Agus Tjahjono, M.M, M.Mar.E., dan Advisor II: Dr. Capt. H. Sahabuddin Sunusi, M.T., M.Mar. Development of marine transportation today advanced so rapidly especially in Indonesia archipelago country ehere distribution to various island using ships, where the process of taking crude oil is taken from drilling and bought to refinery on land and re-distributed with ship after becoming ready-made fuel. In the process of dismantling there are containts experienced by the researcher at the time of the sea project, then from the contains author take the discussion about “Analisis rusaknya sudu pada Cargo Oil Pump Turbine di MT.Gamkonora. According to scientific principles in writing this research using qualitative methods with SWOT analysis, where the method of data collection is by interview, observation, quwstionnaire, and literature study. From the result of the research during sea project, the author finds the cause of the breaking of the blade of COPT namely the presence of leaks in the tube condenssor causing mixed seawater with condensation water that will result salinity in increasing boiler water will result in corrosion of all steam components including blades on COPT. The conclusion of the research is the need for attention and supervision of the leakage on the condenssor so checking of salinity levels on boilers water periodically is necessary to avoid the fatal damage causing obstruction process due to the breakdown of damage COPT. Fandhy Dony Wicaksono, 2017, 49124381 N, “ Optimalisasi Pelaksanaan Bongkar Muat Oil Product di MT. Patra Tanker 3 ”, Diploma IV , Nautika, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Counselour : (I) Sahabuddin Sunusi (II) Yustina Sapan. Oil production rising rapidly from oil fields, refineries and depots - oil depot in Indonesia. It makes participation of oil tankers becomes more vital than ever. Loading and discharging equipment on the tanker must always be in good condition in order to support the process of loading and discharging. Optimization of loading and discharging must be supported by good communication between the ship at the loading or discharging port. This research is focused on the process of loading and discharging at MT. Patra Tanker 3 which is frequently delays due to human factors and factors of equipment and efforts to optimize the loading and discharging activities. The research methodology that author use is a descriptive qualitative method. The author presents the data according to the results of the observation as authors did the sea project, interviews with the officers of MT. Patra Tanker 3 and literature study that the author obtained from books, internet and literature relating to loading and discharging process of oil product. Based on the research that the author carried out, it can be seen that the constraints that occur when loading and discharging process in MT. Patra Tanker 3 are the lack of understanding, knowledge and awareness of the crew about the dangers and how the loading and unloading procedures in accordance with the standards as well as safe. In addition the process of loading and discharging at MT. Patra Tanker 3 are constrained by a cargo pump is not functioning optimally. From these problems, it’s necessary to give the entire crew training regarding the loading and discharging process in accordance with the procedures and also the operation of loading and discharging equipment is right and how to taking care of the loading and discharging equipment. Besides, the ship’s crew also had to check periodically for loading and discharging equipment. Keywords : Oil Product, Loading, Discharging, descriptive qualitative

ABSTRACT Andika Fakhri Bakhtiar, 2018, NIT: 50134801.N, “Sailing Procedured Navigation when Passing Kanmon Japan Strait in MV.Anggrek, Program D IV, Merchant Marine Polythecnic of Semarang, Supervisor (1) Sahabuddin sunusi (2) Amat Narto Based on the functions of the Kanmon Martis as a vessel traffic service providers are very important in supporting the smooth sailing in the traffic separation scheme Kanmon strait Japan. In that case the procedure set sail on a traffic separation scheme that need special attention with respect to the busy traffic conditions and water conditions as well as natural factors that occur in these waters. Theoretical basis taken in this researh is based on the problems that often arise on board. Such as an emergency situation due to heavy traffic conditions, observations disruption caused by fog, and the high tide and low tide chart inside the traffic separation Japan Kanmon Strait waters. In this paper the researcher also use rules derived from the theory related to topics discussed. Moreover, the authors use basic methods used in this researh is qualitative and descriptive method (a method of observation, so the descriptions obtained by the author can be presented in this paper). Data collection techniques that I use in the form of primary data and secondary data, while the data collection methods, the authors use the method of observation, interview, and literature study. In the data analysis and the results of the study contains a general overview of the exposure of the authors of the object studied and the factors to be considered during a sail on a chart of traffic separation Japan Kanmon strait. For that, they need a good seafarer skills so that these problems can be overcome in order to realize a safe shipping in the traffic separation scheme. Riska Dwi Saputro, 50134918 T, 2018 “Identification of the cause of low compression on main engine cylinder number 2 and 3 at MT Fortune Glory XLI with SWOT analysis method” Program Diploma IV, Teknika, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, supervising professor I F. Pambudi Widiatmaka, ST., MT. and Supervising professor II DR. Capt. Sahabuddin Sunusi, MT., M.Mar. Main engine at MT. Fortune glory XLI is a Diesel engine 2 tak with 6 cylinder. When sea voyage from Tg. Uban to Cilacap the exhaust gas of main engine has a high temperature increase. A high exhaust gas is visible on the thermometer contained in cylinders 2 and 3 which is normally between 300 – 400 0C reach over 5000C. Seen also on the monitor that the compression pressure cylinders 2 and 3 decreased from normally between 30 until 40 Kg/Cm2 to be less than 30 Kg/Cm2. In this case, author use SWOT analysis method, this methode use to solve thr problem based on some factor analysis, Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunity and Threats by using strategies that determined correspondence by result of SWOT analysis method sistematically. That goals to solve the problem based on strategy and critical succes factor on SWOT method. There are many causes of the effect of low compression pressure so the combustion on the cylinder not optimal, some of the causes of these causes include was broken piston rings, worn piston, worn cylinder liner, Etc. From several factors analyzed to derive a major factor of low compression pressure at MT. Fortune Glory XLI. After the analysis turned out low compression pressure caused a broken piston rings caused lubrication that is not optimally at cylinder liner. Because lack of lubrication causes direct friction between ring piston and cylinder liner and causing piston rings to wear out even cracked or broken. So the compression pressure become low and affects the performance of the main engine. Keywords : Piston rings, Cylinder liner, Compression, Performance of main engin

Toxic materials in waste generally contain several components of the global trending pollutant category, especially PAHs and heavy metals. Bioremediation technology for waste management that utilizes microorganisms (bacteria) has not been fully capable of breaking down these toxic materials into simple and environmentally friendly chemical products. This review paper examines the potential application of a consortium of marine sponge symbionts with high performance and efficiency in removing PAHs and heavy metal contaminants. The method was carried out through a review of several related research articles by the author and published by other researchers. The results of the study conclude that the development of global trending pollutant (GTP) bioremediation technology could be carried out to increase the efficiency of remediation. Several types of marine sponge symbiont bacteria, hydrocarbonoclastic (R-1), metalloclastic (R-2), and metallo-hydro-carbonoclastic (R-3), have the potential to be applied to improve waste removal performance. A consortium of crystalline bacterial preparations is required to mobilize into GTP-exposed sites rapidly. Bacterial symbionts of marine sponges can be traced mainly to sea sponges, whose body surface is covered with mucus
