Polityka równości płci z perspektywy reżimu welfare state. Na przykładzie Polski i Szwecji
No full textThe aim of this article is justification for the argument that the prevailing welfare state regime has an impact on the implementation of gender equality policy. It has been based on a review of available scientific literature and statistical data. The first part of the article presents the welfare state regimes according to Esping-Andersen, as well as changes in defining the differences between the various regimes that have occurred as a result of feminist research. The second part is a brief characteristic of gender equality policies implemented in Sweden and Poland. The author attempts to show how the ruling welfare state regime could contribute to the existing gender inequality. The author believes that effective gender equality policy is required to build a knowledge-based society.Celem artykułu jest uzasadnienie tezy, że reżim welfare state panujący w danym państwie ma wpływ na implementację polityki równości płci. Zostało to ukazane w oparciu o analizę dostępnej literatury naukowej i danych statystycznych. W pierwszej części artykułu przedstawiono reżimy welfare state w ujęciu Esping-Andersena, jak również ukazano zmiany w definiowaniu różnic pomiędzy poszczególnymi reżimami, które nastąpiły w wyniku badań feministycznych. Abstract
Human resources determine the effectiveness of the enterprise and the level of services provided to clients. The most important elements of the human resource include: motivation, knowledge, skills, health, skills, attitudes and values. This article deals with topics related to human resource management in educational institutions. The text shows the essence, meaning and elements of human resource management at school. Theoretical considerations were supplemented with an indication of the role of the director in personnel management.

Abstract
The most important period for shaping health behavior is human childhood. An important task of parents and kindergarten teachers is to develop healthy eating habits and to encourage sports activities. During the daily educational and didactic classes, teachers implement health education in kindergarten. Cooperation with the local community and organization of meetings with health care representatives are also important. The purpose of this article is to show the essence of health education in kindergarten, with its goals and tasks. The text presents the role of the teacher as a health educator among preschool children.

Motor abilities are human movement abilities. They characterize the level of motor skills. Athletes present a particularly high level of these abilities. It results from individual predispositions of the body as well as proper training. Each sport discipline has its own specificity and requires the athlete to develop particular skills specifically.

No full textPolscy przedsiębiorcy nie mają klarownego obrazu, czym jest społeczna odpowiedzialność przedsiębiorstw i często utożsamiają ją z Public Relations lub działalnością charytatywną. Na rynkach gospodarek rozwiniętych etapy kreowania społecznej odpowiedzialności przedsiębiorstw trwały kilkadziesiąt lat, w Polsce o CSR zaczęto mówić pod koniec lat dziewięćdziesiątych, przy czym w początkowych stadiach wielu przedsiębiorców, jak i naukowców odnosiło się do tej idei nie tylko z dozą nieufności, ale nawet z wrogością. Wyniki dwóch przedstawionych w artykule badań na temat społecznej odpowiedzialności potwierdzają, że w polskiej rzeczywistości CSR jest ideą mało znaną i co się z tym wiąże, rzadko wdrażanąPolish entrepreneurs lack a clear picture of what constitutes corporate social responsibility and often equate it with the Public Relations or charity. In the markets of developed economies stages of creating lasting social responsibility decades, Poland began to talk about CSR in the late nineties, and in the early stages of many entrepreneurs and scientists referred to the idea that not only distrust, and even hostility. Transformation of Animal Paradise Motif in Polish Young Adult Fantastic Literature is an attempt to define a new argument for a possibility of animal immortality on the basis of fantasy literature for children and young adults. For this purpose, Ewelina Rąbkowska analyzes three examples of the theme of animal paradise in Polish animal fantasy novels for children and young adults. The main hypothesis of the article is that intuition of fantasy literature tells—in the same way as (defined in some previous papers) “poetical intuition”—stories about significant relationships between humans and non-humans, which last longer than single life. The author argues that contemporary fantasies for young adults are examples of crossing the borders of a traditional anthropocentric point of view. They show a new, post-humanist discourse about animals, change the language, narrative strategies and—what is most important—traditional didactic purposes of the text

Summary
Today is observed the phenomenon of uncontrolled use of drugs including younger and younger age groups. In adolescence and adulthood there is a significant intensification of this phenomenon. This is particularly worrying because of the serious consequences of drug use and abuse of psychoactive substances. In their consequences leading to development of a number of somatic diseases, it contributes to the pathology of many social life.
The aim of the study is to present health and social consequences resulting from the use of psychoactive substances. The paper discusses in detail the effects of consuming alcoholic drinks, smoking, drug use.

Streszczenie
Współcześnie obserwuje się zjawisko niekontrolowanego stosowania środków odurzających obejmującego coraz młodsze grupy wiekowe. W wieku dojrzewania i życiu dorosłym zachodzi znaczna intensyfikacja tego zjawiska. Jest to szczególnie niepokojące ze względu na poważne skutki zażywania i nadużywania substancji psychoaktywnych. W swych konsekwencjach prowadzi do rozwoju szeregu chorób somatycznych, przyczynia się do wielu patologii życia społecznego.
Celem pracy jest przedstawienie zdrowotnych i społecznych konsekwencji wynikających ze stosowania substancji psychoaktywnych. W pracy szczegółowo omówiono skutki spożywania napojów alkoholowych, palenia tytoniu, stosowania narkotyków.
