Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kecerdasan Intelektual terhadap Kinerja Pengurus Organisasi Pergerakan Mahasiswa Islam Indonesia (PMII) Komisariat Raden Rahmat Malang
PeneIitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel kecerdasan emosionaI dan kecerdasan intelektual baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pengurus Pergerakan Mahasiswa lslam lndonesia (PMll) Komisariat Raden Rahmat MaIang. Metode uji yang dipakai pada peneIitian ini ialah metode kuantitatif. Adapun data yang digunakan dalam peneIitian ini ialah data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari pengurus PMll Komisariat Raden Rahmat MaIang melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan pengujian: uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menerangkan yakni kecerdasan emosionaI tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karena diduga pengurus PMII lebih banyak mengandalkan kecerdasan intelektual dalam proses menyelesaikan program kerjanya saat penulis melakukan penelitian, sehingga dalam hal ini kecerdasan emosional tidak menjadi bagian yang mempengaruhi kinerja pengurus PMII Komisariat Raden Rahmat, sedangkan kecerdasan intelektual secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pengurus PMII komisariat Raden Rahmat Malang. Algoritma Apriori Untuk Rekomendasi Produk Pada Website Penjualan UD Rahmat Becled
Abstrak: Rekomendasi produk pada web penjualan UD Rahmat Becled bertujuan untuk membantu pemilik usaha dalam menampilkan produk-produknya kepada pelanggan agar menarik minat pelanggan sehingga membeli produk tersebut. Tentu saja dalam menarik minat pelanggan, produk yang ditampilkan harus sesuai dengan aktifitas pelanggan selama berikteraksi pada website penjualan, Sehingga dibutuhkan algoritma yang dapat membantu proses rekomendasi tersebut dan salah satu algoritma yang dapat digunakan yaitu apriori. Sistem rekomendasi menggunakan algoritma apriori pada web penjualan UD Rahmat Becled dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall, alat bantu pengembangan menggunakan sitemap, Flowchart, dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Hasil rekomendasi produk menggunakan algoritma apriori bermanfaat bagi website penjualan UD Rahmat Becled.

Abstract: Product recommendations on the UD Rahmat Becled e-commerce aim to assist business owners in displaying their products to customers in order to attract customers' interest so they buy the product. Of course, in attracting customer interest, the products displayed must be in accordance with customer activities during the interaction on the system, so we need an algorithm that can help the recommendation process and one of the algorithms that can be used is a priori. The a priori algorithm based recommendation system on the UD Rahmat Becled e-commerce was developed using the waterfall system development method, development aids using a sitemap, Flowchart, and Entity Relationship Diagram. The product recommendation results using a priori algorithm are useful for the UD Rahmat Becled e-commerce.

Seiring berjalannya waktu pertumbuhan penduduk di kota Palembang
setiap tahunnya mengalami penigkatan sangat cepat (BPS SUMSEL 2021,15),
karena hal itu berpengaruh pada volume jumlah kendaraan yang ada di jalan.
Transportasi sangat penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat, dimana transportasi
merupakan sarana yang digunakan untuk mempercepat dan memperlancar
kegiatan sehari hari. Akan tetapi, hal tersebut tidak diiringi dengan pertambahan
ruas jalan atau kapasitas jalan, akibatnya seringkali terjadi kemacetan pada jalan
jalan protokol (arteri) terutama pada saat jam-jam sibuk (peak hour).
Penulis dalam melakukan kegiatan survei ini fokus pada kegiatan kinerja
pada ruas yang diteliti dari arah R Sukamto menuju Basuki Rahmat untuk
kendaraan yang melakukan U-Turn hanya dari arah Basuki rahmat menuju R
Sukamto. Dari hasil survei jalan Basuki Rahmat kota Palembang memiliki tingkat
pelayanan D pada arah Basuki Rahmat menuju R Sukamto dan tingkat pelayanan
E pada arah R Sukamto menuju Basuki Rahmat. Pada survei tersebut
mendapatkan volume lalu lintas terpadat pada hari senin jam 17.00-18.00 dengan
total kendaraan 10987 unit, dan tingkat pelayanan putaran dari arah Basuki
Rahmat menuju R Sukamto memiliki nilai 1,64 yang artinya pada lokasi tersebut
terjadi kemacetan
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Planopusa semenovi, sp. n. (figs 2–5; tables 1 –3) H o l o t y p e. NMNHU-P 64-709, rostral part of the skull with I3, C, P1, P2, and isolated P4 and M1; P3 is absent (fig. 2). Collected by Yu. A. Semenov in 1995 and stored in the NMNHPM. Type locality. Grytsiv, Shepetivskyi District Khmelnytskyi Region, Western Ukraine, karst deposits in limestone quarry on the right bank of Chomora River, 3 km west of village of Grytsiv; 49°58ˈ 05.2 N 27°10ˈ03 E (reef zone). F o r m a t i o n a n d A g e. Middle Sarmatian, middle-late Miocene; MN 9, likely in the interval from 11.146 –11.056 Ma. Diagnosis. Small seal with extremely short rostrum (table 1), differing from all other fossil and extant phocines by: 1) flattened palatal process of maxilla; 2) P4 longer than M1; 3) alveoli form a straight line; 4) wider rostrum across canines compared to other small Phocinae (but narrower than in Monachopsis pontica). Description. The