasi tersebut. Penulis melakukan pengujian usability user interface pada produk HRIS dengan menggunakan metode evaluasi cognitive walkthrough, yaitu bekerja melalui serangkaian skenario tugas dan meminta sejumlah pertanyaan dari perspektif pengguna, dan metode usefulness, satisfaction, ease to use (USE) Questionaire untuk menilai seberapa besar usability yang dilakukan oleh pengguna. Pengujian cognitive walkthrough dilakukan dengan menggunaan aplikasi yang telah dibuat oleh Penulis, setelah itu Penulis melakukan perbaikan sistem sesuai hasil dari pengujian tersebut. Kemudian setelah diperbaiki, sistem tersebut diuji kembali dengan aplikasi yang sama, selanjutnya hasil tersebut dinilai dengan menggunakan USE Questionaire dan dibandingkan dengan hasil sebelumnya. Hasilnya adalah sistem mengalami kenaikan dari sebelumnya sebesar 3.67 dari skala 1-5 menjadi 4.04, naik sebesar 0.3
The Waqf Legal Politics in Law Reform Perspective
This study aims to analyze the previous ijtihad fuqaha towards the designation of waqf land was aimed at the benefit of the people in accordance with the social conditions at that time. Likewise, the ijtihad of Indonesian scholars towards the development of waqf objects is for the benefit of mankind which is adapted to the needs and social settings at this time. Because basically the law is the articulation of human thought and activity in his life. Legislation is the main way of creating laws. Regulations is the main joint of the national legal system in Indonesia. The research method used by the author is normative juridical research. This scientific method approach is used to find the truth based on the theory of normative legal experts. In addition, legislation is a very effective instrument in law reform because of its binding and coercive legal force. Legal politics has a very important role in the formation of laws and regulations and Indonesian national law, considering that legal politics is used as a basic guide in the process of determining values, establishing and developing national law in Indonesia. Waqf as an institution derived from Islamic law plays an important role in the religious and social life of Muslims. In conclusion, the waqf legal regulations that are applied to Indonesian Muslims today can be found in book III of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and Act No. 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf
Implementation of Legal Certainty Values in the Process of Increasing Land Rights in Demak Regency
Background of the study is In the context of improving land status in Indonesia, the implementation of legal certainty is an important issue that needs serious attention. Demak Regency as one of the regions in Indonesia also faces challenges in terms of improving land status which requires clear legal certainty. Land rights issues, land conflicts, and investment and development are the main focus in this context. Improving land status from Building Use Rights to Ownership Rights or other status changes requires a structured and transparent legal process. In this case, a study of the implementation of legal certainty related to improving land status in Demak Regency can provide a clear picture of the challenges, obstacles, and solutions that can be implemented to increase the effectiveness of the legal system in this case. The research method used by the author in this study is Empirical Research with a qualitative approach, using primary data and secondary data, data collection methods are carried out by interviews and observations, from the data collected will be analyzed using descriptive methods. The results of the study are the Regulation of the Minister of ATR/BPN Number 1339 of 2022 as the latest legal basis that strengthens the process of improving the status of Building Use Rights (HGB) to Ownership Rights (HM) in Demak Regency. This regulation complements regulations such as UUPA No. 5 of 1960, PP No. 24 of 1997, Regulation of the Minister of State for Agrarian Affairs/Head of BPN No. 3 of 1997, PP No. 46 of 2002, and Circular Letter of the Head of BPN-600-1900 dated July 31, 2003, and provide convenience for the community in the process of improving land status. The case of Mr. Budi and Mrs. Siti is a real example of the successful implementation of this regulation, although there were several obstacles such as completeness of files and understanding of procedures. The efforts of BPN Demak in socialization, improving services, and handling special cases also contributed to the smooth running of this process. Overall, this regulation provides legal certainty, benefits, and justice for the community in realizing stronger land ownership
Pengaruh Stres Kerja dan Pemberdayaan Karyawan Terhadap Retensi Karyawan dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior Sebagai Variabel Mediasi
Mempertahankan potensi sumber daya manusia yang berkompeten akan memberikan dampak baik pada keberhasilan suatu perusahaan. Dalam mempertahankan karyawan tersebut perusahaan harus memperhatikan beberapa faktor pendorong, seperti stres kerja, pemberdayaan karyawan dan organizational citizenship behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh hubungan antar variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Penulis telah menguji secara praktis model konseptual yang dibangun dari data yang dikumpulkan oleh 153 karyawan pada sebuah pabrik manufaktur yaitu PT Laksana Bus Manufaktur di Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian sebab akibat antar variabel dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner langsung kepada karyawan terkait. Selain itu, hasil analisis diperiksa dengan model persamaan struktural, dan menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS v3.0. hasilnya mengungkapkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh positif terhadap retensi karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kebaruan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior bisa memediasi hubungan antara stres kerja dan pemberdayaan karyawan terhadap retensi karyawan. Penelitian ini bisa memberi wawasan kepada pembaca, referensi penelitian selanjutnya, dan menjadi bahan evaluasi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan retensi karyawan.Maintaining the potential of competent human resources will have a positive impact on the success of a company. In retaining these employees, companies must pay attention to several driving factors, such as work stress, employee empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior. This research aims to test the influence of the relationship between the variables used in the research. The author has practically tested a conceptual model built from data collected by 153 employees at a manufacturing factory, namely PT Laksana Bus Manufaktur in Semarang Regency. This research is a type of causal research between variables with a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires directly to the relevant employees. In addition, the analysis results were examined using structural equation models, and using the SmartPLS v3.0 tool. The results reveal that work stress has an effect on organizational citizenship behavior, employee empowerment has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive effect on employee retention. The results of this research provide novelty that organizational citizenship behavior can mediate the relationship between work stress and employee empowerment on employee retention. This research can provide insight to readers, a reference for further research, and become material for company evaluation to increase employee retention
A Mobile Deep Learning Model on Covid-19 CT-Scan Classification
COVID-19 pandemic is currently happening in the world. Previous studies have been done to diagnose COVID-19 by identifying CT-scan images through the development of the novel Joint Classification and Segmentation System models that work in real-time. In this study, the author focuses on a different motivation and innovation focused on the development of mobile deep learning. Mobile Net, a deep learning model as a method for classifying the disease COVID-19, is used as the base model. It has a good level of efficiency and reliability to be implemented on devices that have small memory and CPU specifications, such as mobile phones. The used data in this study is a CT-scan image of the lungs with a horizontal slice that has been classified as positive or negative for COVID-19. To give a broader analysis, the author compares and evaluates the model against other architectures, such as MobileNetV3 Large, MobileNetV3 Small, MobilenetV2, ResNet101, and EfficientNetB0. In terms of the developed mobile architecture model, the classification of COVID-19 using MobileNetV2 obtained the best result with 0.81 accuracy.</jats:p
