Pompa hidrolik adalah pompa yang berfungsi untuk memasok fluida hidrolik pada tekanan yang telah ditentukan, serta untuk tenaga penggerak mekanik pada permesinan baik pada bagian deck maupun dalam kamar mesin. Pompa ini digerakkan oleh berbagai jenis tenaga penggerak, misalnya motor listrik atau sebuah mesin yang dihubungkan dengan sebuah sistem kopling serta ada juga yang menggunakan tekanan hidrolik. Sistem kopling yang digunakan dapat berupa belt, roda gigi serta pada pompa yang memanfaatkan tenaga hidrolik menggunakan tekanan minyak hidrolik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas hal-hal yang menyebabkan turunnya tekanan oli pada pompa hidrolik Hatch Cover, dampak yang di timbulkan dan upaya yang harus dilakukan agar tekanan oli dapat berjalan normal. Pompa hidrolik Hatch Cover diatas kapal merupakan salah satu mesin bantu yang memiliki peranan sangat penting untuk menutup maupun membuka tutup palka guna proses bongkar muat diatas kapal. Dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan metode Shel dan USG, dimana metode ini adalah untuk mencari sebab-akibat dari permasalahan dan mengambil beberapa faktor yang lebih dominan untuk dianalisa menggunakan USG untuk mencari permasalahan dan bagaimana mengatasinya.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penyebab turunnya tekanan oli hidrolik adalah kualitas oli hidrolik yang kurang bagus, padatnya jadwal operasional kapal, kurangnya skill atau kemampuan manusia, dan kurang berjalannya Standart Operasional Procedure (SOP). Ini ditandai dengan tidak normalnya suara pada pompa hidrolik Hatch Cover di karenakan tekanan oli yang tidak dapat mencapai batas minimum atau batas normal agar dapat mengoperasikan tutup palka.
Cara untuk mengatasi permasalahan diatas adalah melakukan pembersihan serta perawatan secara periodik/berkala terhadap Hydraulic Hatch Cover Pump betul-betul dijaga terutma kebersihan Filter agar dapat menyaring kotoran-kotoran yang sengaja atau tidak sengaja masuk kedalam oli hidrolik. Gunakan oli hidrolik yang sesuai dengan ketentuan, dan mengganti O-Ring Seal dengan yang baru sebelum jam kerjanya.

Hydraulic pump is a pump that serves to supply hydraulic fluid at a predetermined pressure, as well as for mechanical driving forces on machinery both on the deck and in the engine room. This pump is driven by various types of propulsion, for example an electric motor or a machine connected to a clutch system and some use hydraulic pressure. The clutch system used can be a belt, a gear or a pump that utilizes hydraulic power using hydraulic oil pressure. The purpose of this study is to discuss the things that cause effect of unoptimal work in hydraulic hatch cover engine, the impact caused and efforts that must be made so that oil pressure can run normally. Hatch Cover hydraulic pump on board is one of the auxiliary machines that has a very important role to close and open the hatch for the loading and unloading process on board. In this case the author uses the Fishbone and Fault Tree Analysis method, where this method is to look for the causes of problems and take several more dominant factors to be analyzed using FTA to find problems and how to overcome them.
The results obtained from this study indicate that the cause of the decrease in hydraulic oil pressure is there are grams in hydraulic pipes, oil filter on hydraulic tanks that are not feasible, operation not in accordance with the instruction book. This is indicated by the abnormal sound of the Hatch Cover hydraulic pump due to oil pressure which cannot reach the minimum or normal limit so that it can operate the hatch cover.
The way to overcome the above problems is to do periodic cleaning and maintenance of the Hydraulic Hatch Cover Pump which is really maintained due to the cleanliness of the filter so that it can filter out impurities that intentionally or unintentionally enter into the hydraulic oil. Use hydraulic oil that complies with the provisions, and replace the O-Ring Seal with new ones before working hours
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas hal-hal yang menyebabkan turunnya tekanan oli pada pompa hidrolik Hatch Cover, dampak yang di timbulkan dan upaya yang harus dilakukan agar tekanan oli dapat berjalan normal.
Dalam hal ini penulis menggunakan metode Fishbone dan FTA, dimana metode ini adalah untuk mencari sebab-akibat dari permasalahan dan mengambil beberapa faktor yang lebih dominan untuk dianalisa menggunakan FTA untuk mencari permasalahan dan bagaimana mengatasinya.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penyebab tidak optimalnya kerja mesin hydraulic hatch cover adalah terdapat gram pada pipa-pipa hydaulic, filter pada hydraulic tank yang sudah tidak layak, dan pengoperasian yang tidak sesuai dengan instruction book
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