partial skull likely belongs to an adult, based on the fused sutures. However, teeth are not worn, characteristic for sub-adults. The maxilla has a very short convexity over P1 and convexity started over P2. The incisive bone is partially broken and palatal process of the maxilla is flattened from the level of the anterior alveolus of P2. The large grooves (fissura palatine) from anterior palatal foramina are directed towards the incisors (as in Enhydra lutris, fig. 3), in contrast to the condition stated by Wozencraft (1989) for other phocids, but similar to seals of the subfamily Devinophocinae (Koretsky and Holec, 2002; Koretsky and Rahmat, 2015). The concave palatine is wider (18.0 mm) between canines, similar to that in Devinophoca emryi (Koretsky and Rahmat, 2015). The hard palate is half the length of the smallsub-adult of Pusa caspica. Palatal grooves are shallow, but present without the posterior palatal foramen. Part of the palatal bone is missing. Posterior border of the anterior palatal foramen is situated at the level of P1 (in contrast to that in Pusa caspica where it is between C and P1). In coronal view, the space between the posterior border of the anterior palatal foramen and the anterior border for the choanae is 7.5 mm (11.0 mm in Pusa caspica). The lingual alveolar margins of canines and incisors are at the same level as those of the cheek teeth (as in D. emryi), but alveolar margins of C and P1 are compressed towards the midline. From the anterior palatal foramina to the level of P2, the palatine is flat. A deep, antero-posteriorly aligned groove (sulcus palatinus) is present posterior to P2, characterized as a derived condition among phocids according to Wyss and Flynn (1993) and in contrast to D. emryi. Maxillary teeth: All teeth are very small with double roots (except C, P1). The incisors are arranged in a straight line. The roots of alveoli I3 are larger than I2, which in turn is larger than I1. The I3 crown is preserved with a small cingulum on the lingual side, round in cross-section. Cingula present only on lingual sides of the crown and do not extend the buccal (labial) side (in contrast to Devinophoca) (fig. 2). Canines project ventrally, slightly worn (possibly sub-adult), but the anterior surface in both canines is worn or due to overbite with grinding of the lower canine (figs 2, 3). The diastema is absent between C and P1, which is located obliquely to the tooth row. The snout is shortened, but the canines are relatively large compared to the length of the snout and other teeth, supporting the overbite hypothesis where the lower canine wears the upper, similar to those in Gulo gulo (wolverine) (IZUAN 896, from the Archangelsk area). Diastemata between postcanine teeth are absent. All alveoli are rounded and the posterior roots of P2, P4, and M1 are larger than anterior roots. Tooth crowns are not worn. The large paraconid (central cusp) is turned caudally, with one small anterior cusp and a posterior cusp that is larger and positioned higher. The third cusp is placed on the basal cingulum, located caudally to the posterior cusp, and it is much smaller than other cusps (especially smaller on M1). The P1 has a single root, oval in cross-section, almost intact (similar to Praepusa). Its crown is 5.0 mm long (table 2), with a conical (triangular) central cusp and cuspidate lingual cingulum bearing diminutive two posterior cusps (in contrast to D. emryi). Cinguli on P2, P4, and M1 are parallel to the lower enamel margin. On P2, P4, and M1, the gum line is parallel to the margin of the dentary. The complete crowns on postcanine teeth (except P1) are irregularly shaped in occlusal view (in contrast to D. emryi). The P1 is flattened disto-lingually on its lingual side. The cingulum, bearing minute cuspules, encircles the crown on the lingual side of the P1. The P2-M1 crowns are triangular in occlusal view and slightly worn. The P2-M1 teeth have two roots, both round in cross-section. The posterior root on P2 is wider and much larger than the anterior alveolus. The P2 is situated in parallel to the tooth row. The P2 crown has a very prominent lingual cingulum with a minute anterior cingular cusp and slightly larger than two posterior cusps. The cingulum on the labial side extends around the entire tooth (in contrast to D. emryi) with carinae (sharp tooth edges) similar to those observed in Monachinae (Amson and Muizon, 2014). The buccal side of the P4 is straight. This tooth has the widest crown base. Posterior root is larger than anterior one, with one anterior cusp, two posterior cusps, and an additional cusp on the lingual side of the cingulum. The crown is triangular in occlusal view. The P4 is larger than M1. The M1 is very small (5.5 mm long and 3.5 mm wide) with two fused roots. The crown is triangular in occlusal view, similar to other postcanines, but much smaller. The anterior cusp is absent, but there is a single posterior cusp and a gracile cingular posterior cusp. Cingulum on the labial side is absent; the tip of the tooth is turned caudally. Cingula are located transversely only on the lingual sides of the crown, not extending the labial (buccal) side (in contrast to those in Devinophoca). Preventing and treating discitis: cephazolin penetration in ovine lumbar intervertebral disc
