Nugraha Teknik which aims to find out if the application of accounting carried out by the company in accordance with the principles of accounting is generally grateful. CV. Nugraha Teknik is a private company engaged in services, planning, and supervision of construction (consultants) in the city of Pekanbaru. The data required in this research is primary and secondary data with data collection techniques using documentation interviews and data analysis techniques using descriptive methods. From the results of the study can be concluded that income CV. Nugraha Teknik uses the concept of accrual basis. The company does not record un collectible receivables. Then the company has not compiled equity reports, cash flow statements, and notes on financial statements. From conclusions and hypotheses can be drawn conclusions that CV. Nugraha Teknik has not been in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles

Human rights referendum: Dissonance between 'the will of the people' and fundamental rights?
No full textReferendums and popular initiatives have proliferated in many parts of the world as part of the effort to improve the quality of democracy and enhance citizen participation in policy making. However, even before the surge of populist nationalism in the 2010s, referendums have become a sort of weapon to restrict various rights. Furthermore, the juxtaposition between ‘the will of the people’ and human rights has once again brought back the classical criticism against direct democracy that it constitutes ‘a tyranny of the majority’ that could erode minority rights. With these concerns in mind, this paper is written to analyse the dissonance between human rights referendums and international human rights law through a positivist lens. The overall goal is to determine whether States have an ex ante obligation to prevent a referendum on a subject matter that is contrary to human rights.The author received no financial support for the research, authorship, and/or publication of this article.

No full textPenelitian tentang perbandingan metode pembelajaran TTW (Think Talk Write) dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional terhadap prestasi belajar siswa ditinjau berdasarkan hasil belajar siswa pada program diklat jaringan komputer, bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar perbedaan hasil belajar siswa antara penggunaan metode pembelajaran konvensional dengan metode pembelajaran TTW (Think Talk Write).
Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan subyek terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas X TKJ1(Metode Konvensional) dan X TKJ3 (Metode Think Talk Write). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes tertulis. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan uji t dua sampel tidak berhubungan atau uji t sampel bebas (independent sample t test) serta uji normalitas gain menggunakan program Microsoft Excel 2007 dan perhitungan manual.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa antara metode pembelajaran kooperatif teknik think talk write dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran TTW (Think Talk Write) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode pembelajaran konvensional dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa

Felt or felt art was chosen by the writer as an exploration effort by raising the theme of Tanjung Tinggi Belitung beach. This beach has a unique beauty and characteristics, namely white sand with large rocks. The author creates three pieces of work with shades of beach sand, seawater, and rocks found on the beach. The stages of creation start from the preparation of yarn fibers according to the concept, then the giving of cornflour or maize mixture, after that the drying process and the last process is the finishing process. In the three works of the author, there is dry marine biota which the writer took directly from the shore so that his natural impression is maintained. Hopefully, the creation of writers' creation can be an inspiration for creating art with new media and techniques.

Felt atau felt art dipilih penulis sebagai upaya ekplorasi dengan mengangkat tema pantai Tanjung Tinggi Belitung. Pantai ini memiliki keindahan dan ciri khas yang unik yaitu pasir putih dengan bebatuan yang besar. Penulis menciptakan tiga buah karya dengan nuansa pasir pantai, air laut, serta bebatuan yang terdapat di pantai tersebut. Tahapan penciptaan dimulai dari penyusunan serat benang sesuai konsep, kemudian pemberian adonan tepung jagung atau mayzena, setelah itu proses penjemuran dan proses terakhir yaitu proses finishing. Pada ke tiga karya penulis terdapat biota laut kering yang penulis ambil langsung dari bibir pantai agar kesan naturalnya terjaga. Semoga dengan terciptanya karya penciptaan penulis bisa menjadi inspirasi untuk berkarya seni dengan media dan teknik baru.

Social Support and Stress Symptoms of Lupus Patients
No full textThe effects of social support on reducing the stress symptom of lupus patient were shown by Nugraha (2005). This article was intended to describe the social support used during the social support activities. In this study social support was given to two lupus patients during 12 weeks (once a week, two hours max. every session), applying the one-to-one method and helping techniques from Brammer (2003). The results described that support techniques mostly used to fulfil the patients’ needs for emotional and informational supports were attending, reassuring, and summarizing; whereas the supports mostly used were the roles as a friend who listened to the patient, who encouraged them and who gave them information related to lupus. The descriptions also revealed that the author needed several sessions to show that social support affects the patients.
Penelitian Nugraha (2005) memperlihatkan bahwa pemberian dukungan sosial mengurangi keluhan simptom stres penderita lupus. Artikel ini bermaksud menggambarkan dukungan sosial dalam aktivitas pemberian dukungan sosial tersebut. Pada studi ini dukungan sosial diberikan terhadap dua penderita lupus selama 12 minggu (satu kali seminggu, dua jam maksimum pada tiap pertemuan), menggunakan metode one-to-one support dan teknik helping menurut Brammer (2003). Hasilnya menggambarkan bahwa dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan penderita lupus akan dukungan emosional dan dukungan informasional, tiga teknik yang sering digunakan oleh peneliti adalah attending, reassuring, summarizing; sedangkan peran yang sering dimainkan peneliti adalah peran sebagai teman yang mendengarkan, teman pemberi semangat, dan teman pemberi informasi. Deskripsi juga mengungkapkan bahwa efek dukungan sosial terhadap penderita lupus baru tampak setelah beberapa pertemuan berlangsung

