KONTROVERSI PRAKTEK TAJDI<D AN-NIKA<H{ DALAM PERSPEKTIF FIKIH KLASIK
No full textTajdi>d an-nika>h} is a common tradition practiced by some communities in Indonesia. A controversy on the idea of whether or not the first ‘Akad is married by the second ‘Akad occurs among classical Muslim scholars. This paper attempts to explain the controversy, mainly from point of view of Syafi'iah jurists in various existing references. Therefore, the author did a library research. The author studied various books on Syafi'iah fiqh dealing with the practice of tajdi>d an-nika>h}. The study concluded that the majority of Syafi'iah scholars allowed it and the practice did not destroy the existence of the first contract. The one who rejects the validity of tajdi>d an-nika>h} practice is Yusuf Ibrahim al-Ardabili. In his book, al-Anwa>r, al-Ardabili states that tajdi>d an-nika>h} practice has an affects the status of the first contract, which undermines the existence of the first ‘akad.
[Tajdi>d an-nika>h} merupakan tradisi yang lumrah dipraktekkan oleh sebagian masyarakat Indonesia. Ada kontroversi di balik praktek yang populer di kalangan para sarjana Muslim klasik. Kontroversi tersebut terletak pada akad yang pertama apakah dirusak oleh akad yang kedua. Tulisan ini mencoba untuk mengurai kontroversi tersebut, utamanya dilhat dari pandangan para ahli fikih Syafi’iah dalam pelbagai literatur yang ada. Untuk itu, penulis melakukan kajian kepustakaan dengan mengkaji dan meneliti pelbagai literatur fikih Syafi’iah yang berhubungan dengan praktek tajdi>d an-nika>h} ini. Studi ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa mayoritas ulama Syafi’iah berpendapat bahwa hukum tajdi>d an-nika>h} diperbolehkan dan praktek tersebut tidak merusak keberadaan akad yang pertama. Adapun yang menolak keabsahan praktek tajdi>d an-nika>h} ini adalah Yusuf Ibrahim al-Ardabili. Dalam kitabnya, al-Anwar, al-Ardabili menyatakan bahwa praktek tajdi>d an-nika>h} mempunyai dampak terhadap status akad yang pertama, yaitu merusak eksistensi akad pertama tersebut.

Hal ini disebabkan oleh penulis mengungkap fakta sejarah bahwa Jepang pernah menguasai tanah Bima. Jepang menginginkan gadis-gadis Bima sebagai Jugun lanfu. Usaha masyarakat Bima melawan Jepang agar gadis Bima tidak dijadikan pelayan Bar oleh tentara Jepang. Dengan memahami fakta dapat diketahui keberadaan perempuan pada masa penjajahan Jepang. Berdasarkan hal itu maka rumusan masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimanakah eksistensi perempuan dalam novel Nika Baronta karya Alan Malingi dalam Perspektif Feminisme. Tujuan penelitian yakni mengkaji tentang eksistensi perempuan dari perspektif feminisme dan selanjutnya mendeskripsikan dan menjawab masalah penelitian secara lebih detail. Adapun manfaat penelitian sebagai berikut Manfaat teoretis dan Manfaat praktis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yang berkaitan dengan teori feminisme. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Nika Baronta karya Alan Malingi. Adapun langkah-langkah untuk menganalisis data yakni 1) Identifikasi, 2) Klasifikasi, 3) Interpretasi. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan maka kesimpulan yang terdapat dalam novel Nika Baronta karya Alan Malingi yaitu 1) penindasan nilai-nilai budaya, 2) relasi kuasa, 3) budaya patriarki. Abstract: The existence of women in the novel Nika Baronta by Alan Malingi cannot be denied. This is because the author reveals the historical fact that Japan once controlled the land of Bima. Japan wanted Bima girls as “Jugun lanfu”. The efforts of the Bima people against the Japanese so that the Bima girls would not be used as barmaids by the Japanese soldiers. By understanding the facts, we can find out the existence of women during the Japanese colonial period. Based on this, the formulation of the problem raised in this research is What is the existence of women in the novel Nika Baronta by Alan Malingi from a Feminist Perspective. The aim of the research is to examine the existence of women from a feminist perspective and then describe the answer to the research problem in more detail. The benefits of research are as follows: Theoretical benefits and practical benefits. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method related to feminist theory. The data source in this research is the novel Nika Baronta by Alan Malingi. The steps for analyzing data are 1) Identification, 2) Classification, 3) Interpretation. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the conclusions contained in the novel Nika Baronta by Alan Malingi are 1) oppression of cultural values, 2) socio-economic oppression, 3) power relations, 4) patriarchal culture.

