No full textLatar Belakang: Rumah sakit melakukan perbaikan mutu, peningkatan kinerja dan penerapan manajemen risiko dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan guna menjaga mutu pelayanan. Salah satu indikator standar penilaian tersebut adalah sertifikasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2015. Di RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi pada bagian Instalasi Rekam Medis sudah melakukan persiapan dan audit SMM ISO 9001:2015 serta telah dinyatakan lulus audit SMM ISO 9001:2015.Tujuan: Mengetahui persiapan audit Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2015 RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada Instalasi Rekam Medis serta kendala dalam persiapan tersebut.Metode Penelitian: Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif. Rancangan penelitian adalah studi fenomenologi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas pelaporan, koding, filing, dan kepala ruang instalasi rekam medis. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kegiatan persiapan yang dilakukan instalasi rekam medis dalam memenuhi klausul-klausul yang dipersyaratkan dalam SMM ISO 9001:2015. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi.Hasil: Persiapan yang dilakukan dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu persiapan teknis dan dokumen. Persiapan teknis adalah awareness dan pelatihan auditor internal, rapat instalasi rekam medis tidak dilakukan hanya koordinasi secara lisan, merapikan dan menata ulang ruangan dan filing, serta mengecek fasilitas. Persiapan dokumen adalah menyiapkan SOP-SOP, jobdesk-jobdesk, indikator mutu, form isu internal dan eksternal serta form peluang dan risiko yang disatukan menjadi satu folder dokumen ISO terintegrasi. Beberapa temuan audit internal tidak dilakukan perbaikan dan perbaikan yang dilakukan hanya penyisiran pada rak filing. Kendala persiapan yang dialami adalah keterbatasan waktu dan kurangnya sosialisasi serta komunikasi.Kesimpulan: Persiapan audit Sistem Manajemen Mutu (SMM) ISO 9001:2015 dibedakan menjadi dua macam, yaitu persiapan teknis dan dokumen. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. EVALUASI REKAPITULASI DATA TINDAKAN MEDIS DALAM PELAYANAN JAMINAN KARTU TANDA PENDUDUK (KTP) DI PUSKESMAS GONDOKUSUMAN I YOGYAKARTA
No full textBackground: KTP assurance began to be held on January 1, 2013 with the aim
to cover the entire public health in the city of Yogyakarta. The KTP warranties
can cover the entire public health because the goal is not only focused on a class
but can be used by all the people of Yogyakarta who do not have a health
insurance. In Jamkesda claims acclaim, which claimed that the Jamkesda
recapitulation with attached DKK per each guarantee. So the rate of medical
action that recorded in DKK should be valid, where the data that recorded in DKK
is sourced from the LTR. Because if it is invalid/ still medical action at the LTR

street vendors that researchers did in February 2013 and based on preliminary
studies that the researchers did in September 2013 at the Gondokusuman I
Yogyakarta Health Center, author was informed that there are medical
procedures that have not been recorded in DKK. Because of this, researcher are
interested to examining the suitability of medical action data on KTP assurance
service at Gondokusuman I Yogyakarta Health Center.
Objective: To evaluate the suitability of medical action data on KTP assurance
service at Gondokusuman I Yogyakarta Health Center. The specific objective is
to know the process or workflow of LTR and DKK, and also to know the suitability
of medical action data between that recorded in LTR with that recorder in DKK on
KTP assurance service at Gondokusuman I Yogyakarta Health Center.
Methods: The type of research used in this study is descriptive study with a
quantitative approach, and study design is cross sectional.
Results: Flow LTR and DKK starting from Patient Registration Place (TPP). After
the TPP, LTR continued to the poly, then to the cashier. After the cashier,
returning again to the TPP to sort out the underwriting and submit to the
responsible person. For KTP assurance, the medical action rate in LTR entered
into DKK, after it be recaped at the end jamkesda, then claimed. Which claimed
is the Jamkesda recapitulation with DKK well as attachments. A few days after
the claim paid, the DKK returned back to the health center. Conformity between
the number of medical action in LTR with that in DKK is not perfect, because
there are mismatches that there is difference number of medical action between
in LTR with that in DKK. Percentage number of medical procedures that have
been recorded in DKK on KTP assurance service at Gondokusuman I
Yogyakarta health center is equal to 96.36% of the total number 550 medical
action, while that not recorded in DKK is equal to 3.64% of the total amount 550

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
