Abdullah, MA The Primbon Hirz Al-Yamani manuscript is a collection of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia (PNRI) with the catalog number Br7 which reads Arabic Pegon. The Primbon Hirz Al-Yamani manuscript is a form of prose which contains the functions and benefits of hirz prayer. In this study, data sources are divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data sourced from Primbon Hirz Al-Yamani texts obtained through catalog studies in museums or libraries. Secondary data comes from books or other sources that are located as supporting research. The theory used in this study is the theory of philology and mimeic theory. Philological theory is used to get translations and edits of text. The text editing method used in this study is the standard method. In addition, to find out the contents contained in the Primbon Hirz Al-Yamani text, the authors use mimetic theory. The mimetic model used in this study is mimetic according to Abrams. Based on the analysis conducted by the author, the Primbon Hirz Al-Yamani text is a pesantren literary text containing Isim A'zhom in it. PENERAPAN ASAS ITIKAD BAIK PADA PERJANJIAN KERJASAMA ENDORSEMENT PADA ONLINE SHOP DENGAN SELEBRITI INSTAGRAM DI KABUPATEN SLEMAN
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the application of the principle of good faith to the endorsement cooperation agreement on an online shop with celebrity Instagram in Sleman Regency. This research was conducted by research methods in the form of library research and also field research. In library research the document study is used to obtain secondary data, while field research is conducted to obtain primary data through a qualitative approach, namely by interviewing. Data obtained from the results of library research and field research were analyzed qualitatively. The data is further elaborated by descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the study note that the endorsement agreement between the online shop Reisa Garage and celebrity instagram in good faith both subjective and objective are applied at the pre-agreement stage and the implementation phase of the agreement. The application of the principle of good faith in the pre-agreement stage is demonstrated by the honesty of the parties during the negotiations regarding the types of merchandise to be reviewed and promoted as well as the value of the endorsement contract. The application of the good faith principle at the implementation stage of the agreement is indicated by the implementation of obligations or the fulfillment of achievements by one party to the other party in return in accordance with the contents of the agreement and the resolution of the problem by deliberation.Keywords: Agreement, Endorsement, Principle of good fait

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana transformasi tri tugas gereja atas pengaruh teknologi informasi di HKBP Banuarea berdasarkan kajian etis. Penelitian ini didasari oleh fakta perubahan pelayanan yang terjadi di gereja karena pengaruh perkembangan teknologi informasi yang dialami oleh jemaat. Dalam memudahkan penelitian penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang dideskripsikan dalam penelitian ini adalah pandangan jemaat mengenai transformasi tri tugas gereja dan pengaruh teknologi informasi. Pendekatan studi kasus sebagai prosedur pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan menggambarkan suasana/ keadaan objek penelitian. Salah satu teknik pengumpulan data terkait dengan penelitian ini, dilakukan melalui wawancara, sebagai suatu kegiatan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan informasi secara langsung dan faktual dengan mengungkapkan pertanyaan-pertanyaan terbuka pada informan. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa HKBP Banuarea memahami pelayanan dalam pengaruh teknologi adalah salah satu proses pengetahuan yang memengaruhi seluruh aspek kehidupan manusia baik dari segi pendidikan, ekonomi, politik bahkan kegiatan beragama. Salah satu wujud dari perkembangan teknologi informasi itu disadari sudah menjadi kebutuhan warga jemaat dan menjadi sebuah peluang sekaligus tantangan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan hubungan sosial secara mengglobal. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti mengajak pembaca untuk membuat atau peduli pada model pelayanan tri tugas gereja yang up to date, sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman, tanpa kehilangan esensi teologisnya.This study aims to examine how the transformation of the church's tri-duties on the influence of information technology in HKBP Banuarea based on ethical studies. This research is based on the fact that the service changes that occurred in the church due to the influence of the development of information technology experienced by the congregation. In facilitating the research, the author uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, which is described in this study is the congregation's view of the transformation of the church's tri-duties and the influence of information technology. The case study approach is a problem solving procedure investigated by describing the atmosphere/state of the object of research. One of the data collection techniques related to this research, conducted through interviews, as an activity carried out to obtain direct and factual information by expressing open questions to informants. The results of this study reveal that HKBP Banuarea understands that service under the influence of technology is one of the knowledge processes that affects all aspects of human life both in terms of education, economy, politics and even religious activities. One manifestation of the development of information technology is that it is realized that it has become a necessity for members of the congregation and has become an opportunity as well as a challenge to increase knowledge and social relations globally. Therefore, the researcher invites the reader to create or care about an up to date model of the church's tri-duty ministry, according to the times, without losing its theological essence

