Patrimoine culturel et les sentiers des Pèlerins en province de Foggia
No full textL'essai analyse le riche patrimoine culturel marqué par différent types de sentiers de pèlerins dans la province de Foggia, depuis celui qui est associé au culte de Saint Pio à San Giovanni Rotondo, récent et international, jusqu'au plus historique lié au culte de Saint Michel à Monte Sant'Angelo, ansi que plusieurs pèlerinages de la région. L'analyse des différents pèlerinages dans des régions périphériques nous permet de donner de nouvelles interprétations, et une nouvelle impulsion à la mise en valeur du patrimoine culturel régional, matériel et immatériel, dans un territoire abordé d'un point de vue local, où la dimension locale interagit et affronte des pressions politiques, des citations locales et traditionnelles, mais aussi de nouveaux besoins existentiels liés à l'homme contemporain ou à la solitude du citoyen global

No full textThis introduction discusses the rhetoric of the 'rule of law'. Based on various ethnographies, it reflect on negotiating order to which legal and illegal definitions are subject in the practice of social agents. The aim is to demonstrate the effectiveness of the legal anthropological perspective in eradicating the legal monism and in discussing the hegemony of rule of law, shifting attention to the plurality of normative available to rights holders. The paper focuses on the interstices between law and politics and on the new issues that have arisen in the contemporary. These require an openness to an idea of law less dogmatic and hegemonic and therefore flexible, dialogic and negotiated.</p
