No full textДослідження трипільської культури триває вже понад 100 років. За цей час відкрито багато трипільських
поселень. Проте поселення-гіганти (Трипілля В/ІІ – С/І) виявились найбільш дослідженими за площею та кіль-
кістю об’єктів. За результатами всебічних досліджень останніх, зокрема, визначається планування цих посе-
лень, орієнтація споруд, інтер’єри будівель тощо. За планіграфією керамічних матеріалів у спорудах томашів-
ської локальної групи західнотрипільської культури, В.О. Шумова визначила, що деякі категорії посуду були
стаціонарними і їх, в певній мірі, можна відносити до елементів інтер’єрів. Дослідники неодноразово зверта-
ються до планіграфічного методу стосовно керамічних комплексів трипільської культури. Проте планіграфія
кам’яних матеріалів на “площадках” є рідкісним явищем (винятком є робота Є.В. Пічкура та П.С. Шидловського
за матеріалами Пекарів ІІ). Це обумовлено в першу чергу тим, що на поселеннях-гігантах крем’яні матеріали
є скоріше виключенням, а ніж типовою категорією інвентарю. Проте ця теза не стосується ранніх періодів іс-
нування культури.
Досвід планіграфії кам’яних матеріалів був отриманий під час досліджень поселення Друци, що за від-
носною хронологією датується періодом В/І. Під час польових досліджень детально фіксувався весь кам’яний
інвентар з вказанням глибин, що дало можливість встановити на якому з поверхів розміщувались вироби. Так,
А.В. Енговатова визначила в якій частині споруди проходили виробничі та господарчі операції. Також, за на-
прямком залягання та розташуванням вістер метальної зброї, автори досліджень припустили, що поселення
зазнало нападу.
Поселення Ожеве-острів датується кінцем періоду В/І. В цей час різко збільшується кільскість фортифі-
кованих поселень та зброї на пам’ятках. Автор ставить на меті визначити як кам’яні вироби співвідносяться
у просторі. А також, чи є однаковим використання внутрішнього простору споруд на поселенні. Отримані
результати порівнюються з вище згаданим поселенням Друци.
Investigation of Trypilia culture lasts for over 100 years. Many Trypillia settlements have been opening during this
time. But settlements-giants (Trypillia B/II – C/I) are the most studied by area and the number of objects. For results of
detailed investigations it is determined the planning of settlements, оrientation structures, interiors of buildings etc.
For spatial organization of ceramic materials in buildings Tomaszewkа local group, V.O. Shumova determined that
some categories of dishes were stationary and they in certain degree could be attributed to the elements of interiors.
Researchers often refer to spatial organization method. But spatial organization of stone materials concerning the
“platforms” is rare (exception: E.V. Pichkur and P.S. Shydlovskyi by materials Pekari II). This is primarily due to the fact
that flint materials on the settlements-giants are rather the exception than the typical categories of implements.
However, this thesis does not apply to the early period of the existence of the culture.
Spatial organization experience of stone materials was obtained during the research of the settlement Druce
(Trypillia B/I). During the excavations all stone tools were fixed in details with leveling. In this way A.V. Engovatova
has determined in which part of the building there were production and household operations. Also according to
the direction and location of arrowheads, the authors of investigations have shown that the settlement was attacked.
The Ozheve-Ostriv settlement dates back to the late phase В/І. At this time increased a number of the fortified
settlements and weapons on a lot of sites. The author aims to determine how the stone products were correlated in
space. And also whether identical the use of internal space buildings on the settlement. The results are compared
with the above noted settlement Druce
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