Ketidakstabilan ekonomi tersebut merupakan buah dari kurangnya edukasi, wawasan, ide, kreatifitas dan inovasi yang dilakukan para pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) serta tidak maksimalnya strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan dalam menghadapi persaingan yang ada saat ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi, wawasan serta ide inovasi strategi pemasaran yang telah dilakukan oleh salah satu pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) kuliner di daerah Kabupaten Sleman kaitannya dalam hal kemasan produk makanan yang menarik dan aman bagi kesehatan manusia, yang nantinya akan ditawarkan oleh pihak usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi langsung kepada salah satu pelaku usaha mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) kuliner dalam pengumpulan data sehingga didapat sampel hasil penelitian dalam artikel ini. gaining has a correlation with the availability of information access. In this study, hypothesis
testing is done on the phenomenon of influence between the availability of information in Open
Journals System (OJS) in the field of communication science in Indonesia to the compliance of
the author. In order to fulfill the important elements of the implementation of Tri Dharma
(Three Pillars of Higher Education), lectures need a means for scientific dissemination. On the
other hand, the managers of scientific journals in the field of communication science studies in
Indonesia incorporated in APJIKI (Association of Publishers Journal of Communication
Science Indonesia), seeks to manage the existence of the issue by maintaining the quantity and
quality of incoming scientific articles. The main problem in the process of review of scientific
articles is the authors' conformity with the style guide of scientific journal. The availability of
information regarding to the provisions of the writing of scientific journals provided on the
online page should be responded by the applicant's obedience during the preparation of a
scientific article. The influence between the two variables is tested by quantitative research
approach in positivism paradigm, based on the two dimensions of information availability from Mark Burgin (2010) and the six basic principles of Robert Cialdini (2004) about the writer's
concession in obeying the style guide of scientific journal. This study has been done to 42
respondents, who represent the editor of communication science journals in Indonesia. The
result of this research shows that there is a significant influence of the availability variable of
OJS style guide information towards the compliance of the writer of 13.10%, while the other
86.9% was influenced by other factors that can be used as a further research studies

Get PDFFokus penelitian adalah mengkaji tentang perjanjian melakukan jasa antaran kemitraan antara O-Ranger Antaran dengan PT. Pos Indonesia di Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan jenis normatif-empiris. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian kepustakaan dan lapangan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perjanjian kemitraan O-Ranger Antaran hanya memberikan hak imbal jasa yang sesuai dengan isi perjanjian kemitraan yang telah di sepakati oleh mitra O-Ranger Antaran dengan PT. Pos Indonesia serta menyebabkan ketidakjelasan mengenai hak jaminan kesehatan dan jaminan ketenagakerjaan yang seharusnya di peroleh mitra akan tetapi harus di tanggung oleh pihak mitra secara mandiri demi terlindungi dari resiko ancaman kesehatan dan kecelakaan kerja. Dengan upaya melakukan transparasi PT. Pos Indonesia berharap agar semua mitra O-Ranger Antaran mendapatkan hak imbal jasa sesuai dengan yang diperolehnya berdasarkan standar minimal antaran yang telah diterapkan perusahaan. Upaya untuk memenuhi hak jaminan kesehatan dan jaminan ketenagakerjaan PT. Pos Indonesia mengharuskan pihak mitra memiliki jaminan kesehatan dan jaminan ketenagakerjaan secar mandiri, sebab sistem kemitraan adalah sistem hubungan bisnis dengan berdasarkan prinsip saling menguntungkan dan saling menghormati tidak dimaksudkan untuk hubungan kerja yang sifatnya tetap maupun tidak tetap karena dengan sistem kemitraan perusahaan dapat mengurangi anggaran pengeluaran perusahaan
