Processed measurement data of acceleration of MR fluid-filled cushion gripper on UR3e robot
The dataset is a supplement to the article that will soon be submitted for review. DESCRIPTION:The dataset consists of Absolute Orientation Sensor (BNO055) measurements during the transportation of an object by a UR3e robot. The trajectory of the robot's movement includes lifting the object to a height of about 200 mm, horizontal displacement for a distance of 400 mm, and lowering by 200 mm. The transfer procedure begins with the closing of the jaws and ends with their opening. The procedure is analogous to the one outlined in the following dataset:Białek, Marcin, 2023, "Processed measurement data on grip forces during object transportation by a robot using gripper with a MR fluid-filled cushions", https://doi.org/10.18150/B2KCKC, RepOD.The experiment was conducted for three values of acceleration and velocity of the robot joints. For each such configuration, 5 handling tests were carried out.LICENSE:The data are under Creative Commons License CC BY. Autoethnography, Storytelling, and Life as Lived: A Conversation Between Marcin Kafar and Carolyn Ellis
This conversation takes place in Warsaw. Carolyn Ellis has come to Poland to accompany Jerry
Rawicki, a Warsaw Ghetto survivor, on his first trip back to Poland since the Holocaust. There
she arranged to meet Marcin Kafar, a scholar in Poland who has spent time with her at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. During this visit, Marcin assists Carolyn with video
recording Jerry’s experiences as they visit Holocaust sites, and Jerry remembers and reflects on
his experience. Afterwards, Marcin converses with Carolyn about autoethnography, storytelling,
and the importance of life in the context of searching for ethos by academics
PLoS Open Peer Review Corpus
PLoS Open Peer Review CorpusSection for Logic & Cognitive Science, Institute of Philosophy and Sociology, Polish Academy of ScienceGenerated by Ksawery Jasieński under supervision of Marcin Miłkowski (2022)Public Library of Science (PLoS) journals are committed to open peer review idea, but these are voluntary. They are not available for download in a single package, but they are contained in their huge data dump. The data set contains all available peer reviews as of 16 June 2022 (138 papers with reviews). In addition, the corpus contains metadata about particular reviews, author responses, decision letters and paper metadata in the JSON format. The JSON schema files are available in the schema subdirectory in files with self-explanatory names. The original files were not enriched with any linguistic annotation or converted to any format (these are predominantly PDF, TXT, and DOCX files, as uploaded through the MDPI editorial system by reviewers).Additionally, we are making the filter code available, in the review_crawler directory. For PLoS reviews, plos_crawler.py should be used (more notes in the subdirectory). The files are being made available under the terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).</p

Marcin Świetlicki : poeta (nie)religijny
The subject of this article is the issue of religiousness in the poetry of Marcin Świetlicki. The works by the author of Niskie pobudki (Low Motives) are entangled in a space of tran¬scendence by (among others) utilizing biblical themes — Cain and Abel, the creation of the world, Christmas, Jesus Christ, salvation — which accompany the author of Pieśń profana (The Profaner’s Song) ever since his first book, published in 1992. These result in the impression of religiousness of the poet’s works. However’ most common dogmas of Christian faith (since this is the only faith the poet refers to), as well as notions of the almighty, all-powerful, mer¬ciful God-the-Father or God the Creator are contradicted in this poetry. The author endues everyday, common things with holiness and divinity, while reducing the existence of God only to humans (thereby, to himself as well) and space available to them
Nota o Karmelitach rezydencji Krwi Chrystusa w Poznaniu w XVIII i XIX wieku
Przechowywany w Archiwum Karmelitów na Piasku w Krakowie rękopis Decretale provinciae strictioris observantiae (sygn. 168) zawiera akta kapituł i definitoriów wielkopolskiej prowincji (a najpierw wikariatu) karmelitów strictioris observantiae z lat 1700-1846. 169; Liber decretalis…, 1742-1781, sygn. 170; Liber decretalis…, 1769-1864, sygn. 171; Liber decretalis, 1797-1862, sygn. 172; Protokoły kapituł prowincjalnych i posiedzeń definitorów prowincji, 1835-1864, sygn. Karmelici przebywający w rezydencji po 1817 roku aż do 1843 roku (Fortunat Lesnau, Cyryl Golonka i Antoni Zakrzewski) byli ostatnimi ją zamieszkującymi (ostatni zmarł C. Golonka). Uwagi o prezydentach rezydencji dotyczą danych o ich wieku i długości przełożeństwa na tej placówce
O wielkopolskich kazaniach ojca Szymona od św. Antoniego, karmelity. Przyczynek do historii kaznodziejstwa w Wielkopolsce czasów saskich
Father Simon of St. Antony (Szymon od św. Antoniego), a calced Carmelite and preacher of the fi rst half of the 18th century, was active in Poznań and other places in Greater Poland. A collection of his sermons titled A Diary of Sermons for the Holy Days of the Year (Dyaryusz odświętny roku kaznodziejskiego) was published posthumously by initiative of the monks of the Greater Poland province of the Most Blessed Sacrament. The Poznań monastery of this province was a place of continued ministry of preachers appointed by the provincial chapter. Among them was Father Simon, who during his offi ce as preacher, gave sermons in the Carmelite church of Corpus Christi and other monastic churches in Poznań. He was also invited to preach in various parishes of Greater Poland at parish festivals. His sermons contain various interesting historical details pertaining to life in the Saxon period and the places where he ministered.Kaznodzieja z 1 poł. XVIII wieku – o. Szymon od św. Antoniego (karmelita trzewiczkowy) – działał w Poznaniu i w różnych miejscach Wielkopolski.
Uwagi o składzie osobowym konwentu karmelitów bydgoskich w XVIII i XIX wieku w świetle akt prowincjalnych
The records of the Greater Poland Province dating from the 18th and 19th centuries, preserved in the manuscript Decretale provinciae strictioris observantiae (file no. AKKr 168/397) kept by the Archives of the Carmelite Friars in Cracow, coming from the Warsaw Carmelite Convent, feature lists of friars in individual monasteries, including Bydgoszcz. Thanks to these records we can learn about the makeup of the Carmelite Monastery in Bydgoszcz, starting from the early 18th century until its disbanding in 1816. An analysis of reports from the chapter elections and compiled lists (so-called familia conventui), allows also to restore lists of priors and sub-priors, as well as other friars playing important functions, including the socii of the chapter, lectors (lecturers), preachers, questors and prosecutors, sacristans and organists, as well as other Carmelites helping in pastoral ministry in the area. Preserved records include complete lists of seminarians, friars, religious fathers and brothers making up the convent during individual terms between chapters. Based on them, we can restore the convent community dynamics, which also reflects the difficult history of the Bydgoszcz Carmelites
Lista przeorów karmelitów gdańskich w XVIII i XIX wieku
In the literature on the subject, there are several lists of the priors of Gdańsk Carmelites created by older and newer researchers (Schwengel, Fankidejski, Kościelak, Januszjtis). However, they are incomplete. The article proposes to supplement this list for the period of the 18th-19th centuries. During this period, the Gdańsk convent belonged to the Greater Poland Province of the Blessed Sacrament. The files of the chapters and definitors of this province, today kept in the Carmelite Archives in Krakow, constitute the source basis for the analysis proposed here. The presented list of priors (and sub-priors) is supplemented with a series of general observations that characterize the monks performing this function in the basic prosopographic aspects. Several comments were also made about the circumstances of the changes at this office. Further research is postulated on the basis of the analyzed files, e.g. prosopographic, or the presence of the Gdańsk Carmelite community in local church and socio-economic structures
