Industrial Heating Furnace Temperature Control System

PT 100 temperature sensors are the most common type of platinum resistance thermometer. Often resistance thermometers are generally called Pt100 sensors, even though in reality they may not be the RTD Pt100 type. The temperature of any equipment for every industrial application is controlled by the microcontroller-based temperature control system. At its heart lies the Arm 9 microprocessor, which performs the circuit’s entire operations Industrial Heating furnace (IHF) .Temperature, is sensed using the PT 100 temperature sensor, which acts linearly with temperature increase. This temperature is compared to the user-saved value, and if it exceeds the preset temperature, the heater turns off; if it falls below the preset value, the heater turns on. An LCD panel displays both the asking and real-time temperatures with human machine interface (HMI). The microcontroller automatically switches on/off a heater or a fan based on the conclusion of the comparison. This proposed paper is separated into two modules, one for temperature monitoring and the other for data collection and also link to personal computer

INTELLIGENT NIGHT VISION SYSTEM FOR AUTOMOBILE BASED ON COMPUTER VISION- A REVIEW

No one in this world is willing to face the accidents while travelling, human safety is really important and hence to avoiding the accidents is also essential. It is found in study that most of the accidents occurred all over the world are due to insufficient night vision. The accidents may damage the automobile and human life is in danger as well. Many researchers and R&D organisations have suggested the changes in the design of vehicles from safety point of view. In the era of smart world, it is need of time to, design and implement the smart night vision system for automobiles. Authors have proposed the intelligent night vision system for automobiles based on computer vision in this paper

INTELLIGENT NIGHT VISION SYSTEM FOR AUTOMOBILE BASED ON COMPUTER VISION

In today’s world where we are witnessing second generation of automotive night vision systems uses near cameras in combination with pedestrian detection systems. This system is intended towards the increasing drivers’ visibility in the night by focusing attention of driver by showing all pedestrian on a display provided in the car. This helps in analyzing the imminent situation by providing and more and accurate information of all objects or persons in the path. Thus, the next generation of night vision systems needs to integrate an additional warning component which signals to the driver only the relevant objects, that is, all objects on the road or near the road. Such systems needs to detect objects more reliably and sooner and has to provide information about the object’s position. Rain, fog and wet road way surfaces dramatically alter visibility of driver. It reduces the visibility of drivers’ water on pavement increases forward reflection while reducing backward reflection, resulting in glare to oncoming vehicles. Camera detects the oncoming vehicle and sensor automatically adjust headlight glare

DIAGNOSIS OF DISEASE USING WRIST PULSE SIGNALS

    No full text
In Traditional Chinese Medicine wrist pulse signals plays a vital role for disease diagnosis. In India cardiac related diseases are increased. The origin of all this is from atherosclerosis. Wrist signals are considered for detection of Atherosclerosis. The selected disease is early stage detection of heart attack. Basically diseases are caused due to imbalance in tridoshas. This wrist pulse diagnosis is also called as ‘Nadi Parikshan’. It just requires two pulses as input, which are taken from patient’s hand. In the system pulses of any two places of person are taken and PWV is calculated. This value of Pulse Wave Velocity is used to calculate Cardio Ankle Vascular Index value. Bases in the value various stages of disease are detected