No full textLeadership based on religious character is the ability to direct, guide, influence or supervise the behavior of members in achieving certain goals that have specific traits or innate traits that characterize these leaders that contain religious elements. In this discussion the author explains the Ganesha Tama Boyolali Vocational High School and the Vocational High School Karya Nugraha Boyolali is a private school in the Boyolali region in the field of machinery. The Ganesha Tama Boyolali Vocational High School is publicly based, while the religious-based Vocational School Boyrali Boyolali is under the Nahdlatul 'Ulama or Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah. The method used in this study is the approach of human resource management, with the method of collecting data observation, interviews, and documentation, the last is the analysis of data used in drawing conclusions from research results.
The inculcation of religious character in the two schools is a solution to this problem. This research was conducted with the limitation of the problem: How is the principal's leadership in instilling religious character in the school and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the religious character-based leadership in the school.
The research conducted here is field research with a qualitative psychological approach. The subject and object of research are the principal, teachers, students, activities / programs implemented, and involve several related parties. Data collection is done by interview, observation and document extraction.
This research was conducted to describe the religious character that was instilled in the Ganesha Tama Boyolali Vocational High School and the Nugraha Boyolali Vocational High School. Through activities and programs implemented in the school.
This study produces findings related to religious character-based leadership in the Ganesha Tama Boyolali Vocational High School and the Nugraha Boyolali Vocational High School. What is done by instilling religious character through religious activities and programs has a good impact on them. And as a provision for their lives outside the school environment and are able to share religious knowledge with the surrounding community

No full textABSTRACT With this research the author examines "Consumer Legal Protection for Using JNE Expedition Services (Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir) Head Office in Pekanbaru City", the author's reason for researching and raising the title of this research is because when the author made field observations first the author found so many consumers who suffered losses due to goods delivery services carried out by the Pekanbaru city JNE Expedition company, the things that were meant were goods that were damaged during operation, goods that were destroyed in the shipping package, goods that were late to the sender's address, and also goods that were lost when delivery or when in operation or in the storage warehouse of the business actor of the Pekanbaru City JNE Expeditionary Company. And is there any compensation provided by the Pekanbaru City JNE Expedition company to consumers who are harmed. The problem in this research is how is the legal protection for consumers who suffer losses by the JNE expedition company and what is the compensation provided by the JNE expedition company in Pekanbaru city to consumers. This thesis research uses observational research and the nature of the research used is analytical descriptive. The data was obtained using a tool in the form of interviews. The results of research and data analysis carried out by the author of consumer legal protection for the use of JNE expedition services (Jalur nugraha ekakurir) head office in Pekabaru city are generally carried out by law enforcement of statutory regulations no. 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection. In accordance with what is regulated in Article 4 paragraph 1 that consumers have the right to comfort, security and safety in consuming goods and/or services. And also in Article 7 (f) and (g) of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning consumer protection, namely providing compensation, compensation and/or compensation for losses due to the use, use and utilization of traded goods and/or services. And provide compensation, compensation and/or replacement if the goods and/or services received or utilized are not in accordance with the agreement. The suggestion in this study is that business actors should be more diligent in guiding what has been regulated in the consumer protection law, so that consumers can receive their rights. And also with that it can have a good impact if there is a loss experienced by consumers, and consumers are more careful in choosing services, especially goods delivery services
PENGEMBANGAN LKPD DIGITAL BERBASIS PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) PADA MATERI PERUBAHAN WUJUD BENDA MUATAN PEMBELAJARAN IPA KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR
No full textPeneliti mengembangkan media pembelajaran IPA untuk materi perubahan wujud benda kelas V Sekolah Dasar. Media ini berisikan materi tentang macam macam perubahan wujud pada benda sehari hari yang dijelaskan secara ringas namun informatif. Media pembelajaran LKPD digital Liveworksheet ini juga diimplementasikan melalui tahap uji coba one to one, small group, dan field test. Pada uji coba one to one media yang dikembangkan masuk ke dalam kategori Sangat Baik (SB) dengan nilai 82%. Pada uji coba small group media yang dikembangkan masuk ke dalam kategori Sangat Baik (SB) dengan nilai 89%. Pada uji coba field test media yang dikembangkan masuk ke dalam kategori Sangat Baik (SB) dengan nilai 91%. Media pembelajaran LKPD digital Liveworksheet pada muatan IPA materi perubahan wujud benda ini sangat layak digunakan sampai tahap uji coba field test. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil penilaian dari uji coba one to one, small group dan field test dengan nilai ketiganya 87% dan berdasarkan tabel kategori skor kelayakan produk, media pembelajaran LKPD digital Liveworksheet termasuk ke dalam kategori Sangat Baik (SB) dengan nilai 76%-100% dan layak digunakan pada pembelajaran IPA di Sekolah Dasar. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini dapat dikatakan tercapai.

Researchers developed science learning media for material on changes in the form of objects in grade V elementary school. This media contains material about various kinds of changes in the form of everyday objects which are explained in a simple but informative manner. This Liveworksheet digital LKPD learning media is also implemented through one to one, small group, and field test stages. In the one to one trial, the media developed fell into the Very Good (VG) category with a score of 82%. In the small group trial, the media developed fell into the Very Good (VG) category with a value of 89%. In the field test, the media developed fell into the Very Good (VG) category with a value of 91%. Liveworksheet digital LKPD learning media on the science content of material changes in the form of objects is very feasible to use until the field test stage. This can be seen from the assessment results from the one to one, small group and field test trials with a third value of 87% and based on the product feasibility score category table, the Liveworksheet digital LKPD learning media is included in the Very Good (VG) category with a value of 76%-100% and is suitable for use in science learning in elementary schools. Therefore, the objectives of this development research can be said to be achieved
