DIVENTARE PENSABILI? QUALI SPAZI E SGUARDI PER LE PERSONE LGBTAQI+. Un esercizio di sociologia pubblica
This essay aims to challenge the hetero-cis-normative gaze through which we take for granted public space regulation. Referring to what is thinkable and knowable as “unmarked” and “taken for granted” realities, the author focuses on LGBTQAI+ individuals as the “unthinkable” and the “unknowable” inhabitants of the public space. Hetero-cis-normativity has constructed a neutral, abstract and general public space to legitimate hegemonic representations, control and exclusion. Through a public sociology, people could understand what are the socio-political foundations needed to become “normal citizen” and try to change the hetero-cis-normative paradigm within social space and within the thinkable space of Academi
Scritti criminologici. Dalla teoria dell’associazione differenziale ai crimini dei colletti bianchi
Author of one of the first general criminological theories that unmark deviant and criminal behavior from any biologist hypothesis and founder of the first foundational reflections on the crime of the powerful, Edwin H. Sutherlandcan be recognized as the most influential criminologist of the 20th century. The volume outlines in critical terms the main stages of the development of the author’s thought by presenting to the Italian public unpublished reflections on the genesis of the theory of differential association, on its revisions and applications, on the themes of epistemological reflection and the dimension of control policies. In particular, it highlights Sutherland’s deep relationships with the classical theories of the Chicago School of Law and the attention to the procedural dimension of symbolic interaction, These are fundamental aspects for critical theories and that place his criminological enterprise within a purely sociological analysis

accesso a risorse simboliche e materiali legittime. In this essay we will try to synthetically reread the
main socio-criminological theoretical contributions through the
interpretative lens of masculinity, indicating the developments a
starting from positivist analyzes crossing functionalist theories to arrive at structured action approaches. Yes
specifically, it deals with an arbitrary synthesis which, for reasons
of space, cannot exhaustively take into account the different
criminological perspectives. Finally, we will try to show,
in fact, than engaging in deviant and criminal conduct – committing crime
therefore – it is one of the possible modalities of which a subject
he can also dispose to do masculinity, especially if he doesn't have it
