Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon dengan objek penelitiannya adalah variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 197 orang dan sampling menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki sumbangsih pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon, (2) lingkungan kerja memiliki sumbangsih pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon, (3) motivasi kerja memiliki sumbangsih pengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon, dan (4) kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja memiliki sumbangsih pengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan BNI Kantor Cabang Renon

The application of this conceptis to give physical beauty and fresheffect, not only obtained through service salon and spa, but also beautiful and fresh psychologically through the presence and the perceived effect of the interior design. This conceptapplies to the pattern in order to avoid the impression of dynamic space with an array of near-monotone geometric, zoning that are customized to the hierarchy, as well as the application of manufacturing materials or modern readily available in the surrounding are a such as blockboard, glass, acrylic with modern finishing with customized colors with the concept. The concept of "Beauty andFresh" is expected to createan interior design for Trilie Salon and Spa that can provide security and comfort, both physically and psychological to the visitors.

La rinnovazione dell'istruzione dibattimentale a seguito di mutamento del giudice nel prisma della giurisprudenza costituzionale
No full textLe forme di assunzione della prova nell'ipotesi di rinnovazione del dibattimento, conseguente a cambiamento nella composizione dell'organo giudicante, costituiscono - non da oggi - materia di discussione, in dottrina come in giurisprudenza. Senza che, però, per il momento si sia giunti sul punto ad una soluzione che possa dirsi condivisa.
Lo stato della discussione ha avuto un singolare sviluppo ed un significativo salto di qualità, nel momento in cui, per iniziativa di alcuni giudici di merito, fattisi interpreti di una sorta di crescente disagio rispetto allo status quo, la problematica è stata portata all'attenzione della Corte costituzionale sotto il profilo della presunta censurabilità della normativa vigente in subiecta materia (nella lettura datane dalla prevalente giurisprudenza e quindi accreditabile come "diritto vivente") alla luce dei principi della nostra Carta fondamentale.
La Corte, interpellata in questi ultimi quindici anni più volte, è stata quindi sollecitata ad una vera e propria ricognizione ad ampio raggio della vicenda processuale che segue alla sostituzione, totale o parziale, delle persone fisiche componenti l'ufficio decidente, e delle relative implicazioni.
Al di là di ogni ulteriore valutazione, occorre constatare come l'elaborazione condotta dai giudici di Palazzo della Consulta in materia abbia avuto il pregio di far emergere, accanto ai principali snodi problematici connessi al fenomeno della formazione della prova nel caso di rinnovazione del dibattimento disposta a seguito di mutamento del giudice, anche alcuni punti fermi, da considerarsi, nella generale confusione generata dalle differenti opinioni, come sicuri punti fermi. Di qui l’interesse a ripercorrere l’itinerario seguito dalla Corte e gli sviluppi del suo ragionamento, nella consapevolezza di poter ricavare da tale operazione indicazioni preziose non solo per l’operatore giuridico di oggi, ma anche in una prospettiva de iure condendo
