RM Bilebändin brändilupauksen rakentaminen
Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli selvittää RM Bilebändin brändiin liitettäviä mielikuvia ja kokemuksia asiakkaiden keskuudessa. Opinnäytetyön ensimmäisenä tavoitteena oli perehtyä brändiin. Opinnäytetyössä perehdytään brändin identiteettiin ja brändin mielikuviin, brändin merkitykseen, brändiviestintään ja brändin tutkimiseen ja kehittämiseen.
Opinnäytetyön toisena tavoitteena oli toteuttaa RM Bilebändin brändiin liittyvä bränditutkimus. RM Bilebändin osalta haluttiin selvittää, kuinka uusi brändi oli vaikuttanut tilaajien sekä yleisön näkökulmasta yhtyeen nykyiseen suosioon ja lähestyttävyyteen. Bränditutkimuksessa selvinneiden tulosten pohjalta on tarkoitus esittää RM Bilebändille uusi yhtenäinen brändilupaus, jonka pohjalle yritys pystyy rakentamaan uudistuneen brändinsä. Tulosten avulla yritys ja bändi tiedostavat nykyiset kehityskohdat ja pystyvät täten suunnittelemaan lopullista brändin arvolupausta haastattelujen avulla.
Tavoitteena oli kehittää yritystä, joten päädyttiin toteuttamaan puolistrukturoitu haastattelututkimus. Tutkimukseen haastateltiin kuutta RM Bilebändin tilaajaa edellisen vuoden ajalta. Kaikki haastateltavat olivat olleet yhteydessä yhtyeeseen tilauksen alkuvaiheista saakka. Haastatteluissa selvisi yhtyeen nykytila, sen kehityskohdat sekä onnistumiset. Tuloksista selvisi, että RM Bilebändi koettiin hinta-laatusuhteeltaan erinomaiseksi ja jokainen haastateltu kertoi suositelleen yhtyettä myös läheisilleen sekä tuttaville. Vastaajat kokivat, että yhteistyö sujui mutkattomasti koko yhteistyöprosessin ajan. Opinnäytetyön tulosten avulla toimeksiantaja pystyy kehittämään toimintaa myös jatkossa enemmän asiakaslähtöisempään suuntaan. Työssä esitetään myös uusi RM Bilebändin brändilupaus.The aim of this thesis was to research customers’ associations and experiences related to RM Bilebändi's brand. The first objective was to get acquainted with the brand. The thesis introduces brand identity and brand imagery, the significance of the brand, brand communication, as well as brand research and development.
The second objective of this thesis was to implement a brand study on RM Bilebändi 's brand. Regarding RM Bilebändi, the aim was to research how the new brand had influenced the band's current popularity and accessibility from the point of view of the subscribers and the public. Based on the results of the brand survey, a new unified brand promise will be presented to RM Bilebändi, based on which the company will be able to build its renewed brand. With the help of the results, the company and the band are aware of the current areas calling for improvement and, thus, are able to plan the final brand value promise through interviews.
The objective was to develop the company, for which it was decided to conduct a semi- structured interview survey. Six subscribers of RM Bilebändi from the previous year were interviewed in the survey. All the interviewees had been in contact with the band since the beginning of the subscription. The interviews revealed the current state of the band, the areas in need of improvement, and successes. The results showed that, in the interviewees’ opinion, RM Bilebändi’s price-quality ratio was excellent, and each interviewee had recommended the band to their relatives and acquaintances. The respondents felt that the co-operation went smoothly throughout the co-operation process. With the help of the results of the thesis study, the commissioner will be able to continue turning its operations more customer-oriented also in the future. Proposal for a Model Driven Approach to Creating a Tool to Support the RM-ODP
The potential for revising the RM-ODP standards is an excellent opportunity to move the given specifications into a form that is more amenable to the provision of tools that support the standard. Adoption of the approach advocated by the RM-ODP would be greatly increased if tools to support the approach were more readily available. This paper proposes an approach to generating such tools, directly, from a model based approach to specifying the RM-ODP viewpoint languages and correspondences. In particular this paper highlights certain requirements that the specification approach would need to meet if the production of such tools were to be achievable