Infection can occur after any spinal procedure that violates the disc and although it is not common, the potential consequences are serious. Treatment of discitis is not always successful and the key to management is prevention. Intradiscal prophylaxis with antibiotic is routinely used in spinal surgery, but there is a limited understanding of how well antibiotics can enter the avascular disc after intravenous injection. An in vivo ovine study to optimise prophylactic and parenteral treatment of discitis is described to assess the effectiveness of cephazolin in preventing and treating infection. The concentration of cephazolin was measured in disc tissue from normal and degenerate sheep discs to determine if cephazolin can enter the disc and if disc degeneration affects antibiotic uptake. Fourteen sheep were deliberately inoculated with bacteria to induce discitis. Eight sheep ("prophylaxis" group) were given either a 0, 1, 2 or 3 g dose of prophylactic cephazolin before inoculation while the remaining sheep ("treatment" group) were treated with cephazolin commencing 7 days after inoculation for 21 days at a dose of 50 mg/kg/day. Histopathology and radiography were used to assess the effect of the different treatments. Cephazolin was given 30 min prior to sacrifice and the intradiscal concentration was measured by biochemistry. In the "prophylaxis" group all doses of antibiotic provided some protection against infection, although it was not dose dependent. In the "treatment" group discitis was confirmed radiologically and histologically in all animals from 2 weeks onwards. Biochemical assay confirmed that antibiotic is distributed throughout the disc but was present in higher concentration in the anulus fibrosus than the nucleus pulposus. This study demonstrated that whilst the incidence of iatrogenic discitis can be reduced by antibiotic prophylaxis, it could not be abolished in all incidences with a broad-spectrum antibiotic such as cephazolin. Pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rahmat Syariah Swalayan cabang City Walk Padangsidimpuan
Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Rahmat Syariah Swalayan Cabang City Walk Padangsidimpuan. Diketahui kinerja karyawan pada Rahmat Syariah Swalayan Cabang City Walk Padangsidimpuan belum memenuhi standar kerja sesuai yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kurangnya tanggungjawab dalam penyelesaian tugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rahmat Syariah Swalayan Cabang City Walk Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini diharapkan bisa berguna bagi masyarakat khususnya karyawan Rahmat Syariah Swalayan Cabang City Walk Padangsidimpuan.
Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini berkaitan dengan teori-teori mengenai kepemimpinan, sifat kepemimpinan, fungsi kepemimpinan, dan teori mengenai kinerja karyawan, penilaian karyawan, serta evaluasi kinerja karyawan.
Metedologi penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan rumus statistik dengan bantuan programSPSSVersi 21dalam bentuk korelasi product moment, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Linearitas, Uji Koefisien Korelasi (r), Persamaan Regresi Sederhana, Uji Hipotesis, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (angket).
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara variable Kepemimpinan (X) terhadap variable Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien korelasi (r) bahwa nilai koefisien korelasi r diperoleh sebesar 0,666 yang artinya kepemimpinan dan kinerja karyawan pada Rahmat Syariah Swalayan Cabang City Walk Padangsidimpuan mempunyai hubungan yang kuat. Hal ini berarti Ha diterima dan HO ditolak. Dari perhitungan koefisien determinasi ) menunjukkan nilai bahwa nilai R= 0,666 dan R X R= sebesar 0,444 yang menyatakan variabel kepemimpinan (X) mampu menerangkan variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 44,4%, sedangkan sisanya (55,6%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Kemudian dari perhitungan regresi sederhana diperoleh Y’=15,398 + 0,609 X. Hal ini berarti setiap peningkatan variabel kepemimpinan naik sebesar 1 satuan maka kinerja karyawan akan mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,609 satuan
Direct displacement-based design of dissipative bracings for seismic retrofit of reinforced concrete buildings
A non-iterative direct displacement-based method is proposed for the design of dissipative bracings for seismic retrofit of gravity-load-designed (GLD) reinforced concrete (RC) frames. The design methodology aims at limiting the interstorey drifts of the GLD frame to prevent damage in the existing columns, by appropriately designing both stiffness and damping of the bracings. The method is based on a simplified yet accurate representation of the braced frame, through a socalled stick model, whose elements stiffness and damping are obtained by equivalent linearization of each braced storey. This allows performing a simplified modal analysis and obtaining an optimal design of the bracing system at each storey, both in terms of stiffness and damping. The design method efficiency has been validated by assessing the obtained performance of three GLD RC frames retrofitted with bracing systems and by comparing the outcomes with two other design methods available in the literature
