Lo studio ricostruisce ii rapporti tra il Centiloquio di Antonio Pucci e la sua fonte in prosa, la Nuova Cronica di Giovanni Villani, arrivando a stabilire la tipologia del manoscritto (non più conservato) di cui Pucci si è servito. Per questo vengono analizzare varie lezioni caratteristiche della tradizione della Nuova Cronica (111 mss.) riflesse nel testo di Pucci

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Development of new multipurpose-reference materials of rice grains and rice flour
This paper details with the preparation of new Multipurpose-Reference Materials (RMs) of rice grains and rice flour performed as a pilot study within the PRO-METROFOOD-RI project. RMs will be characterized for different parameters including contaminants, biomarkers, stable isotopes and markers of origin/authenticity. Metodologie analitiche per la determinazione di contaminanti da materiali a contatto con gli alimenti
Nel presente lavoro è stato condotto uno studio finalizzato alla caratterizzazione di un film di acido polilattico funzionalizzato con argento (Ag-PLA) destinato all’utilizzo come imballaggio, effettuando confronti con un film di acido polilattico tal quale (PLA TQ).
Al fine di determinare il contenuto totale di Ag sul PLA funzionalizzato con Ag (Ag-PLA), di effettuare una valutazione preliminare dell’eventuale presenza di altri elementi potenzialmente migranti (considerando gli elementi per i quali la normativa prevede un Limite di Migrazione Specifica: Ba, Co, Cu, Fe, Li, Mn e Zn) nel PLA TQ e nell’Ag-PLA e di valutare eventuali differenze tra il contenuto elementale nei pellet di partenza, nel PLA TQ e nell’Ag-PLA, è stata messa a punto una metodologia analitica per la determinazione del contenuto totale di elementi mediante ICP-AES previa dissoluzione totale dei campioni con un sistema di mineralizzazione a microonde ad alta pressione. Sono state messe a punto
le metodologie per l’esecuzione dei test di migrazione globale e specifica con diversi simulanti alimentari a diverse temperature e tempi di contatto in accordo con quanto stabilito dal Regolamento (UE) n 10/2011 s.m.i. (versione consolidata al 2014). La migrazione globale (Overall Migration - OM) è stata valutata per via gravimetrica mentre la migrazione specifica (SM) dell’argento nelle soluzioni di simulante raccolte nelle diverse condizioni (diversi tempi e diverse temperature) è stata determinata mediante ICP-MS.
È stato inoltre determinato per via gravimetrica il residuo secco ottenuto dalle soluzioni di simulante raccolte nelle diverse condizioni (diversi tempi e diverse temperature). Per una più ampia valutazione ed una migliore interpretazione degli effetti indotti dai simulanti alimentari nelle diverse condizioni di esposizione (diversi tempi e temperature), i film di PLA e Ag-PLA sono stati poi sottoposti ad analisi termica mediante analisi termogravimetrica (TGA) e calorimetria differenziale a scansione (DSC). Al fine di fornire una più ampia caratterizzazione del materiale e valutare l’efficacia antibatterica dell’Ag-
PLA, sono stati effettuati test microbiologici con un ceppo di E. coli C2984, in terreno LB (Luria-Bertani) e brodo di coltura LB valutando la crescita statica e sono state definite le condizioni per la determinazione della crescita dinamica. Infine, allo scopo di studiare nel dettaglio l’eventuale rilascio di nanoparticelle di Ag dall’Ag-PLA, è in fase di messa a punto una metodologia basata su Field Flow Fractionation (FFF) per l’individuazione

The method foresees a pre-treatment procedure of sample total dissolution by a high-pressure microwave digestion system. The methodologies to perform the overall and specific migration tests have been set up with different food simulants, at different temperatures
and with different contact times, according to Reg. (UE) n 10/2011 (consolidated version 2014). For a wider evaluation and a better interpretation of the effects induced by food simulants at the different exposure conditions (t and T), PLA and Ag-PLA films have been submitted to thermo-gravimetric analysis (TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry
(DSC). In order to more widely characterize the material and evaluate the antibacterial effectiveness of Ag-PLA, microbiological tests have been performed using E. Coli C2984 in Luria-Bertani (LB) medium and LB broth. Static growth has been evaluated and the conditions for the dynamic growth have been established. Finally, with the aim to study in detail the eventual release of Ag nanoparticles from Ag-PLA, a methodology based on Flow Field Fractionation (FFF) is under set up for detecting and characterizing nanoparticles in the extraxìcts obtained from migration tests
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
