È questa la domanda fondamentale che sembra risuonare lungo tutto l'Edipo sofocleo, facendo di questa tragedia, paradigma stesso dello spirito tragico più autentico, una discesa nella fragilità della costituzione umana e nella precarietà della sua fondazione. In un universo in crisi come la Tebe sconvolta dalla peste, universo in cui l'ordine sociale è distrutto, la vertigine del doppio investe tutti: nessuno è più certo di chi è e, in un gioco circolare, nessuno riconosce più la legittimità dell'altro. Su questo sfondo indifferenziato Edipo, re straniero ormai incapace, più di ogni altro a Tebe, di rispondere alla domanda “chi sei?”, si fa vittima perfetta per la folla smarrita e violenta, pharmakos plasmato dalle mani del popolo, capace di portare con sé colpa e rinascita

It begins with a premise on differences between secular legal systems and religious legal systems.
In particular, the paper analyzes the legal profiles of the religious education of children in Canon law. Growing children in Catholic beliefs is a legal and ethical imperative for Catholic parents. This obligation raises several problems in case of mixed marriages.
Finally, the paper analyzes some experiences of particular Churches, that ‘attenuate’ the obligation of providing Catholic education in case of mixed marriages

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