Seznamuje s jeho tvůrčí evolucí a tím, proč jsou právě jeho romány jedněmi z nejpopulárnějších v Rusku. Jakými tématy se zabývá, a jaké literární prostředky ve svých dílech spisovatel používá. Další část práce se věnuje analýze Pelevinovy povídky ?Nika? a jejímu srovnání s povídkou Lehký dech spisovatele Ivana Bunina, jako jakési předlohy, které autor využil ke svému dílu. Následuje originální text povídky Nika a poté její umělecký překlad se stručným komentářem vztahujícím se k problematice jejího překladu. Revisiting the narrative structure of the short story “Nika” by V. Pelevin
No full textThe article is dedicated to the narrative structure of the short story “Nika” by V. Pelevin. An
evident feature of the story is a game relationship with a potential reader. In the process of
reading anyone would believe that the heroine is a girl, but the last sentence reveals that she is the cat belonging to the main character. The main feature of the narrative structure is a “gap”
between the character, the narrator and the implied author (this gap is not so obvious because
of the first-person narration). The unnamed character unsuccessfully tries to understand
the inner world of his cat, because he wants to meet another vision of reality. The narrator
wants to take a look at the world in new ways too, but he realizes that his vision is limited
by the traditions of the Russian literature. So, the narrator tries to go beyond his own vision
by having a thought experiment. The narrator is the one who creates a text like a riddle: he
is hinting the correct answer to the potential reader, and at the same time, he is confusing
him/her, playing with the natural rules of speech construction. The character, the narrator
and the author faced a communication barrier, but the author doesn’t try to overcome it.
On the contrary, the author recognizes the equality of different points of view on the world,
understands the inevitability of such a barrier. The didactic author is cheating the real reader,
to teach him some of his own calm attitudes to the world, but to achieve this goal he creates
this gap between the narrative instances

No full textУ роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти обліку та внутрішнього контролю запасів, а також методика та організація обліку, аналізу і внутрішнього контролю у ТОВ «Ніка Марін ЛТД».
Автором проаналізовано економічну сутність дефініції «запаси», визначено класифікацію запасів, розглянуто критерії визнання об’єктів запасами, способи їх оцінки при придбанні, вибутті та на дату балансу, сутність транспортно-заготівельних витрат, проблемні питання обліку запасів, специфіку діяльності підприємств транспортної галузі, практику відображення інформації про запаси в ТОВ «Ніка Марін ЛТД», проведено аналіз наявності, стану, структури та ефективності використання запасів підприємства, проведено моделювання ефективності використання запасів, визначено шляхи удосконалення обліку та контролю та підвищення ефективності використання запасів на підприємстві.
Запропоновано переглянути метод списання запасів на метод середньозваженої вартості, оскільки в сьогоднішніх умовах ФІФО є невиправданим на ТОВ «Ніка Марін ЛТД», так як ціни на ці види запасів досить швидко змінюються. Також рекомендовано відкрити аналітичні рахунки до субрахунків 2 класу в розрізі груп запасів, розробити та запровадити раціональні схеми документообігу, які дозволять своєчасно виконувати поставлені перед підприємством завдання при мінімальних витратах ресурсів, а також доповнити положення облікової політики стосовно запасівThe paper examines the theoretical aspects of inventory accounting and internal control, as well as the methodology and organization of accounting, analysis, and internal control at Nika Marine LTD LLC.
The author analyzed the economic essence of the definition of "inventories", determined the classification of inventories, considered the criteria for recognizing objects as inventories, the methods of their evaluation upon acquisition, disposal and at the balance sheet date, the essence of transport and procurement costs, problematic issues of inventory accounting, the specifics of the activities of enterprises in the transport industry, the practice of displaying information about stocks in "Nika Marine LTD", an analysis of the availability, condition, structure and efficiency of the use of the company's stocks was carried out, modeling of the effectiveness of the use of stocks was carried out, ways of improving accounting and control and increasing the efficiency of the use of stocks at the company were determined.
It is proposed to revise the method of inventory write-off to the weighted average cost method, since in today's conditions, FIFO is unjustified for Nika Marine LTD, as the prices for these types of inventory change quite quickly. It is also recommended to open analytical accounts for sub-accounts of the 2nd class in terms of groups of stocks, to develop and implement rational document flow schemes that will allow the company to fulfill the tasks assigned to it in a timely manner with minimal expenditure of resources, as well as to supplement the provisions of the accounting policy regarding stocks
