Jakarta: Jurusan Bahasa Arab dan Sastra Arab Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Januari 2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs Al-Wathoniyah 5 Jakarta Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pemahaman jumlah ismiyah dengan keterampilan menulis karangan siswa MTs Al-Wathoniyah 5 Jakarta, waktu penelitian dimulai dari bulan Januari sampai Februari 2020. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa MTs AL-Wathoniyah 5 Jakarta, adapun sampel dari penelitian ini adalah siswa di kelas VIII dengan jumlah 30 siswa, metode yang digunakan adalah metode korelasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data berupa soal yang berjumlah 30 dengan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan materi sekolah, bentuk soal pilihan ganda berjumlah 20 kemudian bentul soal memahami kalimat berjumlah 5 dan soal keretampilan menulis berjumlah 5. Penulis telah menyelesaikan analisis dari berbagai alat pengujian, uji normalitas variable x = 0,121 dan variable y = 0,105 dan uji homogenitas = x² hitung (14,96) dan table homogenitas pada taraf signifikan 0,05 (30,14) Titik awal x² hitung = (14,96) < x² table = (30,14). Maka Hipotesis ditolak nol (Ho) dan Hipotesis penelitian (H1) diterima. Uji koefisiensi kolerasi Ý = -6,504 + 1,056x peneliti menemukan koefisiensi kolerasi (rxy) berjumlah 0,657 nilai uji t hitung 13,69 lebih bear dari t table dari taraf signifikan (0,05) yaitu 2,75 dengan derajat kebebasan (dk) = 30, dan dari table t pada taraf signifikan (0,01) yaitu (2,45) dengan derajat kebebasan (dk) = 30. Berdasarkan hasil tes seperti yang dijelaskan dalam table maka hubungan pemahaman jumlah ismiyah dengan keterampilan menulis karangan sangatlah signifikan. oleh karna itu hipotesis penelitian ini mencerminkan adanya hubungan positif antara jumlah ismiyah dengan keterampilan menulis karangan terpimpin. Penelitian ini menggambarkan semakin meningkatnya pemahaman siswa terhadap jumlah ismiyah maka meningkat juga keterampilan menulis karangannya. This research was conducted at MTs Al-Wathoniyah 5 Jakarta Even Semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year with the aim of knowing the relationship between understanding the number of ismiyah and writing skills of students at MTs Al-Wathoniyah 5 Jakarta, when the research started from January to February 2020. The population of this study were students of MTs AL-Wathoniyah 5 Jakarta, while the sample of this study were students in class VIII with a total of 30 students, the method used was the correlation method. The instrument used to obtain data was in the form of questions totaling 30 with questions related to school material, the form of multiple choice questions totaling 20, then the form of questions to understand sentences totaling 5 and questions for writing skills totaling 5. The author has completed the analysis of various testing tools, the normality test for variable x = 0.121 and variable y = 0.105 and the homogeneity test = x² count (14.96) and the homogeneity table at the significant level 0.05 (30.14) The starting point x² count = (14.96) <x² table = (30.14). Then the null hypothesis is rejected (Ho) and the research hypothesis (H1) is accepted. The correlation coefficient test Ý = -6.504 + 1.056x the researcher found that the correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.657, the t-test value was 13.69, which was more bear than the t table from the significant level (0.05), namely 2.75 with degrees of freedom (dk) = 30, and from the t table at the significant level (0.01), namely (2.45) with degrees of freedom (dk) = 30. Based on the test results as described in the table, the relationship between understanding the number of ismiyah and writing skills is very significant. Therefore, the hypothesis of this study reflects a positive relationship between the number of ismiyah and guided essay writing skills. This study illustrates that the increasing understanding of students towards the number of ismiyah will also increase their writing skills

    In this study used two variables, namely Display product as an independent variable and Impulse buying as a dependent variable. This study aims to determine and analyze Display product on Impulse buying at the Ivo International fashion store Marpoyan Pekanbaru City. The type of research that the author uses is descriptive research type and quantitative research method using SPSS 25 software. The population and sample in this study were Consumers of the Ivo International fashion store Marpoyan Pekanbaru City. totaling 96 respondents. The research data was obtained from observations, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique in this study used Validity Test, reliability test, Simple linear regression analysis, t-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Display product variable had an effect on the dependent variable, namely Impulse buying. The results of the determination coefficient of the R square value obtained 0.661 or 66.1% which means the influence of Display product on Impulse buying. of 66.1%. While the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study

    The use of herbal medicines and related factors among diabetic patients

    Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic non-communicable disease characterized by elevated blood glucose levels due to insulin dysfunction. The use of herbal medicine has increased among patients with diabetes due to the widespread availability of information about herbal treatments globally. Many believe herbal remedies have minimal side effects and are more natural. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors associated with the use of herbal medicine among DM patients at Puskesmas Kampung Baru, Medan Maimun District. This quantitative, cross-sectional study was conducted from February to April 2025. The independent variables examined were age, education, income, knowledge, attitude, and belief, while the use of herbal medicine served as the dependent variable. The study population included all 809 registered DM patients at Puskesmas Kampung Baru. A sample of 189 was selected using a proportion difference test formula and a simple random sampling method. Bivariate data analysis was performed using the chi-square test. The results indicate that 164 (86.6%) respondents use herbal medicine. A significant association was found between herbal medicine use and age (p=0.019), income (p=0.000), knowledge (p=0.000), attitude (p=0.000), and belief (p=0.000). However, no significant association was found with education (p=0.089). Based on these findings, it is recommended that patients with diabetes mellitus receive counseling on the safe and evidence-based use of herbal medicine, with a strong emphasis on consulting healthcare professionals

Keyword: Effectiveness, Dictation Strategies, Improving, Listening Ability In Indonesia, English is a foreign language that is taught in schools. To keep up with the times, mastering English skills is very important. As a basis for good communication, listening ability. However, seeing the current condition, students lack motivation to learn English because they feel that it is difficult. Therefore, teachers need to use media that can attract students' interest in learning, one of which is through dictation. In this study, the author wants to know whether the use of dictation strategies can be effective on listening ability for eighth grade students at MTs Darul Hikmah Tulungagung or not. The method used in this research is quantitative and uses quasi-experimental as the research design. The data collection technique is through Pretest, Treatment, and Post-test given to two groups, namely experimental and control groups. First, the researcher gave a Pre-test to both groups to find out the extent of their listening ability before being given treatment. Secondly, the researcher gave treatment in the form of listening ability using dictation strategies to the experimental group, while conventional media to the control group. After 4 meetings, the researcher gave the Post-test to both groups to find out if there was a difference in the mean scores between the two groups. The data obtained were then analyzed using the help of the SPSS 30 program. Researcher used the Independent Sample T-test. The results of the analysis showed that the Sig. (2-tailed) is 0.003 < 0.05. which means the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Therefore, the use of Dictation strategies is effective in improving the listening ability of eighth-grade students at MTs Darul Hikmah Tulungagung.From the explanation above, this research concludes that the use of Dictation strategies is effective on the listening ability of eighth-grade students at MTs Darul Hikmah Tulungagung
